It has become one of my favorite places. if youβre thinking about trying new classes or just a new location for your classes youβll love this place the owner Nicole is great ! as well as all the instructors are knowledgeable and awesome they take their time with each person based on the level they are, push you to do your best and accomplish your goals for the class.

This place is addictive, I wish I could be here all the time! Every teacher is very talented and welcoming, there is so much professionalism, care for safety, and at the same time a lot of fun while training. MiCole, the owner, is especially cool and inspiring :). She teaches with incredible energy, creativity and attention to everyone. I am so grateful to have found this studio and I can't recommend it enough!

Everything about this place is amazing. The owner MiCole is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel like youβve known her for years. The environment is comfortable and encouraging. If you havenβt tried a class yet, Iβd say make the time. I went with no experience and no background and attempted my shot at infor to pole class. Let me tell you! I had a different experience of a workout because I was sweating and the class was actually really fun and inspiring. I will definitely be attempting to take more classes. I will also be bringing all my friends.

My friends and I had an awesome time here. It was a first time pole dancing class for all of us. We booked a private class and had a blast! Our instructor, Nina, was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with my classes. Love my instructor, MiCole in Intro to Pole.
Since going my flexibility is getting so much better and feel so much more confident with my body.
Recommendation to anyone just wanting a little excitement in their lives. The environment is just so nice and no judgment at all! Love this place.

The classes are good - however the price for them seems unfair and they keep going up. It is hard to maintain a hobby when a class is so expensive. Especially during these hard economic times.

I have had an amazing time as a first-time pole and aerial learner, it's so beginner-friendly but I can see from watching the instructors and more experienced students that there's a very high ceiling for how far you can go here! Everyone is talented, professional, and super sweet and friendly!

After 16 years of dance growing up, and then like 5 years of nothing, I needed something new and Abstract became everything I needed and more. All the teachers are extremely talented and helpful. It's truly a no judgement zone, full of supportive people of all skill levels. I can't recommend it here enough. If you're looking for a new aerial studio(and a studio family)- this is it.

I love this place! I've been going here for about two weeks so far. I've done the intro classes and flexibility. I absolutely love going here. The instructors are friendly, and egar to help us strengthen and improve our moves. They offer so many classes, private lessons, classes for kids, workout classes, and much more. Everytime I go, I seriously always want to come back! It's an awesome place!

Amazingggg! I did the pole level 1 class and it was truly such a good workout, great greatttt detailed teachings and hands on learning. The room was hugee, clean, extremely comfortable and the trainers were all so sweet! The trainer for the pole level 1 class is seriouslyyy talented! She explains and shows each move to the core and helps until you are comfortable doing it yourself. Iβm so so happy I found this place. Anyone thinking of doing a pole class and is scared or hesitant GO HERE! I promise you will feel so at ease and comfortable. I canβt wait to go again and try the other classes available!
