Boost Cycle Studio is an indoor, rhythm-based spin studio. We ride to the beat in a dark room to focus on personal growth, endurance, and strength. These classes are a full body workout experience with the energy of a dance party.

From the inspiring instructors to the variety of classes and community, Boost truly stands out. Since I started at Boost, I haven't looked back. The instructors are not only motivating but genuinely helpful, making every class a positive and fun experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first went, but I was greeted warmly, the process for shoes/towels and how to adjust the bike was simple. I’ve since joined with the unlimited package and have had 4 different instructors who were ALL awesome and made the rides fun! I highly recommend!

Boost is so welcoming and fun! The instructors make everyone feel comfortable, and the workouts are great for all levels. There’s a variety of classes - not just spin. If you’re looking for a fun way to workout, this is the place to go!

I can’t say enough great things about boost cycle! The instructors are compassionate about their classes, bring the amazing energy and are the biggest motivators on the days it’s needed most. I was nervous at the beginning going into something new but I now feel like family and on the days it feels impossible I know the time I get there makes all the difference. It’s the best therapy for me.

I was never one who could get into working out, but I started attending Boost for their cycle classes as a way to do some cardio/fitness before my wedding. I quickly learned that Boost was far more than a workout it was fun & the team became family. I am excited about every class I take, every class is fun but a challenge. You most times do not even realize you just kicked butt on a killer workout. I would highly recommend Boost to everyone!

I have never been a huge lover of group workouts, but the Boost family is so welcoming and encouraging that you honestly feel like you belong when you walk through the door! The instructors work so hard to give us an incredible workout for every single session. I love the different classes and the multiple sessions offered through out the day, so that no matter how busy you are it's likely you can fit in a great, uplifting workout!

I am SO happy i found boost!! I was in a rut with my workout routine and stepped out of my comfort zone and couldn’t recommend boost enough if you are feeling the same way! The environment is so welcoming & friendly, and the workouts are killer!!!

My home away from home! I can’t say enough about how welcoming and patient all of the instructors are. I was so nervous to try out spin class, but I’m so happy I did! They are quick to respond and have shoes you can borrow if you don’t have your own. 10/10 recommend Boost!

Do not have enough good things to say about Boost Cycle! From the fun classes, amazing instructors and welcoming community, it truly is the best environment to get a great workout in. Did their free class and it was so much fun! Instructors are helpful, class is not too difficult even if it’s your first time, and it was an overall good experience. Would recommend if you’re looking for a different way to exercise.
I don’t think there’s dedicated parking but it wasn’t hard to find street parking.
