About the Club

Made4More Fitness is an in person and remote strength and nutrition coaching business founded and owned by Heather Campbell.

Heather coaches clients, through proper form and progressive overload, to lift heavy using a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines, to build strength, resilience, confidence, and longevity.

Lifting heavy is unbiased, limitless, and accessible to everyone! Heather loves how her clients, no matter what age or experience level, discover that lifting heavy changes what seemed impossible into totally doable. The added bonus is the way this translates into all areas of life. There is little else that gives you the confidence to believe in yourself and go after everything you want!

I worked with Heather for 2 months leading up to thru hiking the TRT and I really noticed a difference when I got on the trail. Hills felt easier and my pack was easier to carry compared with past trips. It was my first time working out in a gym and Heather made me feel comfortable. She was also able to modify my workouts when I got injured so I didn’t have to completely stop training while I healed. I will definitely work with her again!

I have been working with Heather for about two years, and I'm so glad that I decided to go for it. I was looking for some specific programming and support, and was nervous about finding the right fit. Heather easily understood my goals, helped me hone them, and has been such a consistent, fun, and dedicated coach. She has an extensive background in many different areas of lifting, and she weaves that into programming specific to each of her clients. She is such a fun, passionate coach that cares deeply about her clients and community!

Personal training/lifting has so many benefits beyond the physical aspects of it that I saw other reviews speaking to here and wanted to echo. The physical pieces are so rewarding, but so are the mental health benefits of having an outlet, a private area where you do something tangible and see your progress/growth. And socially - doing very small group training together has been a fun way to build a network of friendly faces at the gym, even while we are all doing our own thing.

I've done personal training in the past, but Heather feels like someone who really sees her clients and meets them there, ready for wherever you are starting from and wherever you want to go. And ready too - to help learn about your goals together. Highly recommend!

I've worked out with Heather for 1.5 years, and at 42 I'm the strongest I've ever been. I'm a skier and mountaineer and really needed to get out of the weekend warrior mindset. I worked with Heather as my nutrition coach for one year and I cannot recommend her enough. Food is rarely just food. It’s complicated, layered and we may not even realize it! I started with Heather to unpack my relationship with food and loose weight. Heather helped me find the roots of some of my layers in my relationship with food. I have been working out with Made4More Fitness for close to a year and I am amazed at my results. Heather has the knowledge, experience, an insight as a trainer that helped me to succeed in my fitness goals. Heather GETS IT DONE, y'all! If you're looking for solid results with a personal trainer, stop right now and sign up with her! Over the course of 8 months working with her, I've built up a consistent and sustainable training habit, reworked my nutrition and eating skills, and been able to better manage my autoimmune disease (I was even able to stop one of my daily meds because of my improved fitness)!

And the physical benefits have been incredible - my strength improved almost immediately enabling me to climb harder grades with more confidence and have more fun. I also ran my first half marathon successfully due in no small part to the many components she helped me dial in during our sessions together. Heather makes strength training fun and approachable, and at age 39, I'm the healthiest I've ever been thanks to her guidance!

You cannot go wrong with Heather as your personal trainer. From the initial consult all the way through the training regiments, Heather was attentive to my fitness needs and made sure I had the right plan to reach my goals. Heather designed my workouts, tracked my progress, checked in with me via weekly summaries, helped me make sure my nutrition supported my hard work in the gym, and always has to explain the why’s of why I’m doing what I’m doing. Heather was so great to work with! I came to work with her as I was training to climb a couple of big mountains locally and also in preparation for a 6k meter peak in South America. She created and tailored my strength program to really help me feel strong in the mountains. She has a ton of knowledge and experience and was also really motivating and fun to work with. After 6 months of working together, I am feeling and looking strong and lean. My mobility and form has improved greatly as well. Mountaineering and hiking often requires movement up steep, uneven terrain with a heavy pack for long distances. Adding strength training with Hearher to my program has been a game changer for me. I can’t recommend working with Heather enough!
