I took Teri's class with my husband; his back was hurting and now it is not! The class and space were beautiful and I highly recommend it 💜

Restorative yoga with Katie Sundays at 11 has shown me that yoga doesnt have to be torture but in fact a grounding, and healing practice that has helped me love my body again, this class has made me feel that all yoga should be grace and strength in tandem. Thank you Katie 🖤

LHCY offers more than yoga classes; they offer growth, community, and healing. Attending a mixture of classes and events with friendly, lovely teachers that know you by name and genuinely smile when they see you, helped me immensely in my journey of mental, physical, and spiritual recovery and health. The studio is beautiful, always clean, and welcoming.

Tried this studio for the first time tonight, my class with Mimi was awesome. Wednesday @5:15, Center and Soften Vinyasa Flow. I’ve taken a few yoga classes in my life and there was always one reason or another that it wasn’t my vibe, but Mimi’s class was perfectly paced, with good balance between challenging and relaxing poses/stretches and she gave enough time for us to move through the sequences without feeling rushed. I really appreciated that and felt like I had more opportunity to actually learn the correct way to do things before we moved on! I also appreciated the intimacy of the class size and how there were only 6 of us in the room. Lastly, Mimi and the gal at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. Good vibes all around.

I have been looking for a yoga studio that is accessible, inclusive and doesn't treat yoga like a competitive sport It's Lighthouse Yoga. I have been to two classes and can't wait to go to another. A wonderful mix of classes (restorative, Kundalini, Vinyasa, slow flow etc.) Beautiful studio space, welcoming instructors and the most affordable classes around. I think that I found my yoga home :) Go to a class, I strongly recommend it. Community classes every Thursday for only $5.

This place is a true sanctuary! The space inside is peaceful, bright, and welcoming. I signed up for the community class, and was surprised to find how calming this space was. Met Katie, one of the co-owners and instructor....very nice , relaxing class that was designed for every body.
They provide yoga mats and props free of charge so you look literally can just come as you are.
Love their tea corner as well.

Joined in for the Gentle Vibes class with Teri on Monday and I just have to say it was the absolute best way to start the week.☮️
The space is beautiful and Teri was a fabulous instructor. She really has such a warm and welcoming energy that makes you feel at home and at ease. I love how she started her class with some mantra cards and took the time to have individual connections with people. The yoga was accessible for any level and truly created such a nice, relaxed and serene energy that left my body happy and my heart full.
Given all the stress in the world, Teri and her Monday night class was the perfect reset to take on the rest of the week.
Plus they had all these cute plants for sale and was able to bring some plant babies home! 🤩🪴
Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

My first time trying out a new studio after moving from out of state I booked a class online with “Lighthouse PDX” the same day as the class and showed up maybe within 5-10 minutes of class starting only to be locked out of the building. While their “late policy” may be listed in the receipt or somewhere on their website it’s damn near impossible to find and it’s very disappointing how unnecessarily rigid they are with new comers. Definitely don’t waste your time with this place as it is clear they only want your money and don’t care to practice the things they teach.

Lighthouse is an incredibly special place! There is something for everyone too. I especially love the meditation classes, kirtan, community potlucks and other gatherings throughout the year.
Since finding this space 2 years ago, I feel younger and excited by life again 💜🌸🩷

My favorite yoga studio I’ve ever found! Clean, calm, down-to-earth, accessible- I feel I could bring my 70 year old parent and 11 year old friend who have never done yoga, and that they too would have stellar experiences. Each teacher I’ve taken class with has been genuine, humble, knowledgeable, and there has always been an emphasis upon listening to one’s own body and feeling free to “go rouge” - aka not to feel pressured to follow along but to feel comfortable to do what you need to do. Also lots of awesome and high quality gift items. The photos are from back in June and stock has updated since! I can’t recommend everything this place entails enough.

I have been going to the $5 community class on Wednesdays. It has been a different experience each week. Every one if the teachers has been a joy to learn from. I love the fact you do you in this studio. Can’t do the Warrior pose, its cool, just do what your body will allow. I love that I can go at my pace. If you wanted to check out different practices of yoga. Check out the classes on Wednesday.

One of the best Yoga studios I have come across after looking for one over 10 years now. All the teachers are so dedicated, diligent and passionate about what they do. The best community support for people of all age groups. Do check out the various workshops they offer. I attended the Kirtan there, an amazing experience 🤍🙏

I'm typically not a yoga guy, but I went with my wife and had a great time. The drums make the whole atmosphere very welcoming and created a very pleasing experience. Plus all the equipment was provided which was great since I don't own any yoga gear. I'll definitely be going back soon!

Lighthouse yoga is so welcoming and inclusive. There’s none of the competitive, “more enlightened than you” vibe here. Just peace and an invitation to presence. I appreciate all the different styles offered, and all the modifications offered for bodies of all kinds!

I attended the Community Yoga class with Sarah (Wednesdays at 6:45). The studio was bright and welcoming with plenty of extra supports (blankets, blocks, and straps) to borrow. Sarah was a great teacher, giving modifications to scale up or down each pose. The Community Yoga class was $5.00 and well worth it! I will be back!

Oh my, just finished up with the Virtual Pranayama, Movement, and Meditation class this morning - it was wonderful! Rebecca has a nice gentle way of guiding you through the movement and mediation. After the class, I felt so uplifted and energize to continue onto my day. Can't wait until the next class.
