I came back to change my initial review (below). This morning I received a call from Mara at Aqua Tots, she was very kind, professional, and understanding to my concerns. Mara explained all the miscommunication I was previously given in detail so now I have a clear understanding of their policy. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the call. Thank you Mara! I will be scheduling soon for my child make up classes.

The instructor Victoria was great. Communication was not good at all. I was charged for a month of classes and was told I had a certain amount of time to use the classes and then later I was told I only had 3 weeks to use them. I would have been cancelled if I was made aware of the short time frame I would have to use the classes.

Taylor Jones, one of Aqua-tots employees, saved the day for us! We arrived at Aqua Tots for swim lessons on August 15th and discovered that we forgot to pack our swimwear in our swim bag! No worries! Taylor Jones came to the rescue by providing us with loaner swimwear that was perfect for my 10 year old grand-daughter and 6 year old grand-son. Her professionalism, patience, and calm demeanor turned an unfortunate situation into a successful one. Thanks Aqua-Tots for hiring such caring and efficient workers. I don't usually bring my grand-children to their swim lessons but whenever I do bring them, I always enjoy the experience. Keep up the great work Aqua-Tots. We love Aqua Tots Horsham! My son just completed their Level 8 class, graduating officially. He started as a level 3, fearful of the water and has become an excellent swimmer. He is constantly complimented on his various strokes, especially breaststroke. On his swim team, coaches & other swimmers note that he has never had a DQ and I attribute that to the efforts and instruction from Aqua Tots staff who focus on form and proficiency. My daughter is also working her way through the levels and has moved through levels 2-5 with the hope to follow in her brother’s footsteps and make it through level 8. We love the patience of the instructors, the kind staff from desk to deck and how they know everyone’s name and cheer on every swimmer along the way. We are so excited to continue on this journey and possibly have 2 future swim coaches in the future!

We can’t say enough great things about Aqua-Tots Horsham! We have been taking our daughter here since she was 2 years old. She suffers from really bad eczema and we were hesitant about signing her up at first due to exposure to chlorine but figured the benefits (an invaluable life lesson!) outweigh the risk of making her skin condition worse. Boy are we glad we signed her up! The facility keeps their pool clean and chemicals so well balanced that we haven’t had a single flare-up from swimming! Even her dermatologist was impressed! The coaches (especially our favorites Coach Faith and Coach Kira) are so patient and kind. They truly helped our daughter become confident in the water. She looks forward every week to getting in the water and wearing her “super cool goggles” she got from their store. I also wanted to note we have never had any issues with last minute cancellations or scheduling make-up classes which is huge for two full time working parents. We love Aqua-Tots Horsham!

Aqua-tots is absolutely amazing! We started my little one when she was 2 years old and in one year she has learned so much! Her confidence in the water, being able to hold her breath and learning these life skills in a pro-submersion school is worth every penny. I was told not to bother starting lessons until she was older as all they learn is how to play in water - this is a BOLD FACE LIE! I watched babies swimming to the bottom to get rings. All the staff is incredible. The instructors are so patient and really know how to work with crying babies. Mara and Rob are two of my faves! They have always been super accommodating with make up classes and last minute cancellations. I appreciate the standards they follow for checking chemical levels in the pool and respect when they need to close (only experienced this one time).

The classes themselves are alright - the competency of the teachers is hit or miss. Some are excellent, some have no idea how to work calmly with kids. The management and staff are awful - have a kid who would like to wear a backup diaper under their swimmer in the pool because that’s what they’re used to? Forget it. Have a mountain of makeup classes you’d like to use in place of tuition? (and they add up quickly due to frequent pool closures) Forget it. Any chance they have to gouge you for money, they’ll take it. And they have about half the seating they need to accommodate all parents for the kids enrolled. Go anywhere else.

We have been members at Aquatots horsham for several years. My daughter started in the parent/child classes and my son started in the toddler leapfrog classes. Over the past 4 years, both kids have received excellent instruction (with various instructors) and a solid swim foundation. Swimming is not just an activity for our family-it is an important life skill and we feel like it is treated as such at Aquatots. From initiating independent swimming to perfecting swim strokes, you will see real progress over time at Aquatots. Keep track of your child’s swim skills on the Aquatots app (updated weekly). I have been bringing my daughter here since Sept 2025. She was always comfortable in the water but I wanted her to learn to be confident in the event she ever fell into our pool. In the last 7 months she has made significant progress. When I started noticing some regression, just from being a toddler, the general manager took the time to talk to me and hear my concerns/frustrations. She offered to sit and watch our next class to give me an evaluation to help give me any tips to stop the toddler "I can do what i want" regression. I see people complaining about the cost, but the cost is worth every penny to know that every single coach and manager care about my child's success in the pool. Highly recommended 10/10! My 4 year old daughter was absolutely terrified of swimming. We took lessons at another establishment and quit after a few weeks as she refused to go into the water. Aqua-tots has been a great experience for my children. Everyone that works here has been so professional. You can see how well they have each been trained to work with children. The staff all seem so genuinely happy in their work environment and are great at getting the kids to feel comfortable.
The entire learning process here has been well thought out. They make it so easy to track your child's skills and progress to move onto the next level. They also make it exciting for the kids when they master their current level by ringing a bell, giving them a prize and certificate of achievement.

Aqua Tots was life changing for us. Our son used to shake at the sight of water. Thanks to Aqua Tots he can’t wait to get into the water. We travel 40 minutes to go here because it came so highly recommended. Now my friends come here too. All of the teachers and staff are AMAZING with toddlers and kids - our best experiences have been with Coach Rad and Coach Victoria. They’re all so professional, efficient, and read the kids well to know when to push the child or when to let the child take a break. They always have extra staff outside of the pool ready to swoop in and help a child if needed.

We recently had a snafoo with classes and Taylor and Mara were so compassionate and efficient in fixing the issue. We are so lucky to have them.

Lastly - you can’t beat the “makeup passes”! It’s a huge reason we stay here. If you miss a class for vacation or illness they let you make it up without charge!

Aqua Tots Horsham is excellent!! We have had our daughter in swim lessons here since she was 4 months old and it has been an amazing experience this far. Coach Faith is truly our favorite and has been our main coach since the beginning. The staff is wonderful and always very kind. Aqua Tots is very good with keeping parents informed if there are any closures, your normal coach is going to be absent, and of their hours around the holidays. I was hesitant to bring our children to Aqua Tots, because of being “pro immersion” but this was a great decision and our children LOVE IT! Shyza took my initial call inquiring about the process of being a pro immersion learning process. Shyza spent over 20 minutes on the phone explaining the process, education of instructors and generally making me comfortable. After being hesitant, Shyza offered a free class for our kids. Long story short, we committed to lessons and the kids love it and are learning each week. The instructors are very hands on and patient. We plan to stick with lessons until they are swimming independently. Be warned, your kids may cry the first 2-3 lessons being uncomfortable going under water. They are safe. Stick with it and you will be impressed with their progression.

It is so convenient to cancel, schedule and reschedule classes. The app provides updates on progress. But most of all, they got my hesitant toddler to finally get into a pool and actually learn something. My toddler was very very adamant and would cry hard everytime her head went into the water, but her instructor (shoutout to Thea) got her through those fears and now she looks forward for classes.

We started one year ago in September and my son had severe anxiety. It took a few classes to get used to someone else helping him in the pool and their were many tears but a year later he is swimming and loving the pool. He knows how to float, jump in with little fear when he knows it safe, and is loving his teachers and swim lessons. All of the teachers are so patient and really knows how to help each child that comes through the doors! He has gained so much confidence and we fear a little less that if he fell into the water that he is now equipped with the skills to float and kick his way back to wall if needed. This is a great swim school! There are a few top reasons on why we keep coming back to Aqua-tots over other swim schools. For one, I love that the staff works so well with toddlers who are throwing tantrums about going in the pool, which is huge for me since my boys can be difficult sometimes! I never feel bad or judged when my 3 year old is crying - they know how to get him in the pool and he’s happy! Also, the app makes scheduling and seeing progress so easy. Lastly, the facility is clean and organized. We have been coming to Aqua Tots for a few months for lessons for our two kids, ages 2 and 4. We absolutely LOVE it! We love Aqua-Tots! We first took our son when he was 2.5 and he was deathly afraid of the water. Now he absolutely loves swimming and gets so excited for swim class every week. The coaches are wonderful and everyone at the facility is warm and welcoming. They also have a couple of small events for the kids throughout the season. I can't recommend Aqua-Tots enough and will be bringing my 1-year old for classes once he's ready to swim independently too.

My 2.5 year old takes lessons at Aqua-tots 2 mornings a week. He is very busy and the coaches do a wonderful job keeping him focused. The coaches are wonderful with all the kids. They are patient, calm and knowledgeable. We have had such a positive experience. The facility is clean and well laid out. It’s easy to see the kids swimming through the large glass windows.

Love this school! We have been coming for about half a year. We initially wanted swim lessons because our four year old couldn't even get her face wet in the bathtub without crying. Within a few weeks she was actively participating in class and said she loved to swim. Now she can float on her back, swim to the bottom of the pool, and feels much more comfortable in the water! The water at this school is warm which is great especially for winter months

Changing my review to 5 stars mainly because Aquatics Manager, Mara, has been amazing. She really cares about the kids and making sure our son is exactly where he should be. She assessed him herself and was able to give me great feedback on exactly where my son is with swimming and exactly where he needs to improve. I appreciate all her help especially when I felt like I was at my wits end! I want to thank her so much for being very understanding of our situation and feelings.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with the entire staff at Aqua-Tots. Our kid is on the spectrum and Aqua-Tota have been so kind, patient, and accommodating to us. As a parent of a child with special needs I didn’t know if they would ever be able to be able to participate in something like this but the staff has been reassuring and steadfast in his learning. Coach MK has been the best teacher for our kid. They love coming to class every time which speaks volumes when most appointments we have to take them to are a battle. I have been coming to Aqua Tot’s for almost three years and I can hardly record any bad experiences. all of the staff goes above and beyond. The swim instructors do their best to maintain consistency and always have helpful feedback to give us after classes are over. It is always clean, with plenty of seats available. The beverage centers are always stocked along with snacks incase you forget to bring your own and are sold at a cheap price. If I ever forgot a happy nappy swim diaper, they would lend me one. Not to mention the times where my children would have meltdowns before class and there was always someone there to help me comfort them, offer coloring pages and crayons. I really recommend establishing a relationship with the people here because it will make calling in, doing classes and coming in so much more enjoyable.

Today Grammy graduated after 4 years of swim lessons with the grandkids. I get to watch. I started taking my granddaughter when she was 6 months old. She progressed quickly through the levels and is confident enough that if she got bumped into a pool she knows how to get to the top of the water and roll to her back and do chicken star rocket to get to the side of the pool. My grandson started at 13 months and in 6 lessons he can hold into the wall for over 10 seconds, they have him diving to the bottom of 3 feet to get the ring, and kicks and paddles already. Coaches are encouraging to the kids and give feedback and what their goals are at the end of each lesson.

We started Aqua-Tots when my daughter was 5. She just turned 7 and her swimming abilities amaze me. The lessons are structured to keep the kids attention and have fun all while learning proper swim techniques and water safety. She is in level 6 right now and has “plateaued” a bit over the past few months. She was stuck on the breast stroke (I can’t do it; so I get it). Anyhow, multiple coaches & even the manager have all lent a helping hand and she is a class away from graduating to level 7. I can’t thank them enough for caring enough to step in and help her reach her potential. You can tell they really care and are just as excited & proud of the kids when they graduate as the child and parents are. I have loved our experience with Auqa-Tots and would recommend them without hesitation to everyone!

An exceptional program and the staff are absolutely incredible! I’ve never experienced customer service like I have at Aqua Tots. I love the skill progression that Aqua Tots has in place. All parents want their kids to be able to “swim” and Aqua Tots will get your child swimming but not without learning safety first, like being able to float, breathe properly, and being able to turn and get back to the wall (to safety). The best swim school! My child went from clinging to an adult afraid to even try and swim to a confident & skilled swimmer hopeful to make a swim team. We started at Aqua-Tots when my daughter just turned two. I, myself, was never a good swimmer so 1. I was very scared to let my daughter near pools and 2. I knew I needed her to learn to swim. The Staff at AquaTots are incredibly friendly and gave me a tour before our first lesson. The facility is clean and organized. I love how structured the lessons are and how knowledgeable and patient the instructors are. The teacher guides the parents and encourages the children and always puts safety first. The class sizes are small so the instructors can really cater to each child’s progress level. Lessons are not a time for free play. There is a method and reason for each activity and the instructors move quickly through each task so the kids don’t get bored or distracted. It’s took us 3-4 lessons to learn the routine and the consistency has really helped me and my daughter start to feel more comfortable in the water. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because make-up lessons can be tricky to coordinate and sometimes the day you want is filled up. But they will track your make-up lessons and honor them in the future. I highly recommend AquaTots!

There’s only 2 suggestions I ever share with friends becoming new parents - 1 of them is to get your kid in swim lessons by year 1.
I was skeptical when my wife signed up our son at 12 months but by 2.5 yo he could get to the wall and pull himself out of a pool. It’s a life saving skill. Aqua tots is an awesome school and we love the instructors.

My 3 1/2 year has been going to Aqua-Tots in Horsham for just about a year. I'm so glad I decided to go here instead of other places. I love the 4 students with 1 instructor. All the instructors my child has had cares about them and wants them to do their best.
