I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF WORK-OUT!!! Unlike previous exercise methods, (even though I certainly feel like I've had a work-out), after each 20 minute session, I am invigorated instead of being sore and tired! And in the days following, there is STILL no nagging muscle aches or need for pain relievers! And how can I complain about only two sessions a week?!? I have been disabled by spinal issues/surgeries for over 20 years and have a serious back surgery coming up in a couple months. I am thrilled to see/feel the increased strength and better balance and posture since starting my program two months ago! I know (and my doctors agree) my recovery will be shorter and easier due to the fantastic personal trainers at SIMPLY STRONG!

Since retiring several years ago, I’ve made an effort to exercise regularly—but I’ll admit it’s pretty haphazard. I knew I needed something more structured to improve my body strength with weight training, and that’s exactly what I found with Simply Strong.

My wife joined about a year ago, and after seeing how much she enjoyed it, I decided to give it a try too. I’m glad I did. I do twenty minutes, twice a week. The program is simple and time-effective, but it definitely challenges you in the right way.

Since starting, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall strength, and best of all, I feel fewer aches and pains throughout the day. It’s been a great experience all around, and I can highly recommend Simply Strong to anyone looking to feel better and get stronger. Solid five stars!

After a few months at Simply
Strong I have noticed a huge difference in the strength of my body both arms & legs. I have kneecap arthritis & building up my leg muscles have made a huge difference in my mobility. SO glad I found this place! The people are wonderful, the facility is great, and the philosophy is absolutely perfect for me. After I took a fall, I had suffered an injury (torn ACL and meniscus) and my left leg could not support me very well, leaving me with balance issues. Since I started SIMPLY STRONG my legs are stronger and my balance has improved! Update. I now have been going for two years, and my wife joined me a month after I started. I have been going to Simply Strong for 3+ months. I had reservations whether 15-20 minute workout would do anything. I do two sessions a week and it has made me feel better and has changed my shape for the better. I feel stronger. After three weeks, my wife said sign me up, so we both go now. Ed, Katie & Stephen are all really nice and make it a positive experience. I completely trust what they conclude in my workouts to be a huge factor in my overall good health and well being.

Respectful, knowledgeable and encouraging the staff at Simply Strong has earned my respect and confidence over the past 6 months. As a lifelong athlete in my late 60’s I lived the “no pain, no gain” mentality so present in the sports and construction world. Now I am paying the price for ignoring pain and have to accept limitations. I came to Ed, Katie and Stephen last Spring looking for relief from severely pain that developed from osteoarthritis in my neck. Using the specifically designed neck exercise machine at Simply Strong, under Ed’s direction, I painlessly developed the muscles around my neck to eliminate the pain 100% in just a couple of months. I don’t get up with a stiff neck anymore and I can read, watch TV and work with my hands again! I believe we don’t realize what we have lost in life until we find it again. My health and quality of life was deteriorating; with Simply Strong guiding me I am regaining strength and confidence I thought I was going to have to live without. I go to Simply Strong about 3 times a month and work out on the machines for less than 15 minutes but the results are amazing! I can’t wait for ski season so I can hit the slopes with super strong legs and a rebuilt core. It will be awesome!

As an almost 73 year old woman I have never been fond of any kind of exercise program however Simply Strong has changed my attitude. I look forward to my weekly workouts with enthusiasm as I know they will not only increase my strength but my stamina as well. I love to work in my yard and due to their program I am able to spend hours instead of just minutes working outside and have accomplished much more than I expected. Simply Strong has been my “aging” care provider for 15 years. I originally began my exercise program with them because I was enduring terrible back pain from herniated discs and I had never had much upper body strength. Due to their specialized equipment and focused exercise plan, I no longer have the debilitating back pain and I have developed upper body strength. Simply Strong makes my exercise easy. My session is all planned out by Ed Collins and I don’t have to wait on equipment or worry about not being in a safe environment. This workout works! I was amazed at how much I could accomplish in a 15 minute workout. I saw my body strength increase so quickly. It turned back the hands of time. Knowledgeable friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities. Simply strong has a specific training protocol that has been very helpful in regaining and increasing my strength after being ill for several years. The protocol is also very efficient. I am making excellent gains in strength with just one 15-20min session a week and have continued to do so over the span of 2.5 years. The staff explained their protocol thoroughly which is similar to Body by Science, Power of Ten and other super slow high intensity programs. They also have there own small book to explain their system and the good results that can be gained.

This is the only weight lifting program I will stick with for a long period of time. Mainly because it works and I don't have to spend hours in the gym. After working with Ed for 5 years I took an extended time off. When I started finding it difficult to stand up from a full squat, I knew where I needed to go.
