I train people in physical fitness. Fitness is a gateway to better health, both physically and mentally. While exercise can make us stronger, thinner, or more athletic, it can also even give us some ownership and feeling of control over our lives. And even just a little can be enough to make strong strides toward an "improved" you.
Clients have many options as to location. They can meet me in person, we can train online, or I can travel to them within a certain distance. Convenience is king. Let's find a plan that's convenient and accessible, and not delay 'working on YOU' any further!

Nick is an exceptional trainer who emphasizes safety and form. I worked with him for a couple of years and always knew he’d keep me safe and motivated. He focuses on results in a fun and easy to comprehend way of teaching. You won’t go wrong hiring him as your trainer—highly recommend!

Highly recommended if you want to be motivated, work within your personal goals, and escape the sedentary nature of work and life today. I started working with Nick just one day a week over 3 years ago, and then moved up to two in person sessions a week. Through the time we’ve worked together, I lost 25lbs initially and gained muscle, and feel better overall than I have in the previous 15 years. Nick is great with any level of exercising experience, limitations, etc. and is very adaptable based on comfort level, but will challenge you to push yourself. Very happy with my results and with some dedication, I’m sure you will be too if you stick to it.

Nick is a really great personal trainer. As a person who has always had high self expectations for myself with fitness, I struggled a lot when becoming pregnant and having to adjust my workouts. Nick provided me with insight, modifications, and support as I progressed through my pregnancy and had to make adjustments to my activity level. He is very motivating and knew when I needed the extra push as well as when I should be backing down due to my new physical restraints. Highly recommend.

Been working with Nick twice a week for more than 5 years. I can certainly see a difference in my upper body and leg strength. My arms are more toned and my balance is so much better. Whether doing everyday tasks, hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, or playing with my grandson, I can feel that my body is stronger and remembers the techniques he's taught me so that I can enjoy myself without worry. Nick is without a doubt one of the finest and most inspirational coaches around. He has had a significant impact on my life and certainly on my level of fitness. From Zero to Strong – Thanks to Nick at Baptism By Fitness
I started from absolutely nothing—no fitness background, no gym confidence—and now I genuinely look forward to lifting and working out. Thanks to Nick and Baptism By Fitness, I’ve not only discovered strength I didn’t know I had, but I’ve actually come to enjoy working out (never thought I’d say that!).
My husband and I train together in early morning couples sessions twice a week. Waking up is the hardest part, but once we finish a session, I’m glowing with endorphins and energy.

If you're looking for a personal trainer who will make you sweat, laugh, and question your life choices all at the same time, look no further than Nick! His attention to detail is top-notch, ensuring I had perfect form and modifications when I was injured/sore or looking for a challenge to do more! I have been training with Nick for about 3 years now and he is always punctual, well prepared, and professional. Nick’s workouts are always challenging; but never repetitive or boring. My confidence in what I can do in the gym has greatly improved. He encourages me to set goals and put in the work towards achieving them. If a certain exercise doesn’t work for me he always has options to make sure he finds one that does. Most importantly he always makes sure your form is correct to prevent any injuries from happening.
