Blitz45 Functional training workout is designed to burn fat, build muscle, enhance endurance and strengthen you in a way that impacts your everyday life. This makes daily activities easier to perform. We utilize functional exercises that will improve your movement proficiency through pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns. Our program is for everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey or what injuries you are overcoming. Our Blitz 45 certified trainers facilitate a fun, results driven, and easy to learn program guaranteeing your fitness goals are met. Simply put, if you spend time with us you will lose weight, build muscle, enhance endurance and improve the way you move throughout the world.

I love Blitz! I am an "older female" with bilateral knee replacements. Had 3 knee surgeries in 5 yrs and was very out of shape. Doug, the owner of this location, encouraged me and the exercises done in class can be improvised to fit any restrictions I have. Also all ages, younger and older, attend Blitz 45. The workouts change and are challenging so you won't get bored. I recommend it highly. Thanks Doug for your encouragement to all of us at Blitz!

A friend of mine who had been taking classes for a few months introduced me to Blitz45. She told me it consisted of classes that change with every day so you never get bored, tired, or over-worked in one component of exercise. I was immediately intrigued and contacted the gym, set up a time to meet with Doug (the owner), and then committed to signing up that same day. These classes are like nothing I’ve experienced before - it’s hard work, but you always leave with the support of your classmates and a smile on your face. We recently visited from out of town and loved our experience at Blitz45! Doug (the owner) ran a great class and allowed each of us to thrive at our own fitness levels. I have been working out at Blitz45 Camp Hill for over 2 years. This place deserves every one of those five stars! The impression you get every time you walk in is how clean and inviting the atmosphere is and how friendly and welcoming Doug the trainer and the participants are. The motivation from both the trainers and participants is incredible. They are true energy boosters, correcting form and genuinely caring about your progress. I have set a goal for myself, and Doug checks in to keep me motivated and accountable. Working out here is genuinely enjoyable and each session is new and challenging, but also so adaptable to what you can do. I actually look forward to the sessions since no two workouts are the same and I'm constantly challenged with all the different equipment we use and varierty of amrap, tabata, reps and sections planned for the day. It keeps things exciting and incredibly effective. If you're looking for a fun, supportive, and highly effective fitness experience, this is the place to be.

No doubt the best fitness studio in the area! The facility is clean, well laid out, and conveniently located. While not a big center, Blitz45 has everything it needs for whatever individual goals a person might have, whether for general functional fitness, competitive Hyrox training, or simple barbell/dumbbell strength enhancement. The members are a community of friends filled with encouragement and commitment to each other, not just themselves. The regular Blitz45 classes change every day, so there is scant risk of either overtraining or growing bored. Rules are pragmatic and few, basically: (1) register in advance for classes, (2) do your best, and (3) don't wear your street shoes on to the training floor. In sum, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE!

Blitz45 is such a great gym! I’ve been a member since 2022. I need classes to help keep me motivated and accountable and Blitz has done just that. I’ve lost over 50lbs since joining and feel healthier and stronger than ever. The workouts change every class so you don’t get bored doing the same workout and you feel so good after completing one. The instructors are great and the members are so friendly.
You can also take Hyrox classes which I decided to do this past year and just participated in a Hyrox relay in DC this past March. If you asked me prior to joining Blitz if I’d do something like that, my answer would be no, but Blitz helped me prepare for it and gave me the confidence to do it. It’s an experience I’ll never forget.

I started going to Blitz45 in October 2024. Doug, Kelsey, and Heather have been amazing coaches and teachers. They help and encourage you throughout the class and will work with you through all your limitations. Every class is different building on functional fitness training, strength and conditioning. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and it feels like being a part of a family. Just recently, I incorporated Hyrox into my fitness routine and I wouldn't have been able to get through a class without Blitz45 as my foundation. I have lost over 75lbs thanks to Doug and the Blitz45 team.

Best gym I’ve ever been a part of. At 52, I feel stronger and more prepared for life than I have in years. I love the sense of community in a no-judgement zone where people are supporting each other on their own fitness journeys, whatever they may be. I’ve been training at Blitz45 – Camp Hill since February 2024, and the experience has been life changing. The daily workouts have helped me lose body fat, gain muscle, and achieve a full body transformation. What sets this gym apart is the combination of two distinct class types: Blitz45 and HYROX.
Blitz45 classes are focused on full-body workouts with a mix of strength and conditioning. HYROX classes are designed to build endurance and race-specific strength. Both are small-group sessions, which creates a more laid-back, supportive environment that’s not intimidating—perfect for all fitness levels. I attend both types of classes daily, and I love how they complement each other. Additionally, there are multiple sessions each day, making it easy to stay consistent.
Since joining Blitz45, I’ve completed two HYROX solo races, as well as two sprint triathlons, and a CrossFit competition - things I never thought I would be able to do. Doug’s background as a runner has also helped me improve my running form and pace for these competitions. Since joining Blitz45, I have completely changed my approach to fitness—from just exercising to truly training with purpose.
I highly recommend Blitz45-Camp Hill as a gym that offers effective training, a friendly and supportive community, and daily workouts that can be tailored to any level.

Best gym in Camp Hill! The workouts are fun and there’s a different one every day! The studio has lots of different equipment that make the workouts very enjoyable! Every time I go to the Blitz, I feel energized and happier after my workout. I honestly look forward to every session, which is saying a lot because I’ve never been the type to love working out before. But with Blitz 45, I’m hooked. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a killer workout in a fun, supportive environment.
Plus, I’m definitely seeing results. And let’s be real, who doesn’t love seeing progress?!

I love that the workouts are only 45 minutes but they are still challenging. After going here for 8 months, I've gotten stronger and noticed that my energy levels are up. Doug, Kelsey, and Heather are awesome trainers and provide support and tips on how to perfect your form or provide modifications if needed (like when my arthritis in my shoulder is aching). It's a really supportive, encouraging, and friendly environment, and is great for all activity levels.

I tried out the 28 day challenge special and immediately signed up for another 12 weeks.
I have not exercised or stepped foot in a gym in over 20 years. Other than some walking. The first week of training was tough. I did a M-W-F. By the next week I only took Wednesday off. Week three I was up to five days a week and could feel and start to see result. The training goes by so fast. Just 45 minutes! Doug is very helpful in making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and modifying as needed. The small group classes are filled with other folks who are also very helpful and motivating. In just over 6 weeks I have seen a major shift in muscle mass and body composition change. My cloths fit better, I have more energy throughout the day, my joints don’t hurt like they used to for no reason. Don’t get me wrong. Some days I’m sore from a work out. But it’s a good sore. I have even started riding my bike longer distances with ease. Doug’s trainings along with changing my eating habits have made HUGE difference in the way I feel and look. I definitely recommend this style training if you’re not into a typical gym. I am 49yo and feel better than I have in years thanks to Doug and Blitz45. I’m looking forward to losing more weight and gaining more muscle in the coming weeks.

I've been working out here for 2 months now and absolutely love it! Doug is extremely helpful in motivating me to do more, while offering alternative exercise forms when I'm not quite ready for what is being performed. I've seen progress in myself, (down 3.5% body fat!) and look forward to going with each class. Everyone in the classes helps motivate me to push on and it is a lot of fun when the class works together. I told Doug a few weeks ago, "I'm addicted"! So thankful to have found Blitz45!

I was in town traveling and looking for a functional workout and found this place online. It was a very solid challenging workout! The staff were so welcoming and the people in the class really nice as well. The music was great--- not super loud like a some gyms and a mix of throw back classic rock and more modern stuff. The coach pushes you appropriately and I left really sweaty! All in all a great experience. Check this place out!

I signed up about 7 weeks ago and have noticed a big improvement in my strength and flexibility. I am in my early 60's with some mobility issues in my knees.
Doug has been great at suggesting modifications, and as I've gotten stronger I've been able to rely on those less often. I'm taking a long trip overseas in January 2024 and wanted to get more fit beforehand. I am pleased with my results so far, and am continuing through the summer.

On Saturday I put on a pair of jeans that I haven’t been able to wear in years. It took me one month of working out at blitz to make this happen. I can see the changes in every part of my body but especially My core which hasn’t felt this strong in 15 years. I love the feeling and visual of my body getting stronger and smaller. Blitz45 has been exactly what I was looking for to get myself back in shape and back to loving the gym! Not only is it an incredible full body work out, but Doug and Terri take the time to show you how to do the workouts, how to do them correctly and how to modify them until you can move forward with harder ones. I felt very comfortable taking the classes even though I was unfamiliar with some of the workouts because they take that time to show you. Blitz45 is something I look forward to every week. It has helped me get in shape and lose 16 pounds after attending classes weekly for the last two months. Training with Terri and Doug has also resulted in me becoming a better runner by building strength in areas other than just my legs.
Everyone is friendly and I never feel judged. It's a great place to take or make friends. If you want to change your lifestyle or just become more active, I highly recommend Blitz45 classes.
They also offer 3d body scans once a month so you can track your progress. See the attached picture for my data over the last two months. The proof is in the pudding, folks.

I started at Blitz45 because I like the owners.
At the first class it was obvious this was going to change my way of thinking about exercise.
My whole body is more stable. Lifting, pushing, and pulling all feel safer. I no longer have those twinges that tell me I'd better be really careful about twisting a little while I do something.
I love the heart rate monitor. I am competitive as crazy. Each exercise and each session I am pushing myself. It is a fun challenge. Even though my wife and I are at very different fitness levels, the heart monitor levels the playing field.
Originally I signed up for 2 days a week. Now that I'm in better shape, I just added a third day to my subscription. I like Blitz45

I really appreciate Blitz 45’s body-positive training. Doug and Terry don’t focus on appearance, a weight loss goal, or getting a beach body. They focus on ensuring good form and utilizing modifications when necessary. I work out to become powerful, agile and relieve stress.
