At Studio 45 every workout is fun, effective and efficient. The Studio 45 method is pilates-based, centered on high-intensity, low-impact movements on the megafomer. In classes of 11 people or less, we focus on giving you the most efficient workout possible in 45-minutes.
Our unique workout caters to a wide range of fitness levels. From beginners to advanced, you will always end class feeling successful and accomplished. Our classes are challenging, our instructors and members are the most welcoming you’ll find, and we guarantee you’ll see and feel transformation in your body in as little as 5 sessions.

I’ve taken a handful of full-body classes at Studio 45’s Division location and I love it! I’m new to pilates and was worried I’d be overwhelmed, but all of the instructors (Elena, Kim, and Jenny so far) have been really helpful explaining the machines and moves, correcting form, etc., and Elena is especially good at recommending modifications when needed.
The vibes are friendly and even the most brutally challenging sessions still feel fun.

I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Studio 45! I started with the two-week trial and was instantly hooked; it didn’t take long before I signed up for a membership. One of the best parts is the flexibility to attend classes at any of their locations, though I find myself at the Division studio most often.
As someone new to Pilates, I couldn’t have found a better place to start. The instructors are all incredible, motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I’ve taken classes with a variety of them, and while it’s hard to pick a favorite, I especially enjoy classes with Annabelle and Ashley B. Ashley H is also fantastic whenever she covers, and I recently discovered Kim, she’s amazing too!
Every class leaves me feeling energized, happy, and challenged in the best way. The workouts aren’t easy, but that’s exactly what I love about them. Each session pushes me to grow, get stronger, and improve a little more every time.
Studio 45 has created such a welcoming and empowering environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering trying Pilates, you’ll be in great hands and part of an awesome community!

The coaches/instructors are kind and incredibly knowledgeable. The cadence of the class at first is a bit overwhelming, BUT by our 2nd class we kept up with no issue at all. Our bodies feel strong and our minds are happy and excited!

I've now taken almost 60 classes and am so much stronger. My massage therapist said he's going to start calling me "iron ass." When you're 64 years old, that's a nice compliment, lol.
The instructors are super upbeat and helpful. Although it has always been difficult for me to do isometric exercises, these classes are so fast-paced that you can (almost) forget the pain! I am loving it and highly recommend these classes.

This is a great studio with great instructors. Even if you're not experienced, they guide you through the class. Overall, I really liked Studio 45! The space is great and the workout was fun and hard at the same time. That said, I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I found some of the exercises a bit challenging to execute at this stage — totally understandable, and I’m looking forward to coming back after having the baby.
Taking off one star just because parking close to the studio can be a little annoying. Otherwise, a great experience!

I hadnt done pilates before coming to Studio 45, but have done lots of other workout classes, and I regularly weight lift and run. Even with a good fitness background, these classes feel SO hard but are so satisfying. I feel like these classes are a great way to work muscles that are difficult to target in other types of workouts, and I really feel like the slow controlled movements and stabilizer muscle strengthening I get from this class will be beneficial for injury prevention in other sports I do. The instructors are super nice and helpful for new people like me, and its easier than I expected to catch on to the movements. Definitely recommend this place for a great workout!

The first couple of times I went I was straight out of a couple of years of classic Pilates, and I got my butt kicked! Then, after a year of dedicated weight training I tried again and it was great as a supplement to my harder training. The instructors try hard to give direction and not limit those who want it hard nor shame nor embarrass beginners or folks who don't want to push to the limit. It's a good environment, and the classes have really spicy pacing.

This is the best pilates studio in Portland! The vibe inside is incredible. I also appreciate how there's a limited number of reformers in class; some studios try to squeeze as many in as possible but this studio ensures enough space so the class does not feel cramped. All of the instructors will kick your butt in the best way. I'm still new to pilates and each instructor has given me tips and ticks on how to improve my form. I discovered this studio while on a work trip to Oregon and booked a class five minutes after learning about the existence of Megaformer/Lagree. It was one of the hardest workouts I've done, but I went for four classes in one week and have been hooked since! I've tried classes in three other states, but this one is my favorite -- very clean and lovely. The audio system can be hard to hear, but all the instructors work very hard to make sure all participants are doing the (very challenging) exercises right. I look forward to coming back to Studio 45 every time I am in town.

The studio is clean, the class always has a positive vibe, and it leaves my muscles shaking ( my goal). If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a go. You won’t be disappointed!

I love lagree & megaformers so Studio 45 is a no brainer. It's high intensity work outs with motivating instructors. Jenny has been my favorite so far - her routines are so intuitive and natural they flow so well. She also knows how to push you in the right ways. Personally, I would not recommend the studio for absolute reformer beginners due to the fast pace and lingo. If you are new to the studio, there are always regulars you can copy and the instructors do a great job of walking you through exercises and correcting form.

I was nervous to try a class because I have never done Pilates before. I was extremely intimidated. However, not only are the instructors super encouraging, helpful and energetic but the other classmates are super helpful. My first class there were ladies who encouraged me to watch them for guidance. I just love the energy here and the workouts are killer.

I love Studio 45! They have a great beginner package that is 3 for $45 (a steal in the realm of reformer/mega reformer Pilates!) which allowed me to get a sense of if I wanted to commit to more. They also have an excellent array of class times to pick from to accommodate many schedules. As a beginner on a mega reformer, jumping right in to a normal class isn’t the most beginner friendly (rather than hosting intro classes). There are a lot of terms to learn. But, the instructors are all fairly patient and because of the excellent intro 3 class deal, it is totally worth it to struggle those first few classes to get a hang of it. Once you do, it is such a great workout and I continued on to do a whole intro month and now staying on with class packs. I even recommended to a friend who now comes with me!

This workout has completely changed my fitness! Every class is so challenging, but led by upbeat, knowledgeable instructors that make it fun and accessible.

Studio45 is excellent cross-training for all of my other activities (dance, climbing, yoga, swimming). I go once a week and have noticed after just a few classes that I am stronger!
The 45 minute classes are at convenient times to fit into my schedule.

I love Studio 45! The classes are challenging and because classes are held to 11 students or less you feel like you have the instructor's attention and help to make sure your form is correct. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys Pilates but wants a little more cardio mixed in.

I love these classes! All the instructors I have had been wonderful and have amazing energy. They have corrected my form when needed and push me in a positive way. I have a lower back injury and found these classes to be super helpful in strengthening my muscles without re-injuring myself. My stability has also really improved!

So happy to have this studio on the east side! Welcoming instructors, nice members, great music (!!) and a hard work out. It’s been challenging to find a spot that checks all those boxes in PDX and I’m excited to have finally found it.
I’ve been trying out different instructors at Studio 45 throughout my first month and they all teach a great class. It’s nice to feel like I can get the most out of my membership without having to choose specific days/times for specific instructors.
It’s also easy to book classes on MindBody and manage your calendar from the app. Overall, 10/10 experience in month one. I’m sticking around and plan to convert a few friends to join as well!

I am thrilled to find Studio 45! As an avid fan of Lagree fitness, Studio 45 was the breath of fresh air my workout regimen needed. Each class is 45 minutes of full body resistance training. I leave feeling stronger and better prepared for my other athletic endeavors. As an avid hiker/backpacker, rock climber, and yogi, Lagree training truly is a perfect compliment. Every instructor brings something different to their class and I’ve yet to leave feeling unsatisfied with a workout! 5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The work out is challenging, like really hard. It moves quickly between moves, which is nice in that your brain doesn’t get to talk you out of it, but sometimes tough to get set up properly. Also it kinda sucks that I don’t get to know the other people doing the class. People sort of run in and out and it doesn’t seem like there’s much of a community. It’s definitely a hard work out and nice to not have to do any thinking.

IM OBSESSED WITH MEGABURN. It’s not your average little cute Pilates class; it will kick your butt so come prepared. It really complements any workout that you are already doing and works the little/big muscle groups you might not know that existed. I love how challenging these classes are and how you can always modify as you see fit. The instructors are amazing and super helpful with giving out instructions and encouragement too. My favorite fav(ugh If I have to choose because i love them all) is Amanda Williams - she’s the only one who could get me to do an 8am workout on the weekend!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this place! I took my first class at the end of March and now find myself having to resist going every day. I’ve taken classes at both locations and with various instructors and have no complaints. Every instructor brings their own unique vibe to the class yet the quality of your workout is def consistent across the board. It can be intimidating but I would definitely recommend just jumping into a Full Body class to get a feel for what MegaBurn is all about.

Okay first off, ouch. But in the best way possible. I had my first class here tonight with Makana and I got so much uplifting love and support from her. She made sure to help me with form and learning the machine every step of the way; she truly is a gem. As for the workout, please don’t plan anything afterward if you’re a newbie like me because I’m sure you’ll be wobbly the next 24 hours. Highly recommend this Lagree studio if you’re visiting town. Great vibes all around. Chelsea warmly greeting me, showed me the machine and asked if I had injuries. How hard is it to update a google location, to update your your message on your voicemail, or to update your website?! NOT HARD AT ALL, website is most difficult but not hard. Why for months if not close to a whole year has this company not updated anything. It’s a shame. This is in my neighborhood, I would have loved to support but after 9 unreturned voicemails, never seeing it open—-I finally deduced they were actually closed.

Took my first class, the instructor Natalie was helpful with modifications and helped me navigate the reformer throughout the class. The class was a bit fast paced for me as someone new to it. It was a bit distracting trying to keep up with the movements I wasn’t familiar with while also on the reformer. Definitely a challenging workout that has a learning curve!

This is such a fun workout, so different from many other workout classes, and gets to a lot of muscles and different muscle activations that are hard to reach. Doing these workouts has really helped my core strength and back pain, and I always look forward to it. They will help you work around injuries and accommodate specific weaknesses or issues, the instructors are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about mega burn and Carolynn. This place exudes positive energy, a work hard for what you want mentality and push you to your max all while making you feel like a total badass. Work outs can get repetitive and gyms can be intimidating but I can honestly say this place was welcoming from the start and I have yet to feel that workout slump. Im getting married soon and needed to find something to get my butt in gear and this was it. Not only does it feel good after a long day on sitting and doing lash extensions, it’s visibly changing my body! I would recommend this to everyone looking to get their butt kicked, to be inspired by incredibly powerful women and to have fun while doing it.
The division location is easy to get to and the studio is gorgeous. It’s open and airy yet feels intimate and like you’re getting a private workout with 9 of your friends. I’m into it super hard and think everyone should try this studio out ASAP!
