Blue Banyan is turning 19 soon and it’s easy to see why. It is a community focused studio with incredibly talented teachers. There are classes for every level of practice. The schedule allows for morning and evening classes to fit into any schedule. I am so thankful to have found this yoga home.

I feel fortunate to have found this studio over 7 yrs ago. I've practiced in person and virtually at Blue Banyon Yoga. Began taking yoga classes over 40 yrs ago. Hands down, these are the finest, most experienced, healthy, vibrant, attentive, well educated instructors I've ever encountered. I credit my current spine health which has had past needed surgical intervention to my practice and attention to the education I've received at Blue Banyan Yoga.

Sophie Simpson provides an ideal place for live human beings to practice Yoga together: one can concentrate and tap into the energy without distraction: her music is appropriately ambient. One will not suffer new age music at Blue Banyan!
