I started working out with Joshua 3 years ago. My intent was to work with him for a year and get in shape. Getting in shape at 60 isn't as easy as it sounds. Now, I am in the best shape I have ever been in and obviously my one year target turned into 3 years (with no intention to stop). In addition to the physical improvements, I am happier, more lucid and just feel good. Where the value is clear the decision is easy. Working out with Joshua is one of the best decisions I have made.

Trainer Josh is the best! He has been my personal trainer for a few years now and always keeps the workouts fresh. He is very knowledgable, energetic and exudes positivity throughout each workout. Not to mention, he always has a great playlist on in his studio! Additionally, he committed to giving that extra nudge of motivation when fatigue is setting in at the end of a workout. Training with Josh is something that I look forward to each week. He is highly recommended in my book!

Coach Joshua is a very open minded person and is willing to work with you to meet your fitness goals, whatever they are. I am a blind football player, in fact the best blind football player in the world. Coach Joshua has been open minded enough to teach me football skills and to work with me as a blind person. I've been using Josh as a trainer even before theAddicted location. I always get a different workout, always working a slightly different set of muscles. The thing I'm amazed at is how many times (nearly always) he works some part of me to my limit, I often get delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and yet never once have I been injured. Not even close. I'm sure that would happen if I worked out without him. At 68, after 50 years of adult cycling, I can easily say that the upper half of me has never been stronger. Thanks Josh.

Josh has given his fitness studio an appropriate name. I am definitely addicted and love the strength I have developed with his workouts, which are always varied to achieve total-body results.
