I first started going to Fulcrum Fitness in 2010 at their MLK location for their group classes and loved it. Excellent trainers and management while all of the members are made up of a diverse community who really support each other.
Iβve also done small group over the years and then some 1 on 1 training after shattering my arm up at Mt. Hood in 2021. The benefits were huge for my recovery. I can even do cartwheels again, LOL.

As a neighborhood gym they don't care much for the neighbors who live up and down the street or around the block they- run and yell and tell loudly at 6am throwing weights around.

Super inclusive space! I joined last year after falling into serious disrepair during the pandemic and Iβve gotten so much stronger without being injured. No body talk and tons of support from trainers and other regulars!

The best gym I've ever been to. From Day one I felt comfortable, and I'm not a gym-rat. The trainers are completely accepting, everyone is welcome. They all care and show their personality while keeping us on track with the Matrix system. It is a solid place to work hard, have fun and build health. The fitness system here helps prevent injuries while building strength, balance and stamina. At 57 I am in better shape than I have been in since high school, (and I plan on going past that)!

Fulcrum Fitness is great! I felt comfortable as a newbie to this type of workout (more functional fitness vs. isolation exercises or strictly cardio) when I joined the gym several months ago. The FitPro's are awesome and always have your safety in mind. For folx looking for something different than the traditional weight lifting or group fitness class, Fulcrum is the place for you!

I have been going to Fulcrum for almost six months now and it has been an incredible experience. The trainers really know what they are talking about and know how to motivate you at the gym.
