I have attended CrossFit class here for almost 7 years now. It is a great community of people who want to have fun working out. The coaches are great, safety conscious, and always have coaching cues to help me get better. Working out with friends is the best.

Had a drop-in class on vacation. Could sign up through the mindbody app. Friendly people, good coach, proper warmup and overall great experience!

After 3.5 years of Crossfit coaching and training Woodstock Crossfit is the worst Crossfits i've ever been too. I travel for work and Crossfit 5 days a week. So I've been to more than 20 crossfits in the last 2 years.
I walked in to Woodstock for a workout was greeted very friendly by a coach. After paying the $15 drop-in fee we went in for the workout. "Cindy" from there it all went down hill. It ended up being a beginner class (no matter to me, just means I get more instruction and a different take on how to do a movement). In traveling i'm used to ending up in all kinds of different classes. Next everything went wrong. The coach said "the workout today is "Cindy" 20 minute amrap pull-ups, pushups, and squats. we start in 5 minutes, get warmed up". He then walked outside and got on his Cell phone. 5 minutes later he walked back in and said "hear we go....3..2..1.. go!" and he walked back out the back door and got back on his cell phone for the duration of the class. He didn't give instruction or show proper form in the movements. The coach just went out and did his own thing. There were many beginners that needed coaching on proper squat form and how to do Pull-ups (or modify them).
Stay away from this place its dangerous and the coaching is suspect. check out other crossfits in the area there are many that are much much better. Better coaching and nicer gyms with a strong community.
