I consider it an honor and joy to walk alongside others in their journey’s to better their health.
I've grown up in athletics and have competed in bodybuilding with a history of helping numerous clients reach their goals in health and fitness.
It's my goal to help guide you in understanding the importance of viewing this as a lifestyle rather than a quick fix. Our bodies are a gift, so learning how to properly take care of them is vital to our longevity.

Working with Mikayla has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, she created a supportive, non-judgmental environment where I felt truly heard and understood. Her guidance was not only motivating and encouraging but also tailored perfectly to my personal goals and crazy lifestyle.
She was always quick to respond to my questions and checked in regularly, which kept me accountable and inspired throughout the journey. Thanks to her meal plans, I didn’t just lose weight but I gained great knowledge of a healthy relationship with food.

When I tell you Mikayla is the person you want in your corner through your fitness journey, I am not exaggerating. I worked with her for over two years and during that time I was able to fix my relationship with food, develop healthy habits, and learn how to fuel my body and give myself grace through hard times. Through it all she was kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. She knew when to push me and how to motivate me. She truly is one of a kind and the biggest cheerleader. I noticed such a big change, both mentally and physically during my time with her. I chose to receive nutrition, coaching, and online coaching from her, and both were so amazing. She tailored everything to me and my lifestyle and made adjustments as needed. Working with her was the best decision I’ve ever made. 🥹🤍

Mikayla was a great trainer! She helped me work on my form and increase my strength, since I did not normally lift weights. She modified some of the exercises to take into account that I had a knee issue. She would create new routines, so the sessions would always be challenging. I would definitely recommend her.

Mikayla is an excellent personal trainer and nutrition coach! She helped me create sustainable habits and was great at holding me accountable every week as I worked towards my personal goals. When I started with Mikayla, I was looking for change with my diet and a more structured approach with working out. Mikayla focused on my goals from a holistic approach, focusing on how I was feeling both mentally and physically. Since starting with Mikayla, I learned how proper sleep, water intake and consistency can provide drastic results in overall health. With workouts, I developed a daily routine that prioritized my goals with a combination of home and gym workouts. Having workouts created specifically for me left the guessing game out of where to start. I appreciate how thoughtful and diligent Mikayla is in checking in to see how I’m doing not only in workouts but overall health.

I was leaning more into the fitness scene and wanted to become serious, and Mikayla’s dedication to me as a client changed the game. Not only was she obviously very knowledgeable and helpful, but she is an excellent coach, and friend. I was nervous reaching out to her though, as we only knew one another from high school, barely. But I followed her on social media, and her fitness journey inspired me for months on end, so I finally reached out and she did not hesitate to help me! She was very committed during our time training together- via long distance, but also encouraged me to be better even after, and would randomly check in on me to see how I was doing, keeping up with the long process we had with one another. I was very thankful to work with her, and I learned so much and still to this day, it reflects in my fitness journey. Having a personal trainer can seem intimidating, but if you have the dedication and the patience for lasting results, this chick is first on the list to help you achieve all your goals, and find new ones. She prioritizes health above all else, and is there to coach you through good or tough times. I appreciate everything she has done for me, and if you were thinking about working with her… please do it. At LEAST stick to it for the first program. Like I said, she’s a great coach, and shows up to be an even greater friend when you need one. ☝🏼🩷 The photos below were from a comparison of a tighter waist, and glute and quad growth from when we started, to when we ended. 16 weeks of work!

Mikayla was great to work with! I had a specific goal to meet within a 5-6 month span and she helped me exceed that goal. Weekly communication was key to my success and if I ever had a question or concern she was quick to get back to me! The workouts were easy to follow and effective. Definitely recommend!

I loved working with Mikayla. She provided me with such great education material along with my nutrition plan that I got to keep even after our contract ended.
