They are really nice people and they have great communication they are always posting about the closers on Facebook. I also love how they make anyone feel welcome and as a part of their family.
Definitely Think that this is the best gym ever. They always encourage there kids to get the skills I’d honestly say bring your kids to that gym they are so nice

Such an amazing atmosphere for kids! My daughter has been here since 2019 as an Allstar cheerleader and tumbler. She loves it so much she is literally there for 4 days a week. Between cheer, tumble, and private lessons. It’s been amazing to watch my daughter grow into this amazingly talented young lady. This program is a great outlet for our youth in this county.

The communication for this place is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Their phone hardly ever gets answered. If you message them on Facebook it can take a week for a reply. They don’t post about closures until last minute. I showed up one week because I didn’t know about a closure and they Were able to take a private lesson to make money that day but not hold my daughters normal class even though it was not a holiday. I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for 14 years and it seems the coaches are just going through the motions instead of actually taking the time to make sure the kids get better at their skills. It’s something to do for my kid one night a week but it’s very underwhelming. Also, put a gate up so the poor moms that have young children don’t have to chase them onto your floor. I was always fortunate enough to have childcare so I could bring my daughter without her younger brother but others can’t do that. It’s probably a liability since there are random teenagers tumbling on your floor during my daughter’s class. Someone could get hurt. Do better Vault. I’ll leave the elite part off.

I first want to state my daughter went to Vault for 6 years. The only reason we left is because we moved.

I want to clarify for parents how things at Vault operate due to a review left by another parent that is 100% false information.

1. Vault is not has has never carried a non-profit status. A booster club was established years ago run by parents and parents only. This non-profit was never associated with Vault, it was associated with the parents.
2. Fund raising money can NOT be cashed out and given to parents who have paid for cheer in full. All fundraising money BY LAW has to be spent on cheer related activities.
3. Coach Lexi did cheer with me for many years at Scappoose high school and is a certified tumble coach.
4. Coach's can and will volunteer their time just like Vault volunteers the gym for fundraising events at no cost.
5. Coach's who volunteer do so with full understanding that they are volunteering.
6. If you do not participate in the fund raising activities then your child does not receive any of the funds. I held many bake sales at Walmart and if parents/the child did not attend the bake sale or provide goodies to be sold WE DID NOT PROVIDE THEIR CHILD WITH ANY PROFITS. It's not fair to parents and kids to do all the work and others benifit.

Vault is wonderful but parents sign up for an expensive sport with a lot of dedication required then can't afford it and don't put in the effort required to move up levels.

VAULT ELITE IS GREAT FOR THE COMMUNITY.

Edit: this gym now has a non-profit, any questions about how its being run please contact the owner or ask on the main fakebook pages. And a response to another parent post, I never give good reviews unless its disserved. Only parents who attempted to leave and not pay their bills tend to leave bad reviews I have noticed.

I 100% recommend this gym for any kids needing/wanting to get out and move. They have done such a good job teaching my daughter, she has never complained about anything within this gym. A lot of the classes are full because of how much kids like coming here
Vault coaches push the kids to achieve what they wish to do. My daughter went from barely doing a cartwheel correctly to almost doing a back-hand spring within 7 months.

I know that parents are told to give good reviews for this gym, but please practice caution. classes may be full, but the money that is made at this gym is not used properly.
This coach owes me and many other families who were part of her competitive cheer team money. Fundraising always ends up getting put back into the gym accounts as "credits". The gym owner pays herself and coaches when fundraising as "coaches fees," but says she cant be part of any fundraising.
You pay endless amounts of money and are never shown where it goes, and find out she isn't even paying her assistant.
After they lost their non profit status (red flag), parents pooled together to pay off the balance and the fundraising head somehow never actually paid it. When asked about the money and where it went, she had nothing to show for it. AND NOBODY SAID A WORD?!
Her assistant coach worked without pay on and off for years, and is still owed money like many others. If you attend this gym please do not keep a debit/credit card on file, check you balance statements and ask for receipts on any transactions you do. This gym has made it because there is nothing else out here, but after I sent my kiddo somewhere else, they spent a lot of time unlearning bad habits of tumble and cheerleading that were taught since the coach was never actually a tumbler or cheerleader over a year. I was in awe at how she treated her coaches and athletes, and not surprised when we were screwed over. If you notice a wonderful assistant coach missing in your child's classes/team its because she got tired of being told by the owner she couldn't pay her because "parents weren't paying for classes on time." I kept quiet about my experiences at this gym because we live in a small town, but what this coach has been able to do is disgusting. I've met so many other families who have had the same experiences and keep quiet for their own personal reasons. Practice extreme caution with this gym. St Helens communities deserve better. If you had an experience like mine, please leave a review so that other families can get the real deal and stay away from this gym. I would hate for more families to experience and support this shady business.

Have had all of my grandchildren enrolled in this gyms programs over the years and I must say the gym owner, Alyxis and her staff are incredible with all the kids in their programs. The safety and cleanliness of this gym are always top notch. Its clear with how involved Alyxis is with the daily training and interactions with her students that she's a very hands on owner and takes great pride in developing her teams not only physically but mentally as well.

Alexis is a crook. She uses young girls for free labor. She also swindles money for her gym under the guise of fundraising for cheer trips. AVOID THIS GYM!

Wow!!! This cheer and tumble center is AMAZING!!! Do not underestimate this team from a small Oregon town. They are recognized on a National and World level, with precision and instruction rarely found in this field anymore.
Thank you Lexi Wetherbee for opening your door to us and showing us your facility. Fun, fun, FUN!!!!
