Serious lifters dream gym! Every grip, bar, handle, and attachment you would ever want. Every machine and cable was in perfect condition and moved like new. Owners were super nice and helpful and everyone training seemed friendly. Will be my go to gym every time I come to town.

Don’t normally do this but this gym is amazing. Was coming from out of town for work and needed access to a gym for about 2 weeks. I didn’t think I’d find a nice gym in Medford at all (except for maybe a commercial gym or a crossfit gym) until I stumbled across this. This is a locally owned gym and it’s consistently kept in such pristine condition. The gym itself is absolutely amazing, prices are fair, it’s clean, staff is great, members are super respectful. The equipment is wonderful and definitely top of the line. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, honestly I miss it. Wish there was a gym like this where I’m at. Would absolutely come back to Medford just for access to this gym.

If you're looking for a super clean sanitized gym this is it. I havent seen it super busy which is nice to be able to get a workout in fast or take my time. The owners and employees are very professional. Good people all around.

This is my favorite gym in the Rogue Valley. Has everything that you need and a few extras. Staff is super nice and helpful. Facility is incredibly clean.

The best part is the energy. This is a gym where everyone is working. Everyone here has goals and is putting in the work. It's not just a bunch of people going through the motions. If you believe that iron sharpens iron, then this is probably the place for you. Just reading the walls should be enough to motivate you, if that won't then everyone that's in there putting in the work should be.

TL:DR - If you want to get strong and can get here to train do not hesitate - there is not a comparable gym for many hours in any direction. For more read on.

For almost 40 years I have trained and competed in strength gyms around the world. Some were in people’s garages and some were world-class facilities. Few were as well equipped as Urban Fit and none, not a single one, was cleaner or more welcoming. I will always train here when I am in Southern Oregon. You should too.

This is a great gym if you want work out seriously. There is a great comraderie among the patrons. I'm 60 and getting back into lifting and everyone is very supportive. Great massage therapist on site too.

This is simply the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked out at state of the art military/college gyms and this place is somehow even better. The fact that the most fit people in the valley workout here is a testament to the equipment and how you’re treated in general. I’ve never made friends with so many random people either! The best part is when they raise the garage doors and let in a breeze. The far side of the gym has the best views especially at sunset. I know this sounds like a love letter to my gym and that’s because it is. Thanks Urban. 🙏🏼

Best gym in the Southern Oregon, by far. Great equipment, clean gym, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Upstairs is great for cardio, three squat racks and three platforms for power lifting. Plenty of equipment for supplementary workouts and three rows of dumbbells...if you can't find it in here it isn't worth using.

The best gym I’ve ever been to. I’m visiting from CA and needed a gym to work out at. After driving around for 20 min trying to find a gym that was open and would let me get a day pass. This gym popped up on my google maps. All the equipment was great, service was great.
