I have been training with Jennifer for about 15 years. I was referred to her by my orthopedist for rehab for a running injury. Jennifer fixed my issue better than any PT I saw previous to her! She is excellent at rehab for all types of sports ailments, including running, golfing, skiing, baseball, etc. (my husband, son, & friends have all been--or are current--clients of Jennifer. She has helped our whole family be healthy!) If you want to improve your overall fitness, improve your quality of life, or just feel better, go see Jennifer. She works with people of all ages & all fitness levels. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and you will love her!

I have been working with Right Track for over 15 years (in a previous gym and now as a standalone business). My work with Jennifer has been nothing short of life changing. I started by taking a group class when I had young children and needed socialization + motivation, evolving now into private sessions. Along the way I have lost over 50 lbs. but more importantly, I have improved my muscle tone to alleviate chronic pain and regained my inner athlete. The staff at Right Track are focused on health, providing accommodations for different ability levels. The atmosphere is encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend the classes and personal training sessions!

I have been going to Right Track for over two years. Jennifer is a thoughtful, excellent trainer who customizes your workouts based on your individual needs and goals. She has been particularly helpful in dealing with injuries and limitations. During our time together I've gained strength and flexibility while losing significant weight. She is always positive and encouraging. I would highly recommend her for individual and group training.

I have been training here for about six years, or more. I realized that the trainers at my gym were ok but, I needed a trainer that understands the aging body and works with that in mind. It doesn't mean she doesn't push me but with an awareness. I am much stronger and use the gym for water aerobics and walking for cardio. It is a great place.

Jennifer Burningham is an exceptional personal trainer! Jennifer takes the time to really listen to and understand the needs/goals of her clients. She has an excellent understanding of body mechanics and human anatomy. Her incredible observational skills allow her to pinpoint even the most subtle areas of weakness or instability. She is an excellent communicator who respectfully explains how to do the exercise and why. She then provides a plan for exercises for me to do at home until my next session.
Her gym/studio is impeccably kept, organized and very clean.
Jennifer is empathetic, kind, and understanding. Her great intelligence rivals her humility.
I am so blessed to have Jennifer as my trainer. Without Jennifer, I never would have achieved the gains in strength and coordination I've experienced these past 12 months. Because of these gains, my quality of life has improved significantly. I am so grateful for her wisdom and guidance. I am looking forward to working with Jennifer for the next several years.

Jennifer at Right track is AMAZING! I did one marathon and had an injury from it. After a few years of searching for PT, sports medicine specialist and orthopedics with no success I was finally referred to Jennifer. She has done WONDERS in my running journey. From being unable to do 10 squats to being able to run a half
marathon is because of her regimen. Now the person does have to put in the work but if you do she will be with you EVERY step to your goals. If you're looking for increased fitness, weight loss or like me coming from an injury she has the plans and actions in place. Recommend 10x!! Don't wait any longer! Get healthy and back at it today!

What a great gym, Jennifer understands my strengths and weakness and is able to tailor a workout to challenge me as well and not frustrate me so I give up. She communicates in such a way that it motivates and gives you energy to push through and not only see the difference but feel the new energy.

I initially joined Right Track Health & Fitness for yoga classes. Now I'm running several miles per week, using the gym-- and I feel great. Jennifer has been able to transform my life from "ordinary to extraordinary". She has an innate calming about her and I always feel welcomed at Right Track. Jennifer is a great trainer: terrific attitude, good listener, great motivator, knowledgeable, experienced and educated. I highly recommend her for anyone's fitness goals - she has everything it takes to work with all levels. I've worked with several trainers over the years and Jennifer is by far my favorite. The gym is perfect for smaller classes and 1:1 sessions; the set-up allows Jennifer to be creative and clever with designing individual workouts and classes. I especially like how she incorporates TRX in workouts, in addition to the weekly TRX classes.

I started working with Jennifer to improve my strength, flexibility and endurance. My motivation besides wanting to improve my general physical health was to get in shape to help care for a new grandchild.
Jennifer has an impressive knowledge of exercises (her tools) to help a person like me who started at a beginning level. I have been working with Jennifer for a year now and am stronger, can walk longer and farther and am healthier. She is an excellent person and coach.

Jennifer has created an atmosphere where I am very comfortable working out. I started one on one training several years ago after being diagnosed with mild patellar arthritis that was affecting my biking. Being an avid biker I wasn't ready to accept one orthopedic doctorβs advice to 'avoid hills'. Another doc recommended Jennifer and my flexibility and strength steadily improved. I continue with regular TRX classes and credit training with Jennifer to pain free biking. An added bonus is past bone density tests (prior history of osteopenia) have improved.

Jennifer is an amazing coach and trainer. She helped my wife and I train for the Hood to Coast Relay in 2015. She also helped me successfully run my first half-marathon later in 2015.
