Group classes for all fitness levels. Each class is one hour long. There is a warm up, a strength piece (weightlifting), and a cardio piece. A coach will lead you through each of the movements and guide you in technique. Our classes are fun, interesting, and effective! We have all new gym equipment! Come see us for your free week!

I have tried out several different CrossFit gyms over time. This was the place I started my journey at and I will forever be a member here. The coaches prove over and over again to show attention to detail; and make sure that we know what we are doing. The community we have created is amazing, and I have made relationships with other athletes that will last a lifetime!

The best gym! I joined with zero experience and it can be modified for all skill levels, and altered to your needs as you progress or goals change. The coaches are incredibly helpful and supportive, and the community can’t be beat. The best part is seeing your improvement and constantly having the tools to improve and be successful, whatever your goals may be! You won’t regret joining the view crew.

After a high risk pregnancy in my 40’s and a pandemic, I had found myself in the worst shape of my life. I had done CrossFit at another gym years prior in a different city and loved it, but was very nervous I could handle the intensity. The coaches at CrossFit View have been amazing. It has been almost 7 months since I walked in to the gym, and I have made many strides in my fitness goals. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and meet you where you are at. The classes are small, so you get personalized attention to form and how to scale workouts so they are safe and manageable for your fitness level. The people who attend the gym are incredibly friendly. It is truly a welcoming, fun, and excellent place to sweat it out an hour a day.

I could go on for days about how amazing and supportive the coaches are, how great the workouts are, how friendly the people are, etc. While this is all true, there is so much more to CrossFit View. I came to this gym from a background in home workouts and running. I was terrified to go to a gym with actual people. I had never worked out in a traditional gym, let alone a CrossFit gym. I was surprised at how well the coaches helped me modify workouts to meet me where I was. I was enamored with the encouragement I received from the other people during my first class. I was inspired watching the other athletes perform workouts I could only dream of doing. Now here I am, almost two years later, passing the same encouragement and inspiration onto other athletes. If you are ready to give this whole “CrossFit thing” a try. If you need a place to feel comfortable, strong, inspired, encouraged and motivated, CrossFit View is that place. Don’t think about doing this anymore, just do it. Besides, the first week is free, so what have you got to lose? An hour of your time? The more important thing is what have you got to gain? Friendship, strength, the ability to move easier throughout your daily life? Seems like a no brainer to me. ;)

Before joining Crossfit View, my only experience with Crossfit was watching fail videos on Youtube and thinking you'd have to be crazy to join up. But I was experiencing chronic neck and shoulder pain, and having trouble losing weight on my own, so I figured it was worth a Hail Mary. It has been about six months, and I am so happy I decided to give it a try.
The coaches are all super talented, kind, and knowledgable. David and Steven, in particular, are both excellent. They know when to push and when to back off, and emphasize the athletes listening to our bodies and not pushing to injury. Form is king at this box, so as you're doing what the coaches told you to do, your risk of injury goes way down.
I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to folks of all athletic abilities. They'll meet you where you are, and help you see what you're capable of. Since I started here six months ago, between diet and exercise I've lost about 15lbs, and I'm looking much more lean and toned. The results speak for themselves.

I love this gym. I have been attending for a bit over a month now. The classes are varied and intense. The coaches put in a lot of effort helping everybody. This gym welcomes all levels of fitness. Definitely consider paying it a visit if you live in Salem and are looking to do CrossFit. You can come and try some classes for free before signing up.

I never leave reviews as I always find something wrong with everything, lol. But this gym/box is not just that. First of all I was in so so shape but really just bad. I started four weeks ago and every week you get stronger and all along the way are the coaches so encourage you, never make you feel stupid because you dont know something or have to try something a second or third time. The first week is free and I encourage anyone to try it as it will move you, inspire you, push your body to the point where you never thought you could go. Not only that the more experienced athletes also encourage and help you. Just when you want to give up you hear them encouraging you along the way..... From the most seasoned athletes to not in shape at all you are welcome here and everything you do is adjustable. I am slowly feeling better about my body then I have in years. And last but not least the support, the friendship, and the laughter is my absolute favorite part of this home of mine. You walk in and feel instantly at home. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This is not going to be just a work out and just a physical experience. It is mentally going to change you. So if you are ready to change your entire being go here.

My girlfriend and I were in town from out of state and dropped in for the week to CrossFit View. The owner and head coach David made us feel right at home and we had a great time training there. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating to all levels of fitness and the gym itself is beautiful. I have been involved in CrossFit for almost 7 years and the gym was one of the nicest gyms I have been to. The equipment is all new and the programming was challenging but really fun. It was a highlight of our week training there!

I have always been scared to try crossfit thinking I had to be completely physically fit, but that is absolutely not true! I went in for my free week and loved it! Everyone is so welcoming and nice and I felt very comfortable. It's been such a great experience, David teaches you every step of the way and always makes sure you are in good form ensuring safety comes first. Crossfit view is awesome, if you haven't tried it you definetly should!!

Best CrossFit gym! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The coaches meet you where you are at physically and help you build up from there using good form so it is perfect for people who are new to crossfit AND experienced! They have great equipment and awesome workouts that challenge you. I love everything about this place!

My 14yr old son and I have been working out at CrossFit View since they opened. Neither one of us had any experience with CrossFit before. We have always been made to feel comfortable not only with the movements but meeting us where we were. Haven't felt like we needed to know it all to start. Crossfit view is a fantastic place to workout. Coach David is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer your questions thoughtfully. I have a previous injury and he checks consistently to be sure I'm OK and not over-exerting it. Crossfit is scalable to ANY fitness level. If you want to get into shape I highly recommend Cross fit View!
