My greatest gift to myself was (many years ago) starting to focus on my body with Rae’s help/support/expertise. Her approach taught me to check in with myself before every workout and adjust accordingly. In this aging body of mine - that kind of self connection has been key to reduce injury and stay consistent when it felt hard to show up. I’ve taken her teachings further and become a full blown gym rat. Growing up in a larger body, I never thought I’d have the confidence to be in a space like that. Really transformational.

Rae made it very easy for me, as a complete beginner, to jump into fitness and lifting. She is very thoughtful in ensuring I'm not hurting myself and knowledgeable about switching up something if it hurts my wrists or back. She is energetic, fun, easy to talk to. I look forward to every session and an hour always flies by too quickly.

I’m a professional dancer and have had several personal training sessions with Rae - I live in Seattle and drive down for them, and it’s totally worth it! I also did an online session with her via Zoom during quarantine, and again: totally worth it!

Rae crafts an environment that makes you feel comfortable and empowered and gives you the tools to continue building strength safely...not just “do this”, but the reasons why and what is being activated and when/how. Her body knowledge and consciousness is extensive and she is a superb communicator. I’m seeing results already, and it’s so great to have peace of mind that I’m not injuring my body to achieve those results as I workout from home.

I never thought getting into fitness and building strength could actually FEEL GOOD. I’m excited about this fitness journey and seriously cannot recommend Raediant Fitness enough! ✨✨✨✨✨
