Beautiful studio with convenient class times & amazing instructors. The Friday evening class with Kate has been the best part of my week for the last couple of years!

The teachers make this the best yoga studio I've ever been to. The 21 day unlimited yoga has been life changing and I just bought a 10 class pass to continue on. πŸ™Œ

I had booked my first class at this facility for an early morning class, making use of the morning time before kids wake up. And planning to get back into the yoga routine after years of pausing it. Took me a while to navigate the building and the multiple hallways to get to the yoga studio. I get there 2 mins after the start time. The doors are locked. I have been to 3 highly prestigious yoga studios in Portland & Hillsboro, none of which had such a policy. The concept of yoga & peacefulness is to accept all. This policy is the contrary to that. It is not welcoming, rather it sadly offers a negative vibe, discourages & demotivates. Rarely is one ever late intentionally. So welcoming those that are late (due to events in their lives) is offering them the acceptance. Facing them with a locked door "not allowed" doesn't portray kindness. And I don't believe that the goal of not interrupting the class is a valid argument. Most of the yoga sessions focus on mindfulness, no matter what is around. And usually anyone coming in late would be extra cautious about causing any inconvenience.
I am not decided if I will be comfortable to try this place again given the unwelcoming vibe.

This studio, the owner, the instructors and staff have changed my life forever. I showed up one day looking for much needed kindness, a positive environment, a place where I could learn to practice my own mindfulness, spirituality and self care without judgment and with great direction. I was welcomed with compassion, positivity, excitement and inspiration. I have grown so much within this space and practice. YogaOMazing is my most coveted routine in my self care plan. I am forever grateful for this opportunity I was gifted when I walked into this studio over two years ago. πŸ•‰οΈβ€οΈπŸ™

This is a review for their prenatal yoga classes taught by Christine Day. I started out by purchasing 1 class, then a pass for 6 weeks… I am here to tell you to not bother and to just purchase the 12 week from the start! If you are pregnant, this is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself.

I started taking the prenatal yoga classes here a couple months ago and have loved every minute of it. I feel so much better after class. The instructors have been great and it's been nice to connect with other parents-to-be and just share a space together. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best, if not best, yoga studios I've been to. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

I have been coming to Yoga OMazing on and off for years. I love the space and how calm I feel when I walk in. My favorite part is that there are people of all ages, all body types, and all experience levels--all with absolutely no judgement from the teachers. Everyone's journey is honored.

They are recovering from the pandemic, so classes might be small in some cases and large in others. I recently heard that they are doing their best to bring more classes in, which I think will be awesome.

I'm excited to participate in some of their workshops!

I love this studio! I was brought in with the Groupon special, and I have have stayed for almost a full year to attend classes regularly (the first time I have considered myself having a real practice), get monthly massages from Jasmine, and to maintain the friendships that have grown from doing (and completing!) the 30 day yoga challenge, joining an 8 week study group, and trying my hand (and head) at an inversion workshop. The drop in classes are pretty pricey, but the monthly packages and contract options are affordable and so worth it.

Though I would like there to be more class options and instructors, I do like how the instructors are dedicated to their teaching and engagememt with the community at this studio. The instructors are very approachable (so is Jasmine, the massage therapist, and the front desk receptionists) and usually spend time before and after to class to talk to the students. I do also like that classes are separated by half an hour so people aren't just waiting impatiently outside and you don't feel rushed to leave as soon as the hour is up. So this takes away time for extra possible classes, but I definitely prefer the extra 30 min format.

When I first joined, I was surprised that they played music (and sometimes genres you typically wouldn't expect to hear at a yoga studio) during every class, but now it seems normal, though it can be distracting sometimes. What's nice is if you don't like the more yoga-power style classes (which I really like), there are slower paced, quieter classes that are just as great. There are options for everyone, so don't discount the studio based on one instructor or class type, just try a different one.

I have found a few instructors whose style I didn't enjoy at first, but I gave them time and ended up really enjoying their classes later. It's great that the instructors stay for such a long time so you can see them grow as an instructor and you can see yourself grow as a student in their classes and across your practice at large. Plus, it's a really special relationship to have with a yoga teacher that spans from casual to deep conversations in the lobby, on the mat, and in the parking lot.

I can only see myself stopping at this studio if I move too far away, and even then I'll still make an effort to come to Katrina's Buti class if she's still teaching after she has her baby!

Thank you Yoga OMazing for the great instructors and atmosphere you foster at the studio. I always look forward to coming in!

I'm 2 weeks into the 5-week beginner series of yoga classes and I absolutely love the studio and the instructor. I was a little intimidated by yoga, so this series for absolute beginners is a great opportunity for me. Every week, I get to experience sunrise through the big beautiful windows, in a clean, serene, well-equipped studio, as I learn basic yoga history, poses, and etiquette from Laura. Her patience and sense of humor helps reduce the embarrassment of making a mistake or wobbling :) It's the best intro to yoga I could have asked for. I'm excited to sign up for an ongoing class once I'm done with the beginner series!

I used to be an instructor, so I tend to be more then critical of classes. I am beyond pleased to say what an amazing class I took tonight. Sunday at 6 is my new addition. The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and Karolyn was fantastic!!! I can't wait to take more classes, this is the jump start I needed!

Their Restorative yoga class is very peaceful. Jasmine gives amazing massages. She is able to switch from a light to heavier touch easily. Powerful massage. Love the aromatherapy towel for my face.
My only complaint is that the owner never seems happy - it doesn't jive with his staff or what I picture in a yoga studio.

Nice place some instructors very good, owner seems to be afraid anyone over 40 doing yoga will break. Will only let you do beginning classes for 6 month if you are over 45. Totally age prejudice.

My go-to classes at this studio are Restorative on Monday nights and Candlelight Hatha on Wednesday nights. The teachers are soothing and spiritual without being overly hippie dippie. A perfect balance for me. I also enjoy their use of essential oils, and they are sure to say which oil it is and make it optional for those who don't wish to experience the oil(s). Also, the front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.

The studio itself is clean and nice but I can't stand the classes. At least two of the instructors did their yoga teacher training at core power, so that's probably why I'm not a fan. I go to a gym already, I want yoga to be relaxing and a time to reflect and open up my body. I do like flow styles, but the peppy, loud music, yelling over the loud music, and quick jumping from pose to pose isn't enjoyable for me. I feel like I'm in a group fitness class at the gym when the instructor won't stop yelling "AMAZING JOB! KEEP IT UP! AWESOME DOWNWARD DOG EVERYBODY!" The instructors aren't calm or soothing, and they never offer hands on adjustments. Overall I find the instruction to be of poor quality and not a genuine yoga experience, and so for that reason, I'm out

I like the yoga (kinda boring, but decent overall), but this place is too strict. You shouldn't be locked out of your class for arriving exactly on time. And the policy is posted in tiny font on the door, so I had no idea.

My experience is limited as this is really the only yoga studio I've been to on any kind of regular basis, but I like it a lot. The teachers have all been knowledgeable and patient with this clumsy old guy.

Also, Jasmine the massage therapist who works out of the studio is amazing. One of the best in Portland.

This is a great yoga studio. I love the candlelight hatha and meditation class on Sunday evenings. The instructor, Lana, leads the class through gentle yoga positions while creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect way to prepare for the upcoming week.

Wonderful studio, and very good instructors. They have early morning classes on Monday/Wednesday with Kari Parkinson starting at 5:30 AM, and 6:00 AM classes on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. Although it would be nice to get an extra 15 minutes, the hourlong classes get a good workout before the day starts.

This is one of the most pristine yoga studios around! It shines when you walk in the door, and the feng-shui design immediately puts your body in the meditative state! I almost fell over during downward dog in the yoga studio because I was so mesmerized by the OMazing panoramic natural light window views...just spectacular! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :-)
