I’ve been going to Bria for years, and after trying out other gyms, I realized there’s no place like this! It truly has everything—HIIT classes, yoga, Pilates, and more. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff and members make it feel like home. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, which keeps me motivated. Since rejoining for the year, I’ve already lost a few pounds since the beginning of January! If you’re looking for a gym that has it all, Bria is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I have been in a rut for quite sometime with workouts. I love group fitness classes but they become repetitive after a while and I tend to get bored. I happened to find Bria online and so happy I did. I’m an ex athlete and I haven’t been challenged like this in years. You get 1:1 training with amazing coaches that make sure your form is perfect. Every class is different and pushes you out of your comfort zone. Bria is top notch. I highly recommend for those who want to work hard, have fun, and see results- I’m shedding inches!!! Although I’m still relatively new to Bria Method, I have to highlight exactly why I am choosing to stay, and all of the reasons why you should try it too: Bria offers one-on-one personalized attention during group sessions with trainers who demonstrate their passion and expertise. All classes leave you feeling challenged yet not embarrassed about honoring where you are currently at physically. There is contagious camaraderie among clients and trainers, and a variety of class types to suit every person and every body - no matter what your fitness level or interest. As a mother of 3 with children all 5 and under, my personal time is limited - but the variety of class times offered beginning as early as 5am has made it possible to start to incorporate consistent fitness back into my life again. Lastly, as someone who has practiced yoga for 15 years, I have been able to step out of my comfort zone feeling just as ready to do a HIIT class as I do a LIT class, and that is 100% due to the encouragement and support I’ve received since joining.

I started with BRIA Method at the end of March, and it’s been a completely different experience from anything I’ve done before. This is not just another gym. The way they structure their programs and their overall approach has been key in helping me stick with my goals—something I’ve struggled with in the past. What really stands out to me is the attention to detail during group classes. Even in a group setting, the trainers make you feel like you’re the only one there. They focus on your form, ensure you’re doing things correctly, and give you the personalized guidance you need.
I’ve made real changes in my habits and how I feel about myself. I’m not at my ultimate goal yet, but for the first time, I feel confident that I’m getting there. This is thanks to the atmosphere and the encouragement that BRIA provides. The energy here is just infectious, and it’s made me want to keep coming back. BRIA has become a part of my everyday life, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Without exception, every class consists of a solid workout with a motivating trainer who leads the class to be our individual best. Everyone is focused on doing their personal best but are supportive of everyone else. Classes are not only focused on building a more healthy body, but a healthy mindset as well as the trainers close out each class encouraging the group to go out into the world and make it a better place. Impossible to overstate the impact Bria Method has had on my entire being, and I encourage anyone at any fitness level to come in, talk to Tony and the team and determine if its the best fit for you. Since I started, I feel much better and am in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life. The price is consistent with other gyms with similar offerings, but if you're debating the cost then understand from the start that you're worth it.
It is impossible to sufficiently explain the attention and focus the Bria Method gives to every member who joins. I'm impressed with every aspect of Bria Method and am confident you will be as well.

I took my first Bria method class almost a year ago and knew right away this is where I needed to be especially after just having a baby a few months prior. Bria method group fitness classes focus on true strength training which we all need. The trainers push and motivate you to pick up heavy weights while doing the exercises correctly with the right form to avoid injury. Any other group fitness class I’ve done didn’t have that attention to detail and the workout was based around cardio. Bria method is a healthy balance of both. Tony and the trainers truly care and push you to be better, stronger every class. Highly reccomend bria method no matter what age/type of shape your in..you won’t regret it! We have been back at
Bria Method for 3 weeks and we are already seeing results.
On day 2, we stepped on the body comp scale and determined how many calories we should eat daily.
We started meal prepping because, as they say weight loss is 90% kitchen and 10% workout.
It is definitely eye opening monitoring caloric intake, after a great workout, you start to lose your desire to eat bad things.
For us, self accountability at the local franchise gym didn't seem to work and we knew Tony Bria's program was our only option.
The classes vary throughout the week focusing on different parts of the body alternating weights and cardio. The trainers keep you motivated and constantly circle to room to make sure you have the right form, for best results.
Whether you're a beginner or an Athlete, you will benefit from this program and you will amaze yourself.

Fun and engaging workouts. Yes, at times it feels grueling but knowing others feel the same but all of you, as a group are encouraging each other and powering through the workouts, gives a better feel of accomplishment at the end of it.

Bria Method is unlike the other group training classes out there. Using the assault bikes over a rowing machine is much more effective to me. There are not many classes that don’t push me to work hard. You will definitely get the results if you put in the work. There is always modifications if your new or struggling with an injury.

Tony, Mike, Nick and every instructor I've had so far are superb! I don’t live in the area anymore but every time I’m in town I try to come to Bria and the workout is top notch and a lot of fun! From the front office staff to the instructors, I always feel welcomed and supported. The instructors take extra care to help me with my form so I do exercises properly and don’t get hurt. I wish they had Bria Method in Boston :)

Great workout with a higher lifting component than most cross-training style workouts. I’ve tried Bria twice now and both experiences were excellent. The coaches were 100% engaged for the full hour - walking around constantly to check in, encourage, make sure your form is correct, etc. The photos are a bit intimidating but the class is not, and there were people of all levels inside working equally hard. It’s also a nice drop-in workout for more cardio-centric people who would like to add a stronger lifting component to their workout routine. The people at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

The coaches are amazing, they have everything what professional coach needs to have: deep knowledge of human body , there is science behind each workout. each class even Liit and yoga are very intensive but still enjoyable, and we all have fun, doesn't matter how hard the class is.

For years I was doing the typical gym workouts/routines that I learned throughout high school and college. It was always a struggle to make real progress in the gym and as I got older it was harder to stay motivated. When I joined Bria Method, I was able to see meaningful results within a few weeks. When you leave, you feel exhausted and pushed to your limit, but this is what keeps your coming back! This is not an intimidating environment whatsoever, they know your name when you walk in the door and the trainers are very attentive and make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly and they even adjust exercises for those who might be struggling with injury…etc. You will leave here feeling amazing…I strongly recommend you give them a try!

Bria Method is an excellent FITNESS CENTER the owner Tony is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff that he has assembled mirrors his expertise & professional manner. All of the instructors truly care about your health and fitness. Most importantly they care about you. The trainers are mindful of each individuals fitness level and they are ready to suggest alternative exercises / movements to keep you safe but maximize your results. Trust me you WILL SEE RESULTS!!! I love this place! Former OTF member here and have been wanting a more balanced fitness routine that includes both high and low intensity exercise.
