OHM Fitness is more than a workout studio, it's a full-body experience. Our 25-minute Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) classes range from a high-intensity Strong Vibrations session to a low-impact Sculpt & Sweat session to our Stretch & Flow session where the impulses feel like a gentle massage. I was skeptical at first but this class and technology blew me away haha, and gave me a workout like no other(was sore for 4 days after!) Thanks to the team there, they are all amazing, and bringing something new to the State of Oregon and our area. Go give it a try, trust me! They have red light therapy included as well!

I have been working out at OHM Fitness in Beaverton since the beginning of the year. I had been waiting for a gym like this for quite awhile so was thrilled it opened in my area. The 25 minute EMS workout offers personalized coaching in a group setting, challenging workouts, a friendly and supportive community, excellent coaches and a great staff. I not only love all that OHM fitness provides but it is a scientifically backed workout and I no longer experience joint pain from my workouts while seeing results.

I’m so glad I joined. I love that’s it’s different. I get a good workout in, in just 25 minutes, red light therapy for 10 minutes and I’m back home within the hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Also, the staff is so nice and they make you feel so welcome.

This is a great workout! I've never done anything quite like this before so it was fun to try out. What I love is how it's a full body workout. Facilities were great, class was fun, and the instructors were awesome. The red light panels were also an added benefit post workout. I can't wait until I can go back for another workout!

It was the coolest workout I’ve ever done. I love working out but struggle to find the time. OHM lets me get a serious full body workout in 30 minutes. It was so fun wearing the high tech suit and feeling my muscles respond. Oh and the location is cool too. I loved the workout and would recommend to anyone who is serious about fitness but short on time

I love a good fitness studio workout as much as the next gal, and OHM is no exception to that love! The first time I did one of the 25 minute strength workouts, I was chuckling to myself because it didn’t seem hard. it felt like an old time wake up in the morning and do your calisthenics routine from the 60s! But boy, oh boy, my body felt like it had done a very difficult workout within an hour and I was sore in muscles that I always have a hard time getting to fire. I’m looking forward to doing OHM At Home and would recommend this workout for any level and any person. I can’t wait for more locations to open up so it’s more convenient!

I recently started training at Ohms Fitness, and I have to say — this place is a total game-changer. They use EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology, and while I was a bit skeptical at first, I’m now completely hooked.

The idea of a full-body workout in just 25 minutes sounded almost too good to be true, but it really works. The EMS suit sends controlled electrical impulses to your muscles, activating them in ways traditional workouts just don’t. It’s intense, efficient, and surprisingly low-impact, which is great for anyone with joint issues or a busy schedule.

The trainers at Ohms are awesome — super knowledgeable, supportive, and great at customizing each session to your personal fitness level and goals. They made the whole process easy to understand and actually fun. I walked out of my first session feeling like I’d done a full hour in the gym… without spending a full hour in the gym.

After just a few sessions, I’ve already noticed better muscle tone, improved posture, and more core strength.
