My wife and I had a membership here. We stopped going here because kavan was changing in his office with the door open, nearly exposing him self to her. He first said he thought it was me. Next he said he forgot people were here, after we were there with him for at least an hour. In my opinion it felt intentional. There are plenty of minors that frequent this spot. I couldn’t get passed it.

Update . I never walked around shirt less lol though you and many do. I reached out to join giving you the benefit of the doubt. I made this review because it was the truth. And plenty of minors frequent this spot so I don’t know how you can defend yourself about changing with the door open. It was an uncomfortable experience and instead of acting irrational I finished the day out and my wife and I talked about it. We decided to no longer attend. I was hoping there was a chance to talk about it with you ,but you never responded. I’m just giving a review on my experience there. Im not sure why you’re trying to make me look bad. If I ever did anything against gym policy you could have easily said something. And honestly it’s the only gym in Salem with quality equipment and it really sucked to be pinched out. With my schedule it would have been awesome to go there. Say what you want about me. Bringing up my child is definitely crossing the line.

The owner (Kavan), a remarkable and selfless individual, goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. It's more than just a gym; it's a family where dedication and support thrive.

What sets this place apart is the owner's dedication to not only training athletes but shaping them into better individuals. I'm eagerly anticipating the day when my younger son can experience this incredible mentorship firsthand. This gym is not just about fitness; it's about building character and resilience. Best gym I have ever been to. Kavan knows his stuff. Not over crowded, plenty of equipment, almost feels like your own private gym. Definitely the place to be if you're looking for a serious gym and are serious about working out and getting in shape!

Kavan is hands down the best trainer in salem! Great gym, laid back environment, lots of space. More of a private feel instead of the big box gym! Could ask for s better spot
