This place has become an anchor for me through the wild ride of life. I am really grateful that this space has been created so that I can feel better both physically and mentally. I have been practicing yoga for decades and have never had a stronger physical practice. More importantly, I feel welcomed, and the space feels safe to just be.
A note- some classes can get very crowded. If this is an issue for you, let them know, and they will be able to tell you which classes are more likely going to be less crowded so you can plan your classes around that.
After 2+ years of membership, I couldn’t help but express my gratitude. Special thanks to Nancy. She was the first person I encountered and continues to be so sweet and unerringly kind every time I see her.

Amazing place for experienced yogis. Workout intensity varies between instructors. You can always make personal modifications to suit it to your needs. Not the most beginner friendly due to the lack of mirrors.

I love the community here and the teachers are great and encouraging . I come here to get help with my postural issues by gaining flexibility and strength. They have a uniquely welcoming vibe here which is great for a shy and awkward person like myself. My star deduction comes from the abrasive lights on their ceiling in the yoga area. I have autism and chronic migraines and these lights are PAINFUL for any pose where I end up with the horrific experience of having to look up. Softer lightbulbs would be wonderful or having some sort of shade over the bulb itself. These clear glass lightbulbs cause me some distress. I’ve mistakenly laid directly under a lightbulb and had to quickly move my mat. On crowded days moving over is not an option. I not only am migraine prone but I also intermittently have uveitis flare ups and these bulbs are a nightmare. I’m always thankful of the relief when we enter shavasana and the lights are off. I don’t have to stare directly at these bulbs to get massive balls of light stuck in my field vision, or skirt a migraine onset from them being in the ceiling periphery. I am entirely grateful for any considerations made for the photosensitive people that may come here. I love your studio and this is my only complaint.

I had the best experience today in Corvallis with Nicole! She was so welcoming and supportive. I loved how the class challenged me and allowed me to listen to my body! The endorphin rush i got after completing this class was impeccable. I highly recommend taking a class with Nicole. She is amazing

I love this studio.
The practice, the people, the space, I am so glad we have this gem in Corvallis!

The instructors are knowledgeable about the physical practice, personable, and have also been a philosophical plug in my life.

There is a lovely community here with a good number of regulars.

I am also grateful to Nancy and Stephanie on the admin side of things, they are so helpful.

Beautiful & expensive yoga studio in a town with surprisingly few competitors. Weird Christian vibe though (!) I’m all for a bit of spirituality mixed in, because yoga is more than a workout. But the instructor talked about capital-G god multiple times, which made me very uncomfortable... If this a Christian yoga studio, that should be stated up front!

edit to add: using my middle & maiden names to review, for discretion as allowed by google. Thanks, but there is no need for you to call me - I’m not seeking a refund or trying to get anyone in trouble, I was simply offering honest feedback. The studio was beautiful, nice riverfront location, instruction was overall very good, and I enjoyed the semi-structured power flow sequence! Hence, some stars. However, the religious thing really bothered me, more and more after I left the studio. If that’s your jam, that’s great and there should be a space for that, totally! But to not be upfront about it? Receiving Christian messaging during a vulnerable state like around savasana felt almost akin to brainwashing tbh. I think the website and class descriptions should accurately reflect the spiritual leanings of the studio, at the very least. If only to avoid atheist yogis like myself from coming through feeling preached at.

They gave me a cold towel scented with lavender. Wow. I've been to many hot & bikram yoga classes before but nobody has ever given me a cool lavender towel for shavasana.. I don't know what to say. Confused! But it has already happened twice.. so I'll come again to see if it happens again. Wow.. is 10 stars an option?

It can be a bit intimidating attending your first in-person yoga class and even more so for a guy - due to yoga classes generally being heavily female oriented and attended. That aside I found this group to be extremely welcoming and loved the vibe - pushing you to work to your best abilities and not worry if a pose is too challenging. The environment was hot - it is a hot yoga class after-all but was very clean.

I love this studio. It has such a wonderful sense of community and whole person philosophy. The practice itself makes my body feel great, but the teachers do a fantastic job relating all we do in the studio to strategies for living a balanced, healthy life.
