I workout with a trainer there named Jim. I love working out with him. I have always been nervous to start at a new gym, I don't know what to do, and I feel overwhelmed when I go. Jim has made the experience so smooth for me and customized my work out, so I am working on all the area's I want to improve. I have already lost 43lbs!!

Some of your employees are much more helpful than others. The tall African American gentleman with braids was extremely helpful and welcoming to new comers from out of town. The Asian man was extremely rude and has poor customer service skills.

Best fitness/sports facility in Pittsburgh by a longshot. Affordable programs, friendly/skilled/knowledgeable/dedicated staff and top-notch facility/equipment.

I came in 3-4x a week for about 5 months for sports performance training and dropped nearly 20 pounds. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place for an Airbnb, stayed here for a bachelorette party over the weekend and it was roomy and had everything we needed. It was a bit hard for some Ubers to find for some reason but otherwise it was a good experience!

I have so much appreciation for this gym. Inspirational environment for the young basketball players and a secret spot for serious lifters who have the temperament to dodge a basketball here and there and not get frustrated at the kids. Equipment is usually in need of TLC- kinda adds to the serious environment. However, I see they are constantly putting money into the facility.
