Sean Sr and Sean Jr are great trainers. I’ve gotten great results over the course of the past five weeks (3 days a week).. I feel so much stronger. Sean Jr is absolutely amazing. He’s both knowledgeable and experienced and helps me with modifications to certain exercises I cannot perform properly. No matter your fitness level this is the place to go.

My 1st experience with a personal trainer was here, with Sean.
I had a FMS assessment and he devised strength training sessions fit for my level of mobility.
I'm no athlete, just an aging healthcare worker whose body has sustained much wear and tear.
I still have a long way to go but, Sean has such expert knowledge that he has helped me improve my strength and movement.

If you’re looking for a place to get a top notch workout this is definitely the place for you.Sean and Linda are very welcoming. My first time there I was very nervous.I’m the type that don’t won’t to be in a big gym setting I feel like everyone is watching me (even though there not) I felt very comfortable there. Sean took all my measurements and took video of me doing some exercises that way I can see what I’m doing right or wrong. You do the same exercises later and he videos so you can see the improvement and yes you will see improvement for sure. They build a workout program fit for you and your needs. Bottom line is if you want to get in shape and have trainers work with you and guide you to doing the right things go see them you won’t regret it.

I was recommended to this facility by my nail technician to see if I'd like the atmosphere and training program. I was looking to lose 10lbs, tone my body, and to train effectively - not just "workout." I immediately felt like part of the family. Sean and his team are by far one of the best group of trainers in the Delaware Valley. Sean's knowledge of the body, its mechanics, fitness and nutrition is beyond any that I have seen in person or online anywhere. It's glaringly evident when you speak to Sean that he is extremely passionate about his business and the ability he has to help change people's lives with his innovative workouts. This is the best gym !! Sean Kan and Linda are excellent trainers. I've dropped about 20 pounds, plus I'm stronger due to Advanced Fitness strength training. I am 48y/o and actively getting into the best shape of my adult life. Sean has been my trainer for well over a year. The workouts are always fresh and new and his personal training prices are beyond reasonable. He is thorough in his client assessments , therefore clients get a workout session crafted to where they are. I can't say enough good things about him and Advanced Fitness ..... I have felt really comfortable going to Advance Fitness. I was nervous to sign up for personal training sessions at first, but I'm happy that I did. I work with Linda Fabian as my trainer. She really looks at what your goals are and creates a detailed plan to help you achieve them. I have knee issues and they have worked with me on making sure I'm doing workouts correctly to prevent pain and injury. Linda has been very patient with me through my journey. She is very thorough and efficient. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and helping others. I highly recommend going there it is a good community and facility with a nice atmosphere.

Advance Fitness is an amazing Gym I Am Happy Amanda suggested I go for a consultation with Sean and Linda. I was very impressed with the assessment I am now a member my Trainer is Linda Amazing...She takes video of your workout show you where you need to improve help with mobility and Most important she keeps me accountable for my food she figured out what foods works best with my body not cookie cutter meal plan. I figured it was time for me to make a healthy lifestyle change so I googled gyms in my area and came across Advance Fitness LLC. I went on there website and saw that they offer free group workout classes. I told one of my close girlfriends about it and we both registered and attended the free class together.
After the class we spoke to Sean and Linda who informed us they do personal training and offer different programs for clients. Keep in mind I've had personal training in the past and it just didnt work out for me, so to he honest I was a littel skeptical. BUT what had me sold on Advanced Fitness LLC was this thing I've never heard of called an FMS test that they do with all clients before they can start personal training. This test basically let's the trainer and client know what level the client is on and what program is fit for the client. This was amazing to hear because as I stated previously I had personal training in the past, but I never had any testing done to find out how my mobility and movements are in everyday life. Within the next few weeks I signed up for personal training and completed the FMS test with Linda. Linda is an awesome trainer. She is informative and knows her stuff. She holds you accountable and she really cares about the health and safety of her clients. The owner Sean is also amazing and very knowledgeable and makes his clients feel comfortable coming to his gym. Advance Fitness LLC is small and intiment and the staff are amazing and very personable. I would reccommend this gym to all of my family and friends!

I’m a Senior Female who started training with Advanced Fitness a month and a half ago. I had zero experience with strength training and hadn’t worked out in a gym setting for over ten years. Since my one on one training with the owner, I have the confidence to show up three times weekly. I look forward to my training, and getting stronger. This place is great, I work sitting down and I used to have pain in my shoulders and lower back, that was until I started training here. I am so happy with the customer service here. I love that the workouts are personalized and tailored to each person. No two workouts are the same. They are so nice here and the small private space keeps me from feeling self conscious about my weight making me focus more on just losing weight and getting fit. You learn about your body here things you didn't know like your metabolism, BMI, flexibility, Body fat, even the amount of protein you have and take in. Its the best you get a great workout without being pushed pass your limits. I have epilepsy and asthma and I have never been worked to the point where I had a health emergency there. I trust this with my well-being and my fitness. 💪

If you're serious about getting back in shape, this is definitely the place to be. The trainers are patient yet direct which id great because they're going to ensure that you are benefiting from your training. They won't give up on you. I would recommend anyone especially if you haven't worked out in a while like myself to challenge yourself, you'd be surprised as to how much you can really do with the right support and the trainers here are very supportive.
