There may not be enough positive things that I can say about Strength club and the people who made it happen. The space itself is an intimate bright lifting space with everything you could need for a great and effective work out. Plus an added turf space for running sleds or sprints. I've been training with Suzy and Nadia for almost three years now. Not only have they helped me build a strong foundation and confidence in the weight room; they have also built a space for friendship and community. whether its a strength session with Suzy or a bootcamp class with Nadia you are smiling almost as hard as you are pushing in the gym. I always leave feeling better and more successful than when I walked in.

I started working with Rich J. two and a half years ago after rehabbing from an illness. Aging is a tough road and I knew I needed help with building functional strength. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The people here are superheroes of kindness, never intimidating. This has been the best investment in myself I could possibly imagine. If you want to get your spring back in your step, get in here!

Strength Club is a sparkling new gym that is a light-filled space with top of the line equipment. From the first moment I walked in I felt energized and excited to work out. Susy is a knowledgeable trainer who possesses the expertise to meet her clients’ individual needs. She is able to tailor workouts that address the goals her clients make. Susy creates a safe place for even the most reluctant athlete where they can improve strength, stamina and self-esteem. I’d give Susy 20 STARS if I could!!!!!

This boutique style gym is perfect for the one on one personal training. The equipment is new and everything is kept so clean.
More importantly the trainers are the best I've ever worked with. Rich Joachim has been training me for 2 years are has made a huge difference in my life. He initially focused on what was important to me and built a foundation to achieve my goals. His approach to training is unlike any other I've seen. Working with him is like hanging out with a good friend who is focused on make you the best version of yourself.
In a world where fitness facilities are everywhere, cleanliness, working equipment, and organization is important. But what is most important is the people and Stregth Club has the absolute BEST people.
