About the Club

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Pre and Post Natal Coach living in Portland, Oregon where I was born and raised.

I whole heartedly believe in the power that health and fitness has on changing peoples’ lives, and provide 1:1 personal training and partner sessions out of a private gym in NE Portland in the Hollywood District.

To me, being a Personal Trainer means unlocking the client’s potential through education, support and accountability. Everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in themselves and I’m passionate about providing them a platform to do so.

I have worked with Chloe as a trainer for almost a year and she is truly great. I have worked with many trainers but Chloe is really exceptional. She will meet you where you are at and provide a personalized plan that really works for you. She is very easy going and friendly and also very professional and organized. It has been so great to work with her and it is the only reason I have kept up exercise during these stressful years of Covid.

Chloe is the best. I came into training with a handful of old injuries to work around and she created a flexible training program to help me balance them out and get stronger in the process. I started working out with Chloe in July 2021. Over the last several months she had shown professionalism, support, and care. We meet at 5am and every time I show up she is ready to go. The programs she has developed for me are challenging and interesting. Also, and as a nurse this is super important to me, she keeps me safe. I have not had any issues with my back or other injuries. She is meticulous about making sure that form is good. It has been a great journey so far and I’m looking forward to it continuing.

My husband and I have been getting personal training by Chloe for the last few months. I’m so glad we decided to take the leap of faith! Chloe is an incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive trainer. She has helped me slowly recover from a hip injury I’ve had for years thanks to her attention to good form, checking in regularly to make sure things feel challenging but not painful, and endless encouragement. Y’all, Chloe is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. My wife and I do duet sessions 2x/week with her and consider it an integral part of our self care routine. Chloe has created a program that has removed our weaknesses and made us stronger and more resilient. I’m a tattoo artist and I hurt my back earlier this year. After only a couple of weeks with Chloe I’ve had pain free work weeks, even weekends with back to back 8+ hours of tattooing. I’ve also been able to resume cycling training and have had multiple 100+ mile weeks on top of this all. I feel brand new. I can’t recommend Chloe enough!

I started working with Chloe virtually in 2020 while the gyms were closed for COVID I loved her work ethics and workout guide so much I started to see her in person earlier this year.

Chloe has taught me so much about weight lifting and nutrition. I feel so much more confident on how to use weights and workout safely in the gym on my own. I've hit so many goals and milestones, and seriously could not have done it without her help.

Working with Chloe has been AMAZING - I've been a casual gym goer for years but decided that I wanted to get more serious in 2020. I met with Chloe just twice before we had to switch to virtual sessions, but from the start she was attentive, encouraging, and motivating. Our virtual sessions are amazing! She's worked with the limited amount of equipment I have on hand and my less than stellar workout space (hey, second floor apartment) and created a program that is super challenging each week but so exciting. I'm able to make steady progress while working out at home, and have greatly improved my form and strength. I can't recommend her highly enough, her positivity and professional knowledge have motivated me and made me so excited about getting stronger each day.

I can't say enough good things about Chloe.

I've been working with Chloe since October 2019 and together we've weathered a variety of life experiences. When we first met, increasing power, strength and muscle mass and decreasing body fat were my primary goals. Chloe helped me make meaningful progress towards these goals by doing informal check-ins with me on a weekly basis, taking weekly progress pictures, and structuring workout regimens to be increasingly more challenging.

After only a few months of working together, I learned I was pregnant and Chloe quickly adapted to my new primary goal of having a healthy, strong pregnancy. She knows all of the pregnancy do's and don'ts and has struck the perfect balance between challenging me and letting me take it easy where the physical and mental demands of pregnancy so dictate.

A few months later, another curveball was thrown with the COVID-19 crisis and, yet again, Chloe was able to quickly adapt to a remote, app-based training system. Despite the physical distance separating us, I've felt just as supported, thanks to Chloe's adept use of a variety of technologies.

I look forward to continuing to work with Chloe as I progress through these next phases of my pregnancy and, eventually, the post-natal body recovery. I know Chloe will inspire me to make my mental and physical fitness a priority post-baby, and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the years to come.

I hope my story inspires everyone - no matter what their goals are or life stage is - to work with Chloe, as they'll find no one else better suited to tailor a personal training regimen.

And I'd be remiss if I neglected to mention all of the other things Chloe excels at - she's incredibly punctual, a great communicator, a joy to spend time with (even in the wee hours of the morning when I'm sure I'm not that much fun to be with), and generous with her time and attention.

We have been working with Chloe since Fall 2019 and are blown away by the results of our sessions. She gets you there, without you even knowing it:). Our workouts are hard, but no so much so that you dread the next time. During this COVID-19 situation (have you heard of it?) we moved from gym workouts to virtual training without skipping a beat. I've never had a personal trainer before...but I'm sure you can't get better than Chloe!

Chloe is an excellent trianer! Before you start training with her she hears out your concerns and what you want to improve on. From there she makes a customized program for each client. Sometimes you don’t realize whatever you were doing week 1 of training is similar to what you are doing now except adding more weights/reps and making it more challenging. She pushes you and motivates you making sure you complete a workout. Each session I have worked with Chole, I feel stronger and more confident working-out. She has improved my forms and mindset of working out. She showed me to have a good workout you don’t need fancy workout machines, it can be as simple as using a dumbbell,doing lunges, or etc. I highly recommend training with her and you won’t be upset with your results!

Coach Chloe has helped me find the discipline I've been searching for since I "retired" from social sport 10+ years ago. Previously it was my team mates that helped me show up every session, but since then my accountability waned and other priorities found their way to the fore. Being an online client with Chloe has helped me overcome two critical factors in establishing a healthy lifestyle: a routine of regular workouts and accountability for completing them. Chloe's tailored programs continue to keep me interested and challenged, but best of all they remove the barrier of having to think of exercises myself. Working with Chloe as my trainer changed my perspective on fitness and wellbeing. She will push you to challenge yourself but also listen with patience and understanding when you tell her something doesn’t feel right. In our first session we talked about goals and she challenged me to think beyond a number on a scale or a clothing size, and continuously followed up with me on resources towards my progress on each goal. There is not an ounce of judgement or negativity from Chloe, and she will be your #1 cheerleader applauding your breakthroughs and reminding you how far you’ve come. I've been training with Chloe for a year and a half - throughout this time she has done an awesome job of meeting me where I'm at, and adapting as my abilities, motivation and personal schedule have changed. I don’t have much experience with personal trainers/nutrition coaches-for me, the idea has always been pretty daunting. Chloe is incredible. She is kind, compassionate, enthusiastic and meets you at exactly your starting point fitness/nutrition wise.
