I heard of Oregom from my good friend who is a therapist and I am super blown away by how clean and comfortable this studio is!! The hot power class was amazing and Cat has so much skill as a yoga teacher!! I just booked a massage with the spa they have here as well! So looking forward to it! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Oh man I love this place. Not only do I feel like I'm getting some serious personal attention Cat really is there to help her students thrive. Oregom offers a nice schedule and diversity of classes that meets my needs as a busy Mama. She listens, she asks questions, and she believes in me. I've been to many local classes and her technique and comfort in the class is by far the best I've seen before. Can't wait for more!!

OregOM Yoga is a brand new studio near my home. I have practiced yoga off and on for several years now. I decided to swing by to check out what OregOM was about. I am so thankful I did. The space is beautiful and Cat was incredible. I highly recommend moving your practice to OregOM. I know I am.

Excellent yoga studio! Watching the process of the creation of this unique yoga studio was such a treat! I loved seeing every post on social media of each little detail that was added from the beautiful bamboo flooring to the salt lamps, chimenee to the colorful pillows. Cat and Lance really put forth all their time, effort and love into bringing together a serene and eco friendly yoga studio. Cat is a yoga instructor of many years and experience and you will for sure come out of the class feeling absolutely incredible and rejuvenated.

Had such an amazing time taking a class at OregOM!! Traveling all the way from Miami, I was looking for a class that kept my energy level and made me feel powerful. I knew I had to come see Cat. The energy is so serene, the teachers and staff are UBER nice and the classes are a welcome challenge!! Definitely going to make it out again when back in Ashland!

Beautiful space with a genuine, good vibe. The teacher, Cat was very knowledgeable on yoga and Pilates. She has a very powerful and creative sequencing that challenged me and nurtured me at the same time. She is a powerhouse of positive energy and she makes challenging poses fun and playful.
