Rumble Boxing Tanasbourne is a boxing-inspired fitness boutique that combines the science of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. Each class is a 45-minute, high-octane 10 round fight with HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and the benefits of cardio in one seamless class. I look forward to class every time! The choreographed workouts include a fun & challenging variety of movements, the instructors are all awesome and each bring unique talents, and the dance-club like atmosphere allows me to escape the stresses of the day and just focus on working out! Wonderful place! So full of modern equipment and new punching bags. They actually even have weights to work out your legs and abs and split the structure up into 2 sections. The other boxing gym doesn’t even do legs at all! Love it! The instructor her vibe was so friendly and energetic. Highly recommend.

I took my first class yesterday and I took my took my second class today. Both classes were coached by Coach Sammy. She was absolutely wonderful and made me feel comfortable although I wasn't sure what I was doing and I was in a class with many long-timers. I did not feel "new" but felt welcomed and was encouraged to do my best. I highly recommend Rumble Boxing Tanasbourne to anyone!

If you want to try Rumble Boxing - definitely check this place out! The instructor, Sam, (total rockstar, btw) brought such amazing energy to the room, it was impossible not to get pumped up.
From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just electric. Sam kept us super motivated with their awesome playlist and non-stop encouragement and their infectious energy kept me throwing punches like a champ. I originally checked Rumble out during their soft opening and after my beginners class, immediately was hooked. I’ve had classes with three of the instructors and they’ve all been incredibly helpful and kind, they choose great music, and offer support during the class that makes you feel empowered!!!. I think that if you’re contemplating taking a class, do it! I know getting into a workout class environment can be a little daunting, but instructors and attendees alike are very kind. She was right it was easy to follow and there was a projector to remind/show you what to do if you forgot the instructions from the instructor. I would do it again! As soon as it was announced that a Rumble was opening here in OR, I was pumped since I know a Rumble trainer in AZ and never had the opportunity to go when I lived in the southwest. I’m so impressed with each class I’ve gone to and I can’t wait to go back! I'm so impressed with the classes here - the coaches have great energy and explain everything as you go through the routines, so it's great for beginners or experienced cardio boxers. The facility is incredible, with screens to help keep you on track with the exercises, and some lower lighting so you can focus on what you're doing and not feeling like anyone's watching or judging you. OMG! What an Awesome gym this is! The workout is everything that i love. I forgot how much Endorphins Get released from Boxing. I love the burn and sweat that I get from the Boxing and Strength training. I've been a member at LA Boxing and UFC Gym in the past and Rumble Boxing took exactly what I loved about those two gyms and combined it into one! I've been waiting for Rumble to open since last summer and was not disappointed in my introduction class. Samantha really knows her stuff! The drills were easy to follow and the screens show you what to do if you ever get lost. The trainers are there to make sure you're getting the best workout safely by helping with form and motivation.
The facility is gorgeous, the lockers are super easy to use, and the filtered bottle fill up station is a great touch.
All of the staff made the environment feel so supportive and non-judgemental. They're genuinely happy you're there and care about the experience you're having.
I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting a great, REALLY fun work out.

Went to one of their soft opening classes on the 20th, and was very impressed!

All staff members were fantastic and incredibly friendly, the facility was super clean and really well laid out, the workout portion was really good even with being shortened for the soft opening (it was 30 minutes, a normal class is 45).

So far, I’d highly recommend checking this gym out if you are looking for a boxing class! This studio is pretty unique in that half the class is hitting a bag, and the other half you have your own bench and weights making it a boxing/HIIT/strength training class.

The packages are also really well priced, I was paying about $20 more at another studio that was not nearly as clean or well thought out.

Again, highly highly recommend checking this place out! Your first class is free, so it’s low commitment.

Also wasn’t pressured or even asked to write this review— which feels really refreshing as most places seem to be shoving reviews down your throats; especially at a soft open. This can also be said about forcing a membership sign up, they really let the customer speak to their experience and had no issues when people walked out without signing up.
