⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When I first walked into Fit Body Boot Camp a couple of months ago, I was honestly terrified. I didn’t know if I could keep up, and I was so nervous about stepping into a gym environment. But from the very first day, Coach Aimee, Coach Zoe, and Coach Sara welcomed me with open arms. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home.

These coaches are more than just fitness trainers — they are encouragers, motivators, and cheerleaders who genuinely care. They’ve pushed me when I needed it, celebrated my progress, and reminded me of what I’m capable of. Because of their encouragement and the amazing community here, I’ve already lost 27 pounds in just two months!

But even more important than the weight loss, I’ve gained something I thought I had lost for good — my confidence. I actually like the way I look today, and I feel strong, proud, and excited about the future. Every class challenges me, but it also leaves me smiling and ready for more.

Joining this gym has changed not only my body but also my heart and mindset. I am so grateful to Coach Aimee, Coach Zoe, and Coach Sara for helping me believe in myself again. I can’t wait to keep going on this journey!

I am a new better version of myself!

We take fit body forever (55+) classes at Fit Body in our home state of Virginia. When we visit family in Portland we come to Amy's studio. Amy and her team are to notch trainers full of enthusiasm and knowledge.

I have always felt that gyms can feel intimidating, non-inclusive and can add to decision fatigue when trying to create a work out plan that creates results. Fit Body Boot Camp addresses these things for me. The atmosphere created by the coaches and members is so welcoming. I come in 3x a week and know that I will have a dynamic and challenging workout (with modifications as needed) - all while feeling welcomed and encouraged. I have been going since November - and I have lost significant weight for my frame and getting stronger every day. Just 3.5 months in, I am feeling great in my body and in the healthiest shape I have been in the past decade. Though pricey for my personal budget - it is worth every penny for the physical and mental health benefits I am gaining along the way. Major shout out and gratitude to Coach Aimee, Coach Andrea, and Coach Sara for your dedication, encouragement, and enthusiasm with every workout session!

UPDATE: 1 yr and 9 months of membership in (about 170 workouts in). Still absolutely 5 stars. The variety of workouts keeps things fresh and engaging. I'm also feeling so much stronger and leaner. Highly recommend FBB PDX and ALL the coaches!

My rating is more of a 3.5 stars, based for me on price for the workouts and the availability.
Pros: 1) this place is really awesome in the inclusive inviting vibe staff create, 2) all fitness levels can do this! Anyone can do these workouts and modifications easy to implement, 3) STRENGTH from regular workouts got me back into a fairly good place fitness wise in about 3 months and 4) ease to join a class one hour prior (or a week out, whatever you need).

Cons: 1) class availability for price (roughly $60/week minimum) and I’m not a morning person with general workouts M-F 6am, 645am, & 9am with 5pm and 6pm, and Saturdays 8am & 9am, 2) frustrating nutrition app (frustrating bc getting the “green rings” can be overwhelming and seemingly impossible-yet coach Aimee really helps you work at putting the “tools” in your toolbox), 3) some classes felt “cliquey” and gave me high school flashbacks, and 4) while this may be bad manners on me and is a reason I took off a star, I did not like being solicited to tip staff.
I was sent emails around the holidays to offer a link to tip staff. And again with the deadline looming for tipping. I was already paying some of the most expensive gym fees in my life and that felt tacky.
This place has parallels to 1:1 personal training, but that’s not what it is. (Unless you pay for that separately) And the coaches were FANTASTIC, loved them all - don’t get me wrong. Maybe the folks who have been there for years have that relationship, I’m not sure. Also, I don’t do FB and it felt like a lot of chatter happens there so sometimes pay to play challenges would happen and it was a little confusing without the social app stuff on Facebook.

Overall, all fitness levels need different options and this is a really good place!

I had done CrossFit and was a runner before, so this is only one perspective on a rating. I left bc I gained strength and endurance and was able to get back to running after paralyzing plantar fasciitis where I gained some 30 lbs in a year and was afraid of getting back into workouts.

This place was inviting and it was a great group of folks who support and share high fives. Personally, I like a more challenging workout to help regulate my diet needs naturally and to push me really hard. I have transitioned to OrangeTheory but I could not have done this without the commitment 3x/wk and STRENGTH gained from this place. I didn’t end up losing much weight at all - but that’s on my poor diet choices and my yo-yo eating.

Sorry so long, but if you need to get back to it, or add a super quick (the 40 minutes are amazing fast), great workout, sign up and try this place!!

I did a groupon with them. The workouts were fine—pretty standard boot camp style. But the real issue? They will not leave you alone. From the moment you show interest, they are pushy as hell about getting you to sign up for a membership. I received an excessive number of texts, calls, and emails—no matter how many times I stated I wasn’t interested. It felt less like a fitness community and more like a sales funnel I couldn’t escape.

If you're just looking to try a class or two, beware: you're not a person to them, you're a lead to convert.

I regret giving them my contact info, and I definitely won’t be back.

I am in my early 30’s, my activity levels had dropped drastically in the last few years since the 2020 Pandemic, and I wanted to change that. I had previously tried self guided workouts and one-on-one personal training, but I wasn’t able to build up the motivation and a sustainable routine from those like I have with FBBC. The FBBC on Hawthorne team, facility, and members are welcoming, helpful, and motivating! I’ve completed 12 weeks so far and made significant, measurable improvements. Coach Aimee and her team are real Pros! Can’t wait for more to come!

10/10 experience at Fit Body on Hawthorne. My partner and I attended this gym for almost 2 years and had the best time. The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and push you enough to get a killer work out in. Recommending this gym to anyone looking for a high intensity workout with great results!

I have been active all my life and done a variety of things, but my cholesterol levels and weight have crept up over the years. I knew I needed to get focused on my health and decided to come back to Fit Body for their Transformation Challenge.
The workouts are fun, easy to follow and modify. I had a shoulder injury for a few weeks and was able to still go as the coaches worked with me on modifying. The coaches really go above and beyond in making us all feel comfortable as a group but also helping us individually. I love that I am in and out within a 40 minute warm-up, workout and then cool-down.
Coaches are sweet, caring, well trained and stay on top of things, keeping us safe, motivated and working hard.
The Transformation Challenge included a customized nutritional plan that is customized through an extensive data base for my age, weight and personal goals and that was the real gamechanger. In just 3 months, my cholesterol dropped by 25%, yep, went from an overall 280 - 220! My doctor was amazed, I think she wants to try and join, lol.
I feel great, feel strong and am very pleased about bringing my cholesterol down. In addition, lost 6 pounds total, lost 4 pounds of body fat, but it is the reduction in my cholesterol numbers that have made me the most grateful to this program.

Coaches are amazing. Everyone there is accepting and makes you feel welcomed! They hold you accountable, encourage and motivate. I have only gone to about 5 sessions so far but I feel my energy level is improving. It is a bit spendy however, all great things usually are. Its so worth it. They help you with your meal plans and you set GOALS when you start. It's about my overall health so I will pay anything to keep me healthy. They have payment plans if that is something you need. They work with you NOT against you. They are very flexible with the schedule of sessions throughout the day as well. Overall I recommend anyone looking to improve their health, mentally, emotionally and physically to come see us! LETS GO!!!

I love Coach Andrea and her work outs, her high energy is super infectious.

I got results at Fitbody, I regained balance I had lost and a lot of mobility and strength. I came to be able to do things I was never able to do before and I'm really proud of the progress I made.

That being said, I don't feel that I personally got what I paid for (which was extremely high), and ultimately the treatment from one of the coaches made me leave after multiple very very bad interactions. I didn't feel like coming to a place I was no longer welcome in and paying a great deal of money for, for services promised that I never received. There was also very little concern when I was battling some pretty significant health issues, one being an injury sustained from the gym, and there was really no reach out during that time. I didn't feel like my coaches always had my back, and so I say this: you will progress here if you work hard, but you have to push yourself. I expected more connection from coaches.

I wish Fitbody the best and it sounds like a lot was learned based on feedback I provided.

I have been going to Fit Body for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences!
The coaches are all seriously kind, caring, supportive and attentive. During each workout they come by to either, correct your posture, tell you you can up the weight or drop the weight if your form is suffering, and also to offer encouraging and motivating words.
I love the supportive environment that the coaches and everyone who attends the classes, creates.
The variety of workouts is really fun. There is definitely repetition of moves, which I love, but they are always varied in a way that keeps it interesting and not at all repetitive and boring .
There are also ways to scale up or down each move to meet you at your fitness level. I keep thinking the workouts will feel easier at some point, but you just keep scaling it up, pushing yourself each time so you are always sweating at the end of a workout.
The nutrition support and Styku Scans offered are also a great way to see your personal progress and to keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.

I give this organization however many stars possible! I've been coming to this Fit Body Boot Camp for some years now, and I think it has probably saved my life. Certainly it has improved my life both physically and mentally. Coaches are dedicated and enthusiastic, workouts are designed to be both flexible and challenging, and the community feeling is unique in my experience of gyms and programs like this. When I developed knee problems and had to revise what I was doing, I could modify and had the support and experience of the coaches to help me. My PT started saying, well, if you don't see yourself doing these (PT) exercises at home, let's build it into what you do at the gym!
And that has continued to work, and make it possible for me to do all the other things I want to do too.

I was a little skeptical about joining Portland Fitbody Bootcamp, but I was desperate to fight the menopause weight I gained. I signed up for the 12 week transformation and it has literally changed my life!

Although, Portland Fitbody is not close to where I live, I made the commitment to drive 15-20 min each way for 12 weeks and it was totally worth it!

I went from working out 5x a week for an hour with no results to working out 3x a week for 40 minutes with results almost immediately. By the end of the 12 weeks I had not only reached my goal but lost over 20 inches overall, loss body fat and gained muscle!

The coaches at Portland Fitbody are also Fabulous! They keep you motivated, check in on you and care so much about each member. They also taught me about nutrition and starting new habits that can be sustained for the rest of my life!

It’s been 5 months now since I joined and I’m still maintaining my weight and setting new goals for myself.
I’m so thankful to the Portland Fitbody team(Emily, Julia and Aimee.) See you tomorrow! 😊

I cannot say enough about how great this place is! I (unfortunately) haven’t been much into exercising in a few years now, but the trainers and environment here are so supportive and motivating, they made it so easy. It’s definitely not the kind of place you’ll feel intimidated at, which is such a relief for someone like me! Coaches Julia and Aimee (and the rest of the staff) are very helpful in guiding you through new work outs, checking in with you and always make the environment feel so welcoming. Everyone attending classes is at different levels and has different goals, but you can be assured that you will still be challenged at every class. I especially enjoy how quick the work outs are considering how busy my schedule is. It’s been incredible to feel the difference a few workouts a week with Portland Fit Body Boot Camp has made to my mind and body in such a short time. Beyond grateful to have found this place! I've been working out at Portland Fit Body Bootcamp for close to 6 years. I can't speak highly enough about the coaches, the facility and the other members.

As a teen, I was super involved in sports and dance, and was really athletic. As an adult, I lost a lot of that. When I found FBBC 6 years ago, I was unhappy with my body, and felt REALLY out of shape. Traditional gyms were intimidating, because I didn't know what I was doing, and honestly, I get lazy when I'm working out on my own. It's also intimidating to walk into a facility where everyone else looks way more in shape than I am.

Finding FBBC was EXACTLY what I needed. When I walked in, I saw people of every size, age, shape and ability. I didn't feel like the out of shape one walking in the door. I felt welcomed immediately. I appreciated that the coaches offered modifications, and insight.

I've stayed at FBBC because of the community. I love seeing familiar faces, and being to laugh, sweat, and grunt my way through a workout with people I've come to consider friends. I've also gained strength and confidence.

I've seen some negative reviews on here, but as a member, I can honestly tell you that the community and the workout you get is worth the cost.

I love Portland Fit Body Boot Camp. I've been a member for 3+ years. I'm really impressed by how they have handled the workouts during the Covid-19 quarantine. The owner and coaches care about their clients and it shows by how friendly and dedicated they are.

I started my workouts with Fit Body Boot just under a year ago. I love going and miss it when I don’t go. I go roughly 3 times a week and feel stronger. I did not go to the gym to lose weight or change my body, I went because I wanted a quality workout that I could count on, on a regular basis. FBBC has multiple option for different levels but I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable by the option we are given during our daily workouts. Highly recommend it for those of you who are looking for accountability but are fearful you won’t be able to keep up. You will feel great if you can get through the first three weeks.

I've tried so many speciality fitness places in Portland where I didn't feel like I fit in because I wasn't hard-core fit enough, or Portland 'cool' enough. FBBC workouts make me feel like I fit in-- and they are no nonsense. I travel a lot so I can't work out at a gym regularly, but I can always jump back in to a FBBC workout and get help to modify to where I'm at even when I miss weeks at a time— thanks to great coaches like Savannah and Tyler! They even check up on me when I miss workouts for a long time (not like my old gym that I think took my money and was happy when I never came)

Extremely poor follow through and communication. No responses to multiple calls and emails. The schedule is only on a private Facebook page and was never updated in a manner that would allow for planning ahead. If you're going to own a business, take care of your customers and listen to their concerns otherwise you end up losing valuable clients.

I signed up via Groupon. I tried to get information on the class times a week before starting but no one ever returned my call or email. So I just showed up. I went to orientation where I was part of a great group. I connected with several other moms and ladies. During the post workout orientation they mentioned that the weekly schedule is posted online. A few of us vowed to never go to core day again. I could not find the information anywhere online. I resorted to asking the ladies I connected with, we had exchanged numbers. They also could not find the information. I ended up meeting up with one of the ladies Ell the next day so we could walk the waterfront. During our walk she said 'let's call them to get the schedule cause this is crazy'. She called, Emily picked up and Ell started by explaining we were told yesterday that the weekly schedules could be found online but that none of us who had connected could locate it. Emily told her the schedules were online, she clarified and said the times were but not what the scheduled workout was. It was a silly thing for Emily to respond with, the times don't change so why would we be trying to get the weekly schedule as if they did. Emily said it's only posted on the Facebook group. Ell has the patience of a saint, she said well why weren't we told that- we all had our phones out and would have joined right then. Emily didn't tell a reason and never apologize for the trouble. Ell mentioned that it was a missed opportunity and explained that it has been a hassle so far to get basic information. Her tone was unempathetic and it sounded like she doesn't take feedback very well. Emily said she had to add Ell then add her to the group. The call ended as Ell got the notification. Something happened and Emily's friend request went away but no call to explain happened. We were like what is going on. Ell calls back, Emily doesn't answer. We both called repeatedly trying to get her to pick up and finish what she started. She never picked up, we both left numerous messages. Near the end of the walk, Ell said she was going to send a Facebook message. The next day she said she never got a reply, no call backs, but she finally got a request from Emily again. It took her two days to finally get in the group, and Emily didn't respond to her calls, message or email. I was appalled by the lack of communication especially by the owner. Once Ell finally got the schedule she messaged it to all of us. Two of the girls didn't have Facebook, and I am not about to join a group that involves that much hassle. I only went to one more class, my husband's hours changed and none of the times would be possible. Ell was trying to get me to continue, she even offered as a non morning person to come with me to the 5:25 am class but that would have been pushing my schedule a bit much. She continued to send me the schedule for two more weeks. I am thankful for the orientation which led me to a group of amazing fellow moms, and Ell.

The building needs some upkeep, I got two splinters on my tush when I was trying to catch my breathe. I wish the times were more spread out so I could have finished my introduction offer. Also, they don't explain the exercises enough. I had to ask a few times what I was suppose to be doing. Many other people had to ask as well. They should keep in mind that if more than one person has to ask it means something wasn't clear in the beginning. Also, the more information the better. If you have the information, share it! Please don't make it a hassle for paying customers.

I want to give this gym more stars but I can't due to their lack of details, and customer service/care!! You have to be accountable for service/care if you own a business.

THE PROS:
-Great fellow gym go-ers-- this actually might be the best reason to join but sadly it doesn't negate any of the other things! I actually made a lot of friends in my orientation class- we exchanged number and we talk each week even some who stopped going.
-The trainers are kind, and very thoughtful (2nd best thing)
-Location was perfect

THE CONS:
-Cost is high when they don't have basic customer service/care, and don't have more flexible times/schedules!
-Getting someone to answer the phone is rare- it happened once from April (when I was researching) to end of September
-There is no consistency with information. Or follow through when they don't know. i.e lack of customer care/service - (don't answer a question you don't know-find out the information then answer)
-The times on Saturday are limited, only 3 in the morning, having one early PM class would have been amazing as well as helpful
-Don't fall for the fitaid/lifeaid punch card (bait and switch), you'll never get one which is why I stopped buying 4 a week
-The books they have of testimonials are really dated (by years) which was very unimpressive and lackluster - it made me think there was a decline in service and care. Either you can't upkeep or there are no new testimonials or both
-They tell you in orientation that the schedule is online which usually means website cause if it was something more specific you would give those specifics
-They fail to mention that by online they mean in a private facebook group which if that's the case tell people during orientation so they can join right then and there (by the way who only caters to people with facebook?)
-The fans/AC went out for about a week, and they just kept saying they were out. No one ever said sorry, and they didn't alter workouts to accommodate the lack of air flow or AC
-Schedules for the next week were often not posted till late that Sunday i.e THE DAY BEFORE THE WEEK STARTED, (thanks I love not planning my week out)

I started at FBBC with the 6 week Groupon which is 100% so affordable and worth the try. Whenever I hear the word bootcamp, I think of some sort of insanely impossible workout that involves crossfit-type things and/or flipping tires. This is nothing like that. Instead it's a great HIIT style workout that's changes day to day and is perfectly challenging and encouraging. It's done in a quick 40 mins which makes it a doable daily workout.

I have nothing but good things to say about PFBB. I first heard about PFBB through groupon. Getting a groupon is a very inexpensive way of trying the program out and seeing what it has to offer before getting an annual membership.

First of all the instructors are amazing. They keep you motivated and are able to instruct the class as a whole while also giving individual help to those who struggle with formation. They also offer simplified forms of each workout for beginners or those who have injuries. Emily does a great job of checking up on us via email and sending out motivational and informative emails regarding nutrition and fitness.

Check these guys out if you are looking for a fun, short, high intensity workout!

I’ve found my new workout obsession and it’s definitely taking classes at PFBBC. I’ve never done group classes before (I’ve always felt awkward because I don’t know a ton about working out!) but the coaches and community there have a way of making you feel SO comfortable and confident in what you’re doing. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m feeling stronger both mentally and physically. I can’t thank PFBBC enough and I can’t wait to have them as a support system while working hard towards my goals!

FBBC has been one of the best gyms I've been apart of. There is just one in Portland but it's worth going. The community you'll find there is very positive and supportive. Everyone is at different levels and all just trying to get a good sweat on!
Each class is different and focuses on a different muscle group for 40-45 minutes, always including a warm up and cool down. The workouts are HIT and are rewarding once you complete them- and YES you Can complete them - it's not so difficult that you can't function for hours after you leave.
There is an online scheduler that shows your upcoming workouts you've signed up for, your history, and your info so you can track your progress if that's an impotent factor to you. I highly recommend FBBC!

Originally decided to try out Portland Fit Body Bootcamp because it is only three blocks from my apartment, but quickly fell in love with the workouts and the trainers. These HIIT workouts go by quickly and are easy to fit into my busy schedule and even after three weeks I am seeing a huge difference. Emily's passion for fitness and love for the clients shines bright and the team also has amazing knowledge and tips for nutrition! Excited to continue this journey!

I bought the Groupon 6 week package and I have loved it. The coaches are wonderful. Enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgeable. Classes start early enough in the day that I can actually go before work and still be at work by my 6:45 start time. In my first few weeks I have already noticed my legs feel stronger and I feel better through the day. I like it so much I even signed up for the unlimited membership.

I have been working out at PFBBC for a couple weeks now and, so far, it's one of the top small group fitness gyms I've been to. The trainers are friendly, observant, knowledgeable and the workouts are structured so us gym rats can attend daily, if we want, without worry of overworked muscle groups while still getting in challenging work! The space is large enough to accommodate several people without interfering with one another and well equipped. I would recommend this gym to anyone I know, no matter what their fitness level!
Thanks PFBBC!

The trainers are great, especially Julian. Classes are short but usually leave me sweaty and feeling like I had a good workout. Location is clean and centrally located.
Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there are limited class times available, especially on the weekends. Only offer 2 Saturday morning classes and nothing on Sunday. Last class of the week day starts at 6:10pm, which was difficult to make with my work schedule.
Also, make sure to carefully review the cancellation policy if you decide to become a member, as it is not intuitive.

I purchased the 16 day Groupon for Portland Fit Body just to get a "better late than never" routine in before a Mexico trip. My experience, however, was much different that I expected. I have been to many gyms all over the city (and other cities) and this little gem of a gym is a rarity. What makes it unique is their personalized approach to fitness. They have thought through all the details that keep you emotionally engaged to stay committed while kicking your butt in the classes. Every contact from the staff is positive, personable, and adds value. They talk about nutrition and give you tools to guide your decisions. You get regular tips, emailed encouragement/acknowledgment, they greet you by name and give you high fives for doing your best.

Each class is unique and interesting so you aren't doing the same rote routines every day. The coaches are great examples of fitness and truly love helping others to meet fitness goals (just sweet, positive people.) They were even there early in the morning when every thing was shut down due to to snow and ice because they don't want to let anyone down.

The gym is small but it is clean and organized so you easily perform at each station and there are limits on attendees so it feels more like working out with friends. I happen to be moving out of the area or I would have gotten the membership. Keep up the great work PFBBC!

I love doing workouts, but have always struggled with the lack of motivation to actually go and do them. However, since I joined FBBC (more than 5 months ago), this hasn't been a problem anymore. The whole team makes it easy and fun to stay committed and looking forward for the next day’s surprise. Every day is different from the day before, which also keeps you away from falling into a boring routine. Classes have a consistent everyday-schedule and you have a wide variety of hours to choose from.

So far, I’ve worked with two trainers (Julian and Joyce), and both of them are great at what they do and really inspiring coaches. I usually go to evenings classes, which are the ones that Joyce instructs 4 days a week. She always receives everyone with a big smile, no matter how many classes she has coached before, or how her day has gone. She is also super friendly, supportive and easy to talk to. High five, Joyce!! :D

Anyways, if you are looking for a great community, workouts, and something to keep you wanting to exercise your muscles, this is the right place for you.

Update: the owner reached out to me, did research on the issue, and corrected the issue. I increased my star review from 1 star to 3. I appreciate the willingness to make things right. If you try FBBC, check out Julian's classes - he's awesome.

Original review: I have very mixed feelings for this place. First of all, Julian is amazing. He is a great instructor, so encouraging, and always sets up routines that really challenge your body. Every workout I've had here has been fun and sweaty! My complaint is with the management of this company (or franchise? I don't really know how this company works, but I only interact with the SE Portland location). I went here for months using ClassPass and I highly recommend just going through CP instead of FBBC to take classes - I never had any issues by going through CP. But my life has recently changed drastically and I stopped using ClassPass and decided to sign up for a killer deal that FBBC was offering - 21 days for $21. When I inquired about the special I told them I would not be able to activate it for potentially a month or longer due to personal circumstances. They told me that was no problem and that there was no expiration date. They insisted I attend an orientation even though their records showed I had been to FBBC for 25 classes already. I thought that was silly but I went. Now my personal circumstances have allowed me to attend my classes and yesterday I went to sign up and saw that my $21/21 days package was no longer good. I reached out to the owner (I guess?? The only person that contacts me from FBBC) who told me that my account had expired since it had been over 30 days since I attended orientation and that I would need to reactivate my account for a $10 fee. I told her about my experience being told I could activate it at any time and she said "Yeah, it is no problem. We just have to reactivate the program for you!" I understood that text message to mean that she was waiving the fee since her employees had given me false information. This morning I was very surprised to see a $10 charge from FBBC. The amount of money is small - $31 in total - it's the business practices that is so worrisome. I feel taken advantage of and terribly communicated with. I plan to use up my 21 day plan since I've already paid for it, but I don't plan to do anything else with this company. I just don't trust them.

This is my 1st experience with a program like this and I must say I absolutely love it!!! Coming in, I was completely out of shape and didn't really know what to expect because I had never even taken a fitness class, worked out with a personal trainer, never worked out in a group setting, or even had any commitments to my health & fitness goals before. I was a little intimidated to say the least , but upon attending my 1st class, all my worrys went right out the window!! It is the perfect setting for all different levels of fitness, from beginners like myself up to the fittest of the fit!! All the staff here at this facility are very encouraging, welcoming, and just down right amazing!! This was one of the best decisions I've made for myself in a long, long time & I highly recommend this to any and everyone who wants to get in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle!! :)

Groupon led me here, and I admit to being skeptical. However, I started dragging my but here in the morning...first to the 9am class, then to the 8, and now to the 7 on a pretty consistent basis. I head in before work, and while I spend most of my workday sore, it is a good feeling. I like that there are different fitness levels in each class, that I'm only competing against myself, that I never get a chance to just phone it in, and that I get a workout worth of my high school football coach every time I set foot in Emily's studio. And Rivers rocks, without exception.
