Blind Side Strength is a community-centered weight training gym. We offer group fitness classes that are beginner friendly and are targeted to give anyone a great total body workout regardless of fitness level. Classes are centered around learning how to lift weights with good technique that will build functional strength and fitness and finish by targeting cardiovascular health with endurance training and conditioning.

I’ve been working with Dr. Bri for about 2.5 months and the progress has been tremendous! I've gone from a largely sedentary parent and desk worker full of excuses to a stronger more motivated gym attendee who looks forward to my sessions. Bri is super knowledgeable and really focuses on form and technique instead of just cranking out reps, which has helped me a ton. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I’m a total novice when it comes to this style of training, but Blind Side Strength was such a great experience! Bri made me feel supported, safe, and encouraged the whole time. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I left feeling stronger and more confident. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!
