All the instructors are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and assist you to find what you like, as there are many styles of yoga. They also provide ways to modify your practice for your body/injuries/etc. They intertwine the teachings of the past with a modern flare.
The studio is very calming, cozy, clean and quite spacious. The atmosphere is always pleasant, fun and relaxing all at the same time!
If you're looking for a place to start your practice, or continuing your yoga journey add BIY to your list to try! I'm sure you'll find it to be everything you didnt know you needed! Namaste π

Terra is a skilled teacher and she has created a wonderful studio. There are classes for those who like to practice in a hot room and unheated for those who prefer to sweat less. I usually leave class a sweaty mess!

Leah's Yin/Yoga Nidra is transformative! I love the Studio's Hot and Vinyasa classes too, but staying still, holding long poses, and meditation is very difficult for me. (Type A personality) Leah is the perfect instructor for this class. Thoughtful instruction for Yin and a hypnotic voice for the Nidra meditation. After every class, I am relaxed and calm, but also clear-headed with a sense of connection to everything. I recommend this class to everyone!

Breathe In Yoga is a beautiful and unique studio. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their space is clean and welcoming and they encourage mindfulness throughout the yoga practice. This yoga studio is a calm space where people can take time for themselves and focus on their practice, while also being able to make a connection with the staff and others. I always feel both mentally and physically better after taking a class at Breathe In Yoga.

I cannot say enough great things about the beautiful and uplifting community, staff, and overall experience you receive the moment you step foot in the studio. I originally began attending through the 2-week unlimited intro trial and immediately recognized the immense value and impact Breathe In Yoga has to offer.
The instructors' knowledge, experience, and approach are unmatched, and they are always more than willing to assist you with any questions you may have. The wide assortment of classes offered allows you the opportunity to experience and experiment with new styles and opens the door for anyone to grow into their practice and expand their capabilities. I can attest that each and every class is delivered with the utmost care and consistency in quality.
Breathe In also offers a great in-store shopping experience complete with yoga mats, apparel, and other accessories.
Owner, Terra DeArment, has done a wonderful job of creating a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy. I would highly, highly recommend anyone, from absolute beginner to seasoned practitioner, to consider investing in their wellness with Breathe In Yoga, the premiere choice studio for the Meadville and surrounding areas.

Iβve been waiting for a yoga studio to open in Conneaut for years! I practice and teach heated vinyasa yoga in Pittsburgh, and I attended my first class at Breathe in Yoga this morning. Meghan, the instructor, was wonderful. Her cues were on point, and I loved the offerings for intensification as Iβm a seasoned practitioner myself. My husband who is an athlete but has sustained various injuries appreciated the options for rest and modifications. Classes are for all levels, so no matter where youβre at in your practice, know that youβll be comfortable and welcome here. Thank you, and I look forward to practicing in this space when I visit Conneaut more often this summer! I LOVED the heat, the playlist, and the singing bowls during savasana.
