Arell has a great positive attitude and always encourages me to progress with my strength training. I liked his trining style and positive energy so much I signed my son up for personal training with him. He’s done a great job at showing my teen proper form but also got him to enjoy exercise and build up his self esteem. It’s been cool to watch my son look forward to his weekly sessions and be ready without reminders.

Arell has consistently asked good questions, listened to what i say (and don't say) and adapted my program to suit my everchanging needs. Its always been about what will serve the larger goal of being functional into my older years rather than "how much weight or PR today". In fact I like his style (fun and engagement) so much I switched gym to follow him.

I did a series of semi-private sessions with Arell to get more comfortable using barbells on my own, and it was such a great experience. He’s super knowledgeable, patient, and made the sessions both productive and fun.

Arell explained everything clearly—form, how to increase weight safely, and how to build strength over time. I walked away feeling way more confident and capable in the gym.

Arell is the personal trainer and nutrition expert you need in your life. No matter where you are at, he meets you exactly where you at, which is very helpful and sustainable. I've had the pleasure of working with Arell For close to a year. His approach is one that really builds for sustainable change. He will meet you where you're at. If you have a crazy busy schedule, he will help you work in some shorter workouts and find time saving ways to maintain good nutrition. When I started on my personal training journey, I didn't know anything about keeping form or how much weight to use, but Arell helped me unlock the physical strength in me that I didn't know that I had and help me push myself further without pain or injury. I had the great pleasure of working with Arell for 9 months. I was very apprehensive about training with a male, but he was so kind and supportive that he quickly earned my complete trust and confidence. Arell was my trainer for about a year and in that time; I lost 40 pounds. I can easily say that he is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He genuinely cares about me and my fitness journey. He gave me the tools I needed to regulate my diet, lose weight, stay active and exercise. He’s an expert in his knowledge of diet and supplements. He also taught specialized classes that help break down the science of nutrition, which were extremely informative. Arell was able to quickly adapt specialized workouts for me anytime a pre-existing injury would reactivate. I would highly recommend his talents to anyone looking for an amazing trainer.

Arell is an amazing trainer who will actually listen to you. When I started my training with Arell, I couldn’t stand on my left foot alone due to a previous injury and was experiencing a lot of pain with certain movements. Arell not only helped me reach my goals of rebuilding the balance and muscle in my left side, but also helped me reach achievements in my fitness journey that I never knew I could. He would push me while still being able to pivot when something felt wrong or painful, either by helping me target what I was doing wrong, or changing the exercise to still work the areas of focus, and not cause pain. Arell did an amazing job of building and strengthening rapport so I felt comfortable with him as a person in an environment that I was nervous to be in, and I knew that each session would build off of the last one. I highly recommend Arell as a trainer at any stage of your fitness journey.
