Michaela's yoga class is the most focused and relaxed hour of the week for me. Her class is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Her clear teaching always leaves me feeling rejuvenated, calm and accomplished. Her serene and welcoming spirit enhance the hour long practice and keep me motivated to come back week after week.
Jen, the owner and teacher for many classes is the best. She is always educating, instructing and encouraging. I have taken several classes with her and she is an enthusiastic and inspirational person who challenges her students to work up to their full potential. I participated in a 6 week Summer Slim Down Program in which she taught us how to strengthen our bodies and also educated us on proper nutrition. The class was well worth the investment. I would recommend this studio to anyone from beginners to advanced and any body type is welcome. Start your fitness journey at 2Fab!! You won't be sorry!

The yoga class taught by Michaela is amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed and present in my body. It’s a very casual environment where you can connect with others, and Michaela makes a huge effort to make her classes accessible to all! No matter your skill level, I highly recommend trying out her class!

I took the Boom class for the 1st time and WOW! If you want a good LOW impact workout while getting your heart rate up, take a BOOM class! Just register, show up with your water bottle and a towel then Jen provides the rest! Good for all ages and fitness levels!

If you are looking for a place to workout where literally anyone will feel comfortable and have fun, this is the place. I have been taking Jens classes on and off for a few years and always enjoyed them, but now having her own location for all different types of exercise is amazing. I have never enjoyed exercising but I am disappointed when my schedule does not allow me to make it to as many classes as possible. Dance fitness is absolutely my favorite. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and motivating place to work out.

Just completed first b.o.o.m class led by Jen Angeles and it was a great class. I have limited mobility and did the class while seated but had an active core and upper body workout. It is a class I highly recommend for those who want to get more active but have some reservations because of their fitness abilities. Jen selected great music with fantastic routines led the class with enthusiasm and experience.
