Memeber’s get charged a “club enhancement fee” twice a year, in addition to bi-weekly memberships costs. The members never see a thing for it. Club enhancement my rear. Someone must use the funds to go on vacation because the members certainly don’t see anything in return for it.

Haven’t been there in years after my contract “expired” and still to this day am getting charged. Online and the website doesn’t help and when you go in to talk to your local club. You get told oh it’s canceled you’re all good. Only to get slapped with another charge 2 weeks later. Like I literally left for basic training and was still getting charged the entire time after my agreement expired.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO THIS. Anytime fitness is a terrible company and an absolute scam. Sure the equipment is alright and they are open 24 hours of the day, but the contract is a scam and so is cancellation of the contract. This is the worst gym membership I’ve ever owned and I highly recommend any other gym membership over this one. Over priced for what they offer and never got anything new even though they charge you 2 yearly fees for “new equipment” that you won’t ever see. Scam.

This gym has the best hours, it's clean and well maintained by its great staff. Sonja does an excellent job for all the members. She's courteous, helps with any questions, helpful and friendly. The other gym members are all very supportive and nice. I definitely enjoy this gym. Thank you!!

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months and can’t get ahold of anybody. The corporate phone number doesn’t give the ability to cancel, the manager is never in her office, and the numerous phone calls and voicemails I have left to the managers phone haven’t been returned. If you try canceling your bank card to avoid paying they send you to collections and threaten your credit. If anyone from anytime fitness is reading this please return my calls or let me know when you are in the office.

New management, New trainer, they are both very kind. they seem to care about the place alot. It used to be dirty and the sign for the studio was broken. Very admirable to put in the effort to be in a cleaner environment, the new staff is very kind and very friendly and I like how they interact and socialize with members. The trainer is a really cool dude who's smart. The GM is very nice and social. So far, since the gyms opened, in my opinion, best people to run the gym

This business has a track record of not letting you cancel your subscription. Facebook post show that several people in the community had to cancel their bank accounts and or cards to get Anytime Fitness to stop charging their monthly subscription even after being asked to stop.

Trying to cancel your membership here is nearly impossible. No response from the company whether you email them or go into the actual facility. Management does not take any harassment reports serious either. They’ve been through 2-3 managers in the last 7 months of being a member. None of them have had any idea what they are doing and also make it impossible to cancel the membership. Would highly recommend avoiding this gym at all costs. The best response you will get from them is an auto generated message they will send you on the Google review.

My personal training contract ended January 1st per my agreement. On 1/16/24 and 1/30/24, Anytime Fitness charged me $180 for personal training. I notified the trainer, who told me it would be taken care of and assured me that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I have yet to receive my $360 back. You have to hound management to fix billing issues, they incorrectly charged my mother in law four times. Aside from lack of professionalism from recent staff, I would never sign up again given the shady business practices. It’s a disappointment because I did enjoy my training early on, but the company and its standards have gone downhill.

I’ve been going to Anytime for close to 3 years now. In that time there have been 3 or 4 different managers, each one a little worse than the last. Each member pays an extra $20, twice a year “for improvements” but I have never seen a single improvement. It’s dirty:cobwebs everywhere, dirt/dust/other peoples hair all over the floor, machine’s aren’t being checked and kept up with bolt tightening or anything. Seems like it’s an easy way to scam, for the manager to pocket extra money twice a year. Snap fitness was 1000 times better when it was open

I personally enjoy Anytime over the Y. It feels more warm and welcoming in comparison to the Y. As far as reviews I've seen about cleanliness I don't see any difference from any other gym I've ever gone to. Definitely would recommend

I recently joined Anytime Fitness/Fitness Challenge. My goal was to lose 5% of my body weight in 21 days. So happy to say with my trainer Brea’s help “we” successfully met and achieved the challenge. For me this is just the beginning…I have a long way to go but our mantra has been “it’s never too late”! I have been truly impressed by the equipment available and the cleanliness of the facility…I will recommend AF and their challenge to all my friends. IT WORKS!

Anytime Fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. With the recent staffing change the club is always clean and the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! They have all sorts of equipment and you can even get a nice tan while you’re there! If you are thinking about joining Anytime Fitness, do it you won’t regret it!

I never thought I’d find a gym worse than Snap Fitness, and originally it wasn’t. When I joined in September of 2020, the place was clean, well stocked, and the manager seemed super enthusiastic about making it a great place. Now it’s literally anything but that. I learned that December of 2020 that the manager that sold me on this place left(don’t know whether that was on his own terms or not) but whoever is running this dump now clearly only cares about that paycheck and less than the bare minimum. It’s been months since anything has been sufficiently stocked(toilet paper, cleaning wipes, and disinfectant spray). This has become one of the filthiest places I’ve ever been and I used to work at a motel. Unfortunately I signed up for 3 years when I came from Snap, being an avid gym goer, so I’m locked into this place another 2 years unless I want to pay the large fee to break the contract. Not even mad honestly, just extremely disappointed. And a little mad.

Great place for such a small town! No full locker-room, but two private, family-style restrooms with showers. Modern machines, Bluetooth capable, a studio with a large selection of workout videos on demand on a plasma screen... Pretty impressive, considering.

I signed up to anytime in early February. Covid 19 protocols hit in March and have not used the facility since, and do not plan on returning to the gym. Zack was useless in helping me. I have had to call the ABC financial people, who are a third party and only deal with the finance side of the company. This has been unacceptable. The only reason anytime fitness of Warren didn't recieve 1 star, is because the facility was always clean. Otherwise, a waste of time and money.
