Working with Julie Hamilton has been absolutely life-changing. For years, I struggled to lose weight and felt like I had tried everything—different gyms, multiple trainers, countless diets (paleo, keto, you name it)—with little to no success. Nothing seemed to work. That all changed when I started training with Julie. With her guidance, I lost 30 pounds, and the best part is I’ve kept it off for over two years. No gimmicks, no medications—just smart workouts and realistic nutrition coaching.

What makes Julie stand out is her unique approach to both fitness and food. I’ve always had a complicated relationship with dieting and would either go too extreme or burn out quickly. Julie listened, understood my struggles, and helped me create a plan I could actually stick with. She taught me how to lift weights safely and effectively—something I had never felt confident doing before. Her workouts push you just enough, but you never leave feeling destroyed. I actually feel good after them!

On top of her expertise, Julie makes the whole process enjoyable. I’ve never been someone who likes working out, but training with her is genuinely fun!!! She truly cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. She goes above and beyond!!!

If you’re looking to lose weight, build a sustainable routine, and actually enjoy the process, Julie Hamilton at Hyatt Strength and Wellness is the trainer you’ve been searching for. Training with her has been the best investment I’ve ever made—and thanks to her, I finally feel comfortable in my own body again.

This place is special! Jeremy, the owner, and my personal trainer, Sydney, came along side me when I was at my weakest point, emotionally and physically, and helped me transform my life.

The care and attention they gave to me and my body, which has many health issues, made me feel empowered and I am such a better person today for it. I lost nearly 50 pounds in the past 8 months with them and gained so much strength, mentally and physically- wow! I’m forever grateful for this journey with them!

I’ve been very happy with the Hyatt fitness studio since joining almost a year ago. It’s always impeccably clean, never overcrowded, and thoughtfully designed. The locker rooms are well-maintained, with added touches that make a real difference—like fresh towels and a well-stocked selection of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and even toothbrushes.

A special shoutout to my trainer, Travis, who has made my fitness journey genuinely enjoyable. He’s incredibly approachable and has a natural way of making you feel at ease, whether you’re just starting out or pushing for the next level. What I appreciate most is how he strikes that perfect balance between encouraging progress and staying mindful of safety. Every session feels purposeful and tailored, and I leave feeling both challenged and supported.

Highly recommend both the studio and Travis if you’re looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming environment to work out in.

I've been a client/member of this gym since October 2023. I've been working with Freddy pretty much since day one and I look forward every week to getting his professional training advice, encouragement and feedback on my personal fitness. As an older member, I appreciate Freddy's attention to flexibility, strength, stamina and recovery and I feel (and look!) so much better than that person who walked into the gym last October.

Jeremy, the owner, keeps his gym in great shape as well: plenty of equipment, a security coded front door, nice locker rooms with towels and extras, InBody machine, Hyatt merch, an informative e-newsletter, a great training app, easy to navigate web site and of course, hot coffee!

Hyatt is a wonderful place to work out. Whatever your fitness level or goals, they are there to support you. I highly recommend this business!

Another 5 star recommendation for Hyatt Strength + Wellness! I've been a member for 18 months and my partner is going on 12. I've never had a personal trainer nor was a person who went to the gym. Once I decided I needed personal training to stave off my muscle loss, I did my research online and talked to a few gyms. Jeremy Hyatt was by far the most enthusiastic and engaged person I spoke with and all the benefits of the gym appealed to me. From day one of stepping into the gym I've been impressed with the professionalism and at the same time friendliness of everyone I've met. My trainer, Julie, has been instrumental in my development and keeping me accountable for the workouts I do outside of our personal training sessions. There is no doubt that the time I've spent at this gym has reversed my biological age. If your are in your 50s like me and think it's time to start getting your physical body back on track, give Jeremy a call. They have all the tools you need but it's up to you to take the first step.

I’ve gone to multiple facilities for personal training and this is by far the best one yet. The facility is probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen at any gym. Travis is the trainer that is working with me here and he has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about physical exercises as well as nutrition. The programs that he writes perfectly blend my goals and limitations so that I am consistently improving without discouragement or injuries. When taking both the physical training and diets seriously, I was able to accomplish my goals then set new ones to achieve next. I would highly recommend this facility and especially Travis to anyone considering improving themselves through personal training.

Going to this gym for the last year has been a phenomenal experience! I started attending the gym at the end of 2022 (early 2023). I had recently moved to the city and wanted to find a gym and a trainer I could stay with for a while, so I started going to two places, Hyatt being one of them. Within a few weeks, it was clear that Hyatt was the place to be!

It feels comfortable to workout here, especially for someone who only kind of knew what he was doing. The owner of the gym, Jeremy, is almost always around or accessible. He's often seen training people, or welcoming people inside. He has a welcoming energy and a warm smile.

They have a variety of trainers who are all very enjoyable people to workout alongside. Many (if not all?) have some form of strength training, conditioning, or even nutrition certifications (NASM, NCSA, etc). Some even have advanced education in physiology and kinesiology.

The trainers prioritize people's individual goals by creating personalized workout routines each month, and continuously change weights, reps, or exercises as goals are met, all while ensuring that people are not being pushed beyond what's healthy (much better than some of the aggro gyms I have been to!) When I first signed up, I did trial runs with a couple of the trainers to find the right fit for my needs and my personality. I ended up choosing Travis!

Travis specializes in strength training, but he is also Precision Nutrition certified. He and I have been working on building up my functional and traditional strength. He creates workouts that address my overall goals, and he calibrates any exercise to what my body needs that day. We've prioritized some neck and core stability for an injury that I had coming in. And let me tell you, I am making progress!

He has surpassed all of my expectations (especially coming from some not so attuned trainers). Travis takes the time to check in with me, see where my body is that day, and then proceeds to challenge the hell out of me! He also loves to geek out on favorite movies, video games, or DND (if you're into that thing, training with him is a must!) He always has a story to tell. And occasionally those stories have been lifesavers in getting me to my next set of reps. Instead of sitting there staring at the weights dreading what's to come, he gets me so caught up in a story that, suddenly, I realize I've already started the next set and I'm crushing it! As of this month, we are 12 months strong and I'm enjoying every minute of it!

I’ve been training with Adam Gawlak at Hyatt Strength + Wellness since recovering from a broken spine in 2021. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and even better, Adam G. is a go-to acupuncturist for me, too! I’d never had sports-specific acupuncture treatment before working with Adam, and now I can’t recommend it strongly enough. After his treatments, I feel immediate improvement in my strength and mobility and it only continues to improve in the days following. Adam is excellent at explaining his process, thoughts, and recommendations. If you haven’t tried acupuncture for pain management or strength training, I highly recommend booking a consultation with Adam at Hyatt.

As a Physical Therapist, I recommend all of my patients looking to continue their fitness journey to Hyatt Training. I have been there the last 4 months and have gained over 7 pounds of muscle while losing over 5 pounds of fat, not to mention getting stronger and more fit with each passing week. The facility is clean and never too busy due to the way they schedule their clients. I enjoy no longer having to change my workouts due to machines being occupied. You can tell the thought that goes into providing value for clients, from the coffee/infused water in the entry, stocked locker rooms with any item you may need to get ready after your workout, providing individualized programming, and educating their clients to empower them to create life long changes to their health. If you are serious about making a commitment to your health and longevity, this is the place to be. So happy to have found this group.

I recommend Hyatt Training extremely highly. I was on the fence about whether personal training was a good fit for me, but I'm so glad I gave it a try, because today I am stronger, more flexible, more injury-free, and faster than I have been since I ran competitively in college. Having a personalized workout routine is a huge part of what makes this type of training so great, but the accountability and encouragement are worth just as much. Plus, the gym itself is immaculately clean, well maintained, welcoming, and spacious.

I'm positive that every trainer here is excellent, but I work with Travis and think he's awesome. He's obviously passionate about training and puts a lot of thought and care into the programs he writes for clients. He's always listening and learning, and he's very honest about what will and won't help me achieve my goals. Spending time at the gym with him is a highlight of my week.

To anyone who is thinking about personal training, I'd say just give a try, and it might be one of the best decisions you've made in years. It was for me.

The first thing I noticed was how quickly the owner responded, and how professional the entire process of signing up was. No one tried to pressure me into buying more sessions than I needed. My goal was just to have someone knowledgeable check my form and refine my workout program; it had been about a decade since I'd worked with a trainer. I bought four sessions with Hyatt, and it was just what I needed. They paired me with Travis, whom I found extremely knowledgeable. He helped me clean up my form and created a workout plan that I could use after the four sessions were completed. Would definitely recommend Travis and the team at Hyatt.

My experience with my trainer, Julie Hamilton, and the Hyatt environment and team has been absolutely awesome! I have been working out with Julie at Hyatt since April 2022 and am amazed at how much stronger and more resilient I feel. I've also lost over 20 pounds since starting training with Julie. As a 46 year-old woman with hormone imbalances, I returned to weightlifting after lots of health setbacks, elevated cortisol, uterine fibroids and other challenges that HIIT/cardio-centric workouts just made worse.

Julie is so knowledgeable, fun and kind. I feel like each session with her is a gift to my entire wellbeing. Julie is safety-first and since working out with her, not only have I not been injured but the aches and pains of working at a desk all day are so minimal now. Julie is always listening to my goals and concerns, brilliantly crafting workouts for where I am at and mindful of where I want to be, adjusting and challenging me when she sees I am ready. She truly meets me where I am at. I am not new to weight training but gosh, it is so nice with my super busy life to have someone this experienced craft workouts so thoughtfully. And the results I am enjoying are above and beyond what I've been able to achieve on my own in the gym. I just show up and do the workout with her guidance and support. She genuinely cares about her client's goals and compassionately adjusts for life's stresses, situations. Julie is not only an experienced trainer, she is just an absolutely amazing human being for whom I am so grateful.

The Hyatt gym is fantastic. It is way more pleasant than a big box gym, the air filtration/ventilation and equipment, as well as the overall environment/experience, is above and beyond your average gym. I really enjoy the space! Jeremy and Lee, the owners, are so friendly and supportive. They are always around and really do care about the client experience. In fact, after filling out an inquiry form for consultation, Jeremy emailed me over the weekend in less than 12 hours! All the trainers are kind and supportive.

All around, this is an incredible experience and the best investment I have made in my health perhaps ever. I want to be strong, healthy and vital as long as possible. But I knew I needed support and accountability, which Julie has provided in such caring abundance! Julie is the best trainer I've ever worked with and I am in better shape and health than I have been in a long time! Now, despite some hefty life challenges, my workouts are so habitual and essential to me, I show up and wow, what a difference it makes. Thank you Julie Hamilton and Hyatt Training! I share this lengthy review in hope that maybe it will help someone else move toward choosing to commit to better self-care, strength and health. I know the previous reviews helped me initiate a consultation.

I've posted previously about how great a trainer Adam G is, and how wonderful Hyatt is as a gym. I also wanted to mention their relatively recent addition of acupuncture services. Acupuncture is a great holistic way to treat and avoid injuries, and Adam is equally fantastic with his acupuncture skills. He knows the body well and studied locally at Portland's Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Scheduling is super easy, and I've gone in a handful of times this year to nip tweaks in the bud, before they derailed my fitness schedule and goals. Thank you for offering this service!

Hyatt Training is the real deal! Very cool, professional, and welcoming folks who take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and tailor a program to you specifically. I reached out for some feedback on my form and program as I start a new workout routine, and Travis was awesome to work with. He was able to give me some excellent tips right off the bat and see exactly where and what I needed to work on. I also really appreciate that I never felt pressured to sign a contract or commit to regular trainings – very nice to find a gym and a trainer with such integrity and I'll definitely be sending my friends to Hyatt!

I'm a long-time, happy client at Hyatt Training. I recently had a muscle injury that was limiting my exercise, especially running. I'm so gratefull for the knowledge and resources offered at Hyatt. My trainer was able to adapt my workouts accordingly and connect me with Adam Gawlak, who offers acupuncture treatment on-site. My sessions with Adam were great. Because he is also a personal trainer, I felt like he really understood my concerns and goal of getting back to running as quickly as possible. He always took the time to listen, explain the treatment, and make sure I was comfortable. Appointments were easy to book and payment was straightforward. I'm happy to say that with he and Jeremy's support, I am happily hitting the trails again!

Hyatt is up there as one of the places I will miss most about Portland. I am so glad I stumbled upon this amazing and welcoming facility. It's everything I've been looking for in a gym and training experience: no rows of cardio machines, no overcrowding, no egos, no intimidation. I have had excellent personal trainers in the past and I know Brian is providing me with the type of rigorous and demanding work out from our sessions that I expect. In addition, he does this with humour and professionalism.

Further, I share my workouts with my husband, Chris. Our training needs are quite different but Brian is able to accommodate us simultaneously very well. Plus, we have both had medical set backs during the year which Brian has been able to take these into account.

Finally, Covid has added enormous difficulties for us all. Again, Brian has been able to handle the changing situation well and maintain our training regimen at the levels we want.

I'm a huge fan of Brian and he is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. I couldn't thank Brian enough for the impact he has had in my life specially during such a challenge year like 2020 . He is always there with such a great energy and professionalism in our sessions and I always enjoy our workouts and conversations. I have been working with Brian for a little over a year and I have seen a difference in my body and strength that I never saw while working with other trainers. I feel much stronger, my balance and mobility with my broken ankle has improved, I'm able to finally (after 33 years of trying) do push ups, and more important I feel great. Thanks to Brian for being and amazing trainer and thanks Jeremy and Lee for all the work you do at Hyatt and your professionalism. I’m writing my first google review ever, for Hyatt Training because they have made a huge difference in my life. From my first inquiry with Jeremy through many workouts in their beautiful gym (outside during the worst of the lockdowns) I have loved my time there. Great equipment, clean well-stocked locker room, and the welcoming feel are amazing. I am a nurse working in community health and I have felt incredibly safe during all workouts through the pandemic. Jeremy and Lee have a lovely relationship with their members. I’m always greeted warmly, and they stay in touch with emails, educational events and other personal touches. On occasion, Jeremy let’s me take over the music :)

I have been working out with trainer Elana since November of 2019. Elana is wonderful. She has helped to get me through this last year. She is professional, knowledgeable, super funny and kind. My workouts are varied and challenging - but always fun. Elana is also flexible and on the few occasions I had to miss a workout due to illness she has always tried to somehow fit me in. I was touched when she planned a “100“ themed workout on the occasion of my 100th workout with her. 100 workouts in a year! I have never done that in my life. I credit Elana - she has kept me engaged. I’ve never been stronger or had better balance in my life. I’m so grateful for what she has done for me!

Thank you Elana, Lee and Jeremy!

I started training with Julie Hamilton a couple months ago after being recommended to her by a friend. As my friend had ensured, Julie is an absolute gem of a trainer. She addresses her clients with such honest curiosity and care- she really wants you to get the absolute most out of every session with her. Try as I might to distract her, she aptly keeps me on track and guides me through every exercise safely and effectively. All the while she is full of joy, advice and fun stories. Hyatt is a beautiful facility, and I feel really comfortable training inside with all of their attention to detail and sanitation protocols.
It’s a little bit of a financial investment for me to train just once a week, but it has been totally worth every penny. I feel great, and I always look forward to my Thursday training session. So glad I’m finally doing this for myself.

Update 2021: so glad to be back at Hyatt Training. For those interested in safety, It has always been super clean, but the covid protocols are state of the art. Big work out apace for you and your trainer, air filters, every piece of equipment cleaned after use.

Moved to Portland in Feb. 2020 and was so lucky to discover Hyatt Training. Jeremy and his team welcomed me like family to their spotless, well equipped facility and connected me with a great trainer, Brian O'Neil. But it was only a few weeks before Covid-19 upended everything.

The Hyatt team supported me though lock down and Brian surprised me with challenging workouts via Zoom, using the limited equipment I had at home. Now Hyatt is back open, having redesigned their facility into into spacious individual workout areas, observing the strictest safety and social distancing protocols. So great to be back at the gym and be able to workout confidently and safely!

I cannot recommend and speak highly enough about the Hyatt team and facility. I began working out with a trainer to avoid aggravating a prior shoulder injury. Adam has been fantastic: he's studying Eastern medicine and knows the body incredibly well. He has done a phenomenal job of helping me to build fitness and muscle, both safely and steadily.

Then COVID happened. During the shutdown, Jeremy and Lee supported members by creating online content and allowing folks to borrow equipment from the gym. As things reopened, I wasn't sure if I'd feel comfortable going back to a gym; I generally plan to avoid indoor gatherings and spaces for the foreseeable future. But Jeremy and Lee have gone above and beyond to maximize safety. They created huge individual workout zones with piles of gear, to allow for socially-distanced workouts; all gear is individually sanitized in between workouts; and everyone is required to wear a mask at all times. They even created an outdoor workout space as an alternative. It feels like working out in your own private gym!

Everything about Hyatt is excellent. The trainers, the facility, the management, the culture, all of it. I know that is the result of hard work by owners Jeremy and Lee and the excellent Hyatt trainers. That is the only way that things become all-around excellent.

The trainers can design a program that is right you and your individual goals. And it's nice to be in a positive community with all different types of people.

Brian and Hyatt have worked diligently to adapt to the covid pandemic. We've been able to continue our workouts via zoom, and Jeremy and the Hyatt family have been in constant communication with steps on how they'll move forward when gyms get the green-light. I have been a member of the Hyatt gym for about 3 years now. My husband and I transitioned to Hyatt when our former gym closed. We were skeptical at first (because we loved the combination of working out at classes as well as personal training), but followed our trainer to Hyatt to give it a try. We haven’t looked back since! Hyatt is an amazing place filled with exceptional trainers. We have worked with three trainers during our time there and I can honestly state that I would work with any trainer at Hyatt. Jeremy and Lee take great pride in ownership of the gym and strive to make everyone’s experience at the gym nothing less than exceptional and that starts with the quality of the trainers at the gym. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - even when you are not working directly with one of them. The gym itself is clean, inviting, and filled with a variety of well maintained equipment. While there are no formal classes there are several “chalkboard” workouts that help give variety to our routine. We love the new family we have found at Hyatt including diversity of trainers and clients. Hyatt has a trainer to match your needs and support to reach your goals!

I found out about Hyatt from a friend and i can honestly say it’s one of the best things that happened to me. I am now 52lbs lighter and almost no loss in muscle mass. While i don’t think Hyatt is necessarily just a “transformation” gym, as they are welcoming of all types and goals, what helped me most having that consistent support from everyone i encountered here (and i mean everyone even trainers that I’d never trained with) . It really helped me feel motivated enough to make a real change in my life. I have a long way to go still but for the first time in a long time i feel like i might actually make it.

Some practical positives that I’ve appreciated as a member:
+ You get a gym membership within your training fee which has been invaluable to me as i love training here
+ They have very nice local coffee everyday
+ They have a dexa scan available once a quarter to track your body composition and progress
+ They are open saturdays
+ They have nice showers, towels and the place is super clean i mean super
+ Parking is always abundant
+ All the equipment you’ll ever need, never too busy to use it, and when i don’t know how to use something i can ask during my training sessions for tips which has expanded my ability to use more equipment and do more exercises

Hyatt Training is the best place for personal training in Portland! The atmosphere sets the tone for a great workout. Over the past four months, Hayden Olson has structured my workouts to increase my strength and agility.

I haven’t felt this great since playing college football!

I've worked out for most of my life in a variety of gyms. Hyatt Training is by far the best. Jeremy does an excellent job of maintaining a friendly yet intense training atmosphere. The staff are knowledgable and welcoming. In particular, Trevor Lasarre who I train with has had a measurable impact on my fitness and performance. If you're on the fence about trying Hyatt Training, jump off and take the plunge. You can thank me later!

Hyatt is truly a client focused gym. You are paired with a personal trainer based on your goals and how you are motivated. They take the time to learn about you before finding your best trainer match.
I am a little intimidated in most gym atmospheres. But, I feel at home at Hyatt. Everyone I have met (clients and trainers) at Hyatt is friendly, and truly cares.
Just a few months after I joined, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My trainer adjusted my sessions to accommodate what my body would allow that day. I now do 2 sessions each week with 2 different trainers. I do yoga with Lee, which is amazing. She doesn't just walk you through poses, but explains what muscles you are focusing on and what each move is doing for your body. I also have strength training sessions with Megan. Megan is great at motivating me to push through each session, and makes me want to work harder. She celebrates my accomplishments, even on days when I can't complete the full set of reps. She focuses on what I was able to do, not what I wasn't able to do.
Hyatt has played a big role in my health (both mental and physical) throughout my cancer/chemo journey. My doctor has been impressed with the level of activity I have maintained through chemo. I have had this success because Jeremy took the time to get to know me, and made the effort to know which trainers would be the best fit for me.
Thank you Jeremy, Lee, and Megan! I truly appreciate all you do for me and my health!

What a special group of trainers and community Jeremy and Lee have built! Everyone here is friendly, energetic, and service oriented. They take a very individualized goal oriented approach that produces measurable results. I currently train with Hayden Olson and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their personal fitness. Even if you enter that gym half-alive you will leave in great spirits!

Hyatt Training is a unique and one-of-a-kind gym, and is the best place to work as a personal trainer. Jeremy and Lee, and the awesome team of personal trainers, have created a special, community/client-first culture, in which everyone feels welcomed. While "the gym" can be a daunting place for people new to fitness/workout scene, Jeremy goes out of his way to make sure everyone - rookies to vets - feel comfortable, supported and encouraged.

In addition to 1 on 1 personal training, HT provides valuable resources including chalkboard workouts, which are workouts written by Jeremy for clients to complete during open gym hours/outside 1 on 1 training session. Knock out 2-3 chalkboard workouts a week, and you'll be in great shape (literally)! Furthermore, HT is constantly striving to provide the best services possible for clients, investing in new equipment, professional and informative material on website/social media, organizing seminars and workshops, creating race and nutrition programs, etc.

As a former HT personal trainer, I was drawn to HT for the reasons explained above... My experience working at HT was very positive and formative. Jeremy and Lee were (and still are) incredible mentors, and helped me build my business. They are very invested in their trainers' growth, and genuinely want their trainers to achieve their goals - whatever they may be!

I've been a member at a number of different types of gyms and a patron of many boutique fitness studios and I love Hyatt Training. Jeremy is a great trainer and has built a staff and network that serve any aspect of health and fitness that you can imagine. The high intensity workouts are great and the clientele are fun and motivating people. The studio itself is always clean, orderly and pleasant to be in.

The tailored-to-you environment means that whatever stage of fitness you are in - getting back into shape, getting into better shape or a seasoned Ironman - you'll have the support to help you reach your goals.

Before working with Jeremy Hyatt, I tried to run the Portland Marathon using my own training plan. I bonked at mile 21 and didn’t finish the race. Twelve months later, with Jeremy’s coaching, I not only finished the Portland Marathon, but I qualified for the Boston Marathon.

After running Boston, I decided to start competing in triathlons…..despite the fact that I didn’t own a bike and I literally couldn’t swim! Jeremy has worked with me to overcome these deficiencies, and I recently completed a Half Ironman.

There is absolutely no way my fitness goals would’ve been achieved without Jeremy’s coaching and training plans. The dude is a rock star!

Are you completely new to working with a trainer? Or are you an experienced athlete who wants professional help with conditioning? Do you have chronic health issues that would benefit from regular exercise?

No matter what level you're at, Hyatt Training can really help. The space is welcoming, The equipment is challenging. And the trainers are talented, committed, and supportive.

Going to Jeremy's studio is a high point in my week. I come away feeling invigorated and energized. I'm getting stronger and more coordinated, and I'm having lots of fun!!

I have been working with Jeremy since he first arrived in Portland more than 15 years ago. Have followed him from place to place and was thrilled when he and Lee opened their own place at Hyatt Training. I believe that working with him weekly has enabled me to stay active and healthy...and did I mention sane? The variation in workouts keeps exercise from becoming tedious and I appreciate his ability and willingness to adjust the workouts to accommodate injuries. In fact, Jeremy helped me rehab from several knee surgeries. The studio also provides a place to meet people who share similar interests and priorities. I highly recommend Hyatt Training to anyone looking for a friendly, personal studio with well trained, encouraging and professional staff.

Own a pasta restaurant ... eat pasta every day ... drink wine like it's water (it's my job!) ... turn 51 .... This is a recipe for a weight problem and potentially being unhealthy! I have found, however, the antidote! Jeremy Hyatt has been my trainer and friend for 10 years. He coached me through an incredibly successful Ironman in 2008 and has kept my hedonistic ass in shape ever since! Through one-on-one training, hour of power work outs, run advice, bike workouts (all available at Hyatt Training), I am still in good shape and very healthy! Both of my kids are also members and train with Hayden and Bevin (who are amazing!). I LOVE Hyatt training and all the people there -- it all starts at the top ... with Jeremy!

There's so much to love about Hyatt Training. Jeremy is always bringing in different equipment to use and coming up with new ways to challenge his clients. I know I've gained a lot of strength while training with Jeremy. On the days you don't have a training session you can always just walk in, look at the board and choose a workout to do—and it changes each week. The size of the studio allows you to meet people and chat with them and everybody is always encouraging and supportive. Jeremy and Lee have succeeded in creating a really special place.

I've been a client with Jeremy Hyatt for over a decade now. If you read a review that says something is, "life changing," you might glance over it and think it was an exaggeration-- that's not the case here. When I started with Jeremy, I was basically a mess physically. Over the years, I've gained the strength and agility to accomplish things I'd never been able to do in a gym. Finding physical fitness allowed me to add hikes, running, mountain biking and an improved ability to navigate life and life's stressors. At Hyatt training, they are into creating a healthy lifestyle change-- a new way of being in the world, not just a gym membership. In a sea of places to go find good health, this one is different. I can't say enough good stuff about the way I feel every time I leave the studio. Do yourself a favor-- Go start a relationship with Hyatt Training and take your health and well being to the next level.

I was referred to Hyatt Training by my naturopath to add upper body strength training into my workout regime. It has now been over a year and I am working out 3 times a week with a one-on-one session with owner Jeremy Hyatt to cap off the week. The personalized training has worked so well over the past year and I am gaining strength, feeling fit and healthy and enjoying the weekly visits. When not with a trainer there are group Hour of Power and Strength workouts posted on the chalkboard that rotate weekly for me to schedule into my week. There is always support and encouragement from all the trainers. I highly recommend Hyatt Training for anyone looking for expert one-on-one training with a holistic lifestyle approach! I have now added a running program to my training thanks to Jeremy!

I've always been averse to strength training, mostly because weight rooms are intimidating and I've never been taught what exercises to do or how to do them. After signing up for my fourth marathon, I quickly realized that my previous training plans weren't going to cut it. I signed up for weekly training with Jeremy and have never felt stronger. He's helped me break down my running form to identify the root cause of my injuries and come up with work outs to balance those issues.

The studio itself is an amazing place to work out. It's a beautiful space, never intimidating and Jeremy is often around to provide tips and advice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to a big gym or someone who wants to elevate their fitness with the help of a great coach.
