After a strong urging from my daughter, I agreed to try Pilates with the hope of improving my posture. Much to my surprise Pilates didn’t just improve my posture; it has positively affected my overall mental health and wellbeing. I can’t even begin to list the ways in which Pilates positively transforms your life. If you give it a try, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
I don’t think I would have the same experience with any other instructor, and I am not willing to take the chance. I’m coming up on my two year anniversary of my first lesson. I will be a student of Donna’s for life.

Donna is a fantastic instructor and truly takes the time to make sure you are learning and performing the techniques correctly to optimize your benefits. I have made amazing strides in my balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. With some underlying health issues my medical team recommended trying Pilates as my fitness plan as I’m limited with other types of exercise activities. I was skeptical at first but working with Donna has truly been life changing. I feel the healthiest I’ve been physically in over a decade and this has given me the confidence and physical ability to get back to activities I’m passionate about like hiking. I truly cannot say enough how grateful I am for Donna and Pilates and how it has given me my life back. Anyone who is skeptical that it is a good workout and can make a difference in your everyday life should try Pilates because it absolutely is life changing.

I’ve been taking Pilates with Donna for about eight months now. I absolutely love working with her. She has this incredible way of getting you to do things you had no idea you could do. She’ll tell me to do something, and I will look at her like “seriously?” And she’ll laugh and then I’ll do it. I’ve gained so much strength since I started with her. I now actually enjoy doing the Hundred which is such an amazing surprise to me.

I’m not a naturally athletic person, but Pilates has become an absolute must do for me.

I started classes at Body Transformation a Pilate Studio, 6 months ago located in William Twp. Easton Pa. I was having serious lower back issues with my normal boot camp type classes. I figured I would give Pilate’s a try having no idea what I was getting myself into. Come to find out I love it! The studio is well equipped for all fitness level. The instructor is amazing and has a passion for helping people understand how to perform the movements before moving you to the next stages of Pilates. She also teaches you importance of taking care of your spine in everyday life. My lower back has always felt stuck and the Pilate movements we perform defiantly has improved my back pain and has increased the movement of my lower spine.

Donna is an amazing, knowledgeable, caring Pilates teacher. Her cueing is always right on. She will work with you until you absolutely understand the moves. She makes the work seem easy….although Pilates is not an easy practice. She’s also your best cheerleader when you finally get the piece you’ve been working on. I have been working with Donna for four plus years and can’t say enough good things about her. I started Pilates as a way to manage lower back pain. I have been able to strengthen my core and resolve back issues. Donna knows just the right balance of challenging you but also knowing when to stop. I always feel like Donna has safety as her top priority. She is able to accommodate clients and meet them were they are. Donna has tons of equipment potions so you never get bored in your workout. One day it will be reformer, next chair and tower and the next barrel and reformer. She keeps the work outs fresh and interesting. Donna is also able to give lessons remotely, so if you travel for work, you don’t have to miss a workout. I have gained so much strength and flexibility.

I started with Donna around 7 years ago when I was dealing with some very challenging health issues due to an autoimmune disease that attacks my tendons, and another that attacks my thyroid. I have been going to her ever since, and over time she has taught me to strengthen all the little muscles around my joints and in my core. When I first went to her I could not get off of the machine without help. She has researched my condition and tailored everything to my body- and has patiently flowed with the chaotic rhythm of my symptoms as they come and go without warning. Today I am nearly pain free, I feel strong, and I can pop right up off the machine after a workout no problem!! I honestly love Donna for what she has done for me. I am so grateful I was referred to her by a friend (Thank you Kara) and I highly recommend you go to her, especially if you are working around health issues.
