I signed my daughter up via the website for the tumbling class for 5-8 year olds, as she is about to turn 6. When we arrived for her first class, there was one coach and she said that she was who my daughter was suppose to be with. The class I signed her up for was the 1 hour tumbling class so when my daughter came to me after about 30 minutes, I was confused. I assumed it was a water break but the coach was just standing around goofing off, chatting it up with some of the girls there. She eventually noticed we were still sitting around waiting and asked me if I needed something. I explained to her that it was my understanding that the class was a one hour long class and then she let me know she had directed my daughter to the wrong class and that the class I paid for was still going. I asked if my daughter could join in on the class that she was meant to be in and she shrugged and said she could do whatever. So I sent my daughter to the coach and told her to explain what happened and ask to join in. He turned her away and told her to go back to me. She left in tears and based off of the lack of organization and the amount of laziness in the coaching skills I saw, my husband and I decided we would take our business elsewhere. I got on the portal as soon as I got to our car and requested her to be dropped from the class, knowing I would be forfeiting the $20 I spent for the classes for the remainder of July. This drop request went unacknowledged and I was charged for the entire month of August. I’ve called the business during their business hours to try to talk to someone but there is never an answer. I do not recommend this place, at all. It’s not well kept up, the coaches that I encountered, especially the female who does the preschool class was very lazy and showed very little interest in her job and the kids she was supposed to be coaching. The amount of disorganization is unreal and not even close to being worth your time or your money.

Really bad experience, lots of cancellations on classes. Impossible to try to drop a class and they won’t stop charging you. They never answer the phone and their inbox is full.

I am constantly amazed by what these kids are taught and can do. Almost makes me want to have more kids just to send them there. Keep up the great work!

The communication here is terrible, when trying to address a serious bullying issue I was dismissed and not taken seriously. I asked about the gyms policies on drug use and bullying and the manager avoided my question entirely and hurried me off the phone and told me he would call me back and never did.
Completely unprofessional, clearly has no policies in place for drug use and bullying. I do not recommend this place for your children.
