I can't say enough good things about Paul and Jaime! Not only is the facility top-notch, but they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every member. Recently, I had an issue and the owner personally took the time to help me out. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.
If you're looking for a gym that offers exceptional service and a great workout environment, look no further than Fitness Express. Highly recommend!

Great that it is accessible 24 hours. Daily rate is fair. Equipment is limited, which is fine. The downside is that there are no showers. No lockers or cubbies that I saw.
A basic small town gym that is offering a great service to their town. I support them for the fact that they promote fitness.

More for teens.
Personal stereos are often bearing which overpowers your earbuds, only 1 fan in the cardio space, and a general lack of gym etiquette for others regarding sharing equipment. It's 24 hours and that's a positive.

I love this place. Small, but few people at any time anyways. Cheaper than SamFit, and I don't have to drive to Newport. I met the owners a couple of time, nice people. It's always clean. Good equipment, minus a few things you may find in a bigger gym, but they have everything necessary to get every muscle group. 24 hour access of course.
