Absolutely love working out at this gym and with this group! Wobbs and her team have different workouts everyday that test you both physically and mentally, no matter what your fitness level is. There is never a dull moment, and the variation in workouts, along with the personal training you receive just cant be beat!

I really enjoy the small nature of this gym. Good coaching and programming that is always challenging. Workouts are modified if you are injured or just starting out.

I have worked out with Sarah for over ten years. You will not find a more knowledgeable trainer to guide you to achieving your fitness goals. I had no experience with weights, and this type of workout. She will teach you and meet you at whatever fitness level you are currently. If you have the desire and commitment to getting in the best shape of your life, this is the gym for you. The workouts change daily which keeps your mind interested and your body constantly improving. Once people find Threshold Fitness, they stay! There is no other gym like it! Trust me! I have worked out with Sarah for over ten years!

This is by far the best gym that I have worked out at. Sarah's knowledge base is beyond compare. Her programming is very thoughtful as well as challenging. A huge bonus is that any workout can be modified to your current ability level. Also if you have an injury she will come up with a substitute move so you can still participate and get an equally challenging workout. The people here are very supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere is welcoming and the members are always willing to help. I highly recommend Threshold Fitness!

When I decided to start getting into a gym I was very intimidated going a gym like this. I was uneducated with form and lingo so I was unsure how to join and learn. I quickly realized that this was the gym for me. Sarah is an unbeliveable trainer who took the time to educate me and is always prepared to guide me in what I should be doing and how to push myself. I deal with a shoulder and a knee injury which she provides alternative moves to get as much of the workouts I can get. The other members in this gym are not only welcoming but are equally as helpful with information. I love my Threshold family.

I go to Threshold Fitness for pilates instruction with Jessica Ingalls. She was trained by Mary Bowen who was trained by Joseph Pilates. Jessica has all the equipment: reformers, core aligns, and a vast variety of props. You'll get your money's worth!

Hands down best workout Iβve ever done, ran by a highly knowledgeable coach, Sarah Wobbe, who formulates daily/weekly programming to give you the most effective workout to develop strength, endurance, and weight lifting fundamentals. Itβs like having a personal trainer. Come in and start where you are as every workout can be scaled to your currently ability level. The athletes at this gym are so welcoming without any judgement. We all were new once and know how intimidating it can feel. We will be your biggest cheerleaders! I absolutely loved it here, sadly Iβve moved a ways away making it hard to attend the class I attended.
Since the first day I was hooked, Sarah was flexible and understanding. She will modify and continue modifying for you as you progress. If youβre injured, I came in with a bad knee and was able to modify but my knee did also improve and I was able to do more without irritating it. She made this gym a community, everyone is there for each other but mainly for her. She offers challenges to get you on a healthy track and it works wonders!
She offers free trails and hey if itβs free give it a shot, it never hurts to try it first.
