I have been training with Max for the past few months, specifically to help me train legs. In addition to being extremely knowledgable about fitness, Max is a great listener, fun to chat with during sessions, and has a very good sense of how to challenge but not overwork you. His studio is easy to get to and has a great set of equipment.

I could not recommend Max more!

I’ve been training with Max over the past few months and it has been super empowering! He has done a great job listening to my fitness and health goals and putting together a program that not only fits my needs but is easy to stick to and understand but most excitingly has shown the results I was hoping for. He is very knowledgeable about his practice, and fun to work with. Through training with him, I have learned a ton about nutrition and exercise, grown to enjoy going to the gym, and gained confidence in myself. The gym is also private which is a huge plus. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their quality of life!

I've been training with Max for 2 years now and I am so glad he was recommended to me! Under his instruction I have gotten progressively stronger which has given me a lot more confidence in general; I can stick with a program and lift heavy stuff and meet goals and Max has been there the whole time with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and support. He's a very professional and intuitive trainer and i highly recommend working with him!

Max is fantastic! This guy is always learning and trains with such precision and passion. Max is super nice and genuinely cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially if you are not one who is normally super comfortable in a gym setting or if you're new to working out. He'll make you feel like a gym master in no time!
