About the Club

Our mission is to help our clients to be stronger and healthier. Our personal training, group classes, and nutrition coaching help you reach whatever goals you may have, whether weight loss or performance based. Our process starts with a free 30 minute consultation where we learn your goals. Second, we create a plan that works for you, whether it is joining our semi private sessions, working with a personal trainer, or creating a customized nutrition plan with our nutrition coaches. Finally, you will have regular goal setting sessions with our coaches to make sure you are staying on track with the goals you set.

I was looking for instruction, we can all go to a gym and think we know what to do, me not so much. Megan has me on a structured program and holds me accountable. I love coming here and doing everything she tells me. She gets results and I respect that. I started Jan. 1st bench pressing 85 pounds, last week I was bench pressing 100. I am improving everyday and it is all because of 13 stripes.

I’ve had a great time at Omni Fitness. Melissa, my trainer, has been amazing. I am grateful to Omni Fitness for their integrity. I joined another gym which did not deliver what they promised. They promised to give me what I asked for but didn’t do it. I asked questions up front trying to find out if the gym would be a good fit but they wanted me to go through their process. I wanted to work out for an hour 3 days a week with a female trainer. I was in awe when I called Omni Fitness. Leighton answered all my questions upfront. He told me the prices up front as I asked. I couldn’t be happier. When I go to the gym I see older people like myself getting in shape and I love it. If the need arises and I have to reschedule a session, Melissa has been very accommodating. If you want a gym that values honesty and meeting the individual where they are and working with you to ensure that your goals are met then OMNI FITNESS is your gym. Check them out. I have been going to 13 Stripes Fitness since mid January of this year. It has been a positive experience since day one. Any hesitation I was feeling that first day quickly went away. The trainers are excellent. Their knowledge is amazing. I have lost over 20lbs, but more importantly have gained muscle and feel strong. I am at an age (68) where that is important. If your thinking about taking control of your health and fitness, check it out.

My experience at 13 Stripes has been so positive. Everyone - all trainers and clients - are supportive and encouraging. I have been going to 13 Stripes for a year. I am 68 years old and have increased my muscle mass and skeletal mass. That is so important at my age. You will thank yourself (and the trainers) for coming here.

I am going in to my second month here and loving it so far. I go in 2 mornings a week for 30 minutes and get a VERY effective workout , I am definitely sweating when I leave there . I enjoy my trainer, each workout is different so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend 13 stripes for anyone who is looking for a tailored plan, they really individualize your plan .

I am having a great experience with 13 stripes fitness. The workouts are challenging but tailored. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and has bull penn for little ones. I'm most grateful for the gyms flexibility with children. In one month my strength and confidence has increased significantly. Late Nov. I saw the FB ad asking for women ages 50-70. Perfect timing, perfect age group. I signed up. The trained coaches observed and knew what I needed but they patiently waited a few weeks for me to 'settle in' even though I did not know what I was doing. Their kindness and trust are priceless. Now, my goals are set and I am ready to go!

After only one session, I left feeling motivated to continue on this fitness, weight loss journey. At 71 years young, it may seem strange to many, but my initial goal is to be able to put on socks without an adaptive device, and sit on the floor + get up without assistance. Falling + not being able to get up is a constant worry.
I feel that the support that the staff at 13 Stripes offers is genuine.
It is a gym with a heart!

I started at 13 Stripes in February of 23.
I must admit, at first was intimidated to walk in the door.
I met with Layton and he helped me design a program that would best fit my lifestyle, personal goals, and budget. I really appreciated the 1on1 attention and the "no pressure" approach he took while explaining my options.
I started out with a couple of personal personal training classes per week with Xander - He's been awesome! I also attend one of the classes per week with Megan (she is great too!). Everyone is very friendly and supportive.13 Stripes is a true judgment free zone, and they will help you achieve your goals!

This is Crystal (for some reason it is linked to my daughters name). I have been at 13 Stripes for a little over a month. I have nothing but positive experiences! Xander is a rockstar! I mean it’s a love/hate relationship but he has pushed me to do things I’ve never done. I have made a ton of small achievements like doing 25 wall balls in a row. Might seem like something small but the 1st week I had to keep taking breaks. I can lift weights now when the first week I only used the bar. Those small accomplishments mean the world to me. Xander is so positive & keeps me going where I would usually just say I can’t do that. Never in my life did I think I would be dead lifting. All the other trainers are so nice too. Just today Megan gave me some tips for my Charley horses. Leighton has checked in on me weekly. I’m a small business owner & I appreciate that.

This business is quick to sign you up and take your money. They don't explain or show you the contract you are signing for and explain the terms, you think you are signing for transactions.
The trainer is great while with you but no discussion on what you should be doing in between sessions. Nutrition is flaky, you have to chase him and remind him of things he was to send you, meetings you are supposed to have and then he changes times frequently.
They bombard you with emails and texts wanting you to post reviews and give cards for you to make referrals. But, they don't follow up to make sure you are receiving the services you are paying for. When you try to bring the issues forward, they deflect to someone else, nobody takes responsibility.
The owners only concern is that you receive the contract and not resolving any issues. When you are seeking their services to make a life change this is not a good model. When you try your trainer for a response they say it's Sunday family time, but the issue has been going on since during the week and they had no problem signing you up on a Sunday?

Not a team, nobody knows what each other are doing and the owners are only concerned with getting your money not making things right if you are not receiving the services you should be. Buyer beware.

The only response I have received today are the response text saying its family day and 2 emails to sign up with Wodify, which I assume is something I should have received at sign up. They are robot emails not a response. Are you sure you have my correct email?
It is very weird that Family day is Sunday but that's the day I was signed up and the day my transactions come out.
It is very telling that the owner is willing to argue with a bad review but outside of that doesn't know what is going on with her business and team. Also, I am to blame instead of them taking accountability for their dropping the ball. Hmmmmm

I am being asked "do I enjoy my time at 13 Stripes Fitness?", ugh, no, but yes. but no, but yes. Apparently, I have a love/hate relationship with sweating. I am having my tail worked which is what I want. My coach is awesome. She listens when I need to talk and she has 100% earned my trust. I have only been doing this 4 weeks and I am getting stronger. I do feel better and I do highly recommend one on one training.

I have only been a member for about a month now, but everyone has been welcoming and helpful. The workout classes are excellent. I would never make myself do the work that they encourage us to do in the classes.
There are modifications for all fitness levels and we each do what we can with encouragement and advice from the coaches.

What a great place! Everyone is super friendly and I am getting stronger, losing some inches, and feeling optimistic about my ability to stick with the program. Devil Megan is amazing- don’t let her name fool you. She works you to your ability (even if you don’t know what your ability isβ€¦πŸ€£) with positive reinforcement and encouragement . I am in my fifties, have a wonky shoulder, and I whine a lot while exercising. Megan takes it all in stride and has a new, fun, challenging (but not so much that I want to murder suicide with her) workout delivered with upbeat encouragement. The other staff are all nice and the other masochists- I mean patrons, are friendly and welcoming. I came following a referral from a friend who was looking and feeling great. Let me be your friend and tell you to give them a call!

I was very hesitant of joining this club but now that I'm there all I am so glad that I did it. Everyone is wonderful, everybody makes you feel welcomed and you don't feel out of place. I know that I needed somebody to make me accountable & they do. They help build you up. Megan even gave some ideas to squeeze in time when I'm working & waiting on things to get done I can do a couple mins or so of exercises to keep me motivated. I just started at 13 Stripes Fitness but right away I was treated like family. My trainer is very knowledgeable about what I need to get in shape. She also takes into account that I have a bad shoulder and never asks me to do anything that may damage it more, only help get mobility back. I was always self-conscious about how I look, but at 13 Stripes, there is a place in the back for the personal training session so I can do my best without other people around. I really like that.
