The owner is super! When he taught the classes, he taught the children. But then you have other and different instructors that would not be consistent with the training. To much playtime and not training. I have also experience a group training and 1 student was new and afraid of water at first, the manager at the area took the student and provided personal training and the student was moved up in 3 training sessions. And my child was training for 3 months with the
group. Was not happy with several things. I talked to other parents and they said the same.

From long time I was looking to learn swim ,atlast I found this gem place . Best place and phenomenal instructors. They are so well trained and highly knowledgeable. As an adult student, I hesitate to start but from day one I m feeling so comfortable that I wait all week for my session. My husband got inspired from and joined this school. My son has learned so much here. When he started, I honestly thought about cancelling because he wasn’t progressing but I didn’t give up and he’s now doing awesome and has learned so much! I’m really happy and wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Definitely give it a try and don’t give up :)

The British Swim School has been an incredible experience for our 3 year old. She went from crying the whole first class to loving being in the pool and moving up through the different ability levels. She has not only become brave in the pool, but she is becoming brave in other areas of her life. For instance she used to cry around the waves at the beach and wouldn’t go near the water. This is the first year she went in the water multiple times with no tears. The instructors are patient and explain everything that is happening step by step. They are teaching our daughter survival skills which has been worth every penny! Shout out to Dawn, and all the staff at British Swim School who have been so kind and welcoming to us! My daughter gets so excited to see you all each week!

Extremely happy with the program. Class sizes no more than 4 kids. Makeups easy to schedule. App very easy to use. Love the Peppa Pig addition. Grandson went from Feb to May. He now runs and jumps in 3 ft water without the inner tube and he goes under water. This program helped him build that confidence.

We have been attending British Swim School in camp hill over the last month with my daughter. The instructors and John have been so patient and kind with my 20-month old who, after taking a few months of a break from swim lessons, is having a hard time re-acclimating to the water (being submerged, floating on her back, etc.). They have been so patient with her, not forcing her to do any skills, focusing on getting her to acclimate and we are seeing some big improvements with her in these short few weeks - she is now having fun again in the pool!

The review specifically for british swim school, LA fitness is excellent. We wanted to start going to the pool with our child, and we learned about British swim school. My husband started calling there to find out about the schedule and conditions, no one answered at the school, they left a message. We called the next day, and again no one answered at any of the local locations. We left a request on the website, but again no one called back. Ok, we decided to sign up for a lesson. I signed up for a lesson through the website, and my baby and I came. We changed clothes, went out to the pool, and saw a group of instructors. We walked up to them and the manager John met us. Without a smile, in a passive-aggressive manner, he asked, “Who are you?” I called the name and said that we had signed up. He said: “First you have to pay for the whole month.” I explained that we came for the first time, we want to take the first lesson (for which I indicated my card details during registration) after which we will decide whether we want to continue. But the manager, John, insisted that we either had to pay for the whole month now or leave. Ok, if there are such rules, then they should write from the website or call clients back or answer calls. But the main thing is that the manager John was rude, did not smile, did not try to be polite. It was a little strange that his hands and lips were trembling. Such a person is allowed to work with our children?! It's strange that such people work at British swim school. By the way, about the pool: I love LA fitness and I am their client, but the pool there is not suitable for children. as a result, we signed up for a very good pool, where only children and their parents swim, the pool is heated, it is shallow and warm at the beginning, and the deeper it gets, the cooler it gets. In general, we were surprised by the approach of the manager John at the British swim school, who treats his clients and his work this way. It is very strange that such an organization as British swim school allows such aggressive people as manager John to work with our children.

John, in response to your response: These rules would be clear if you answered the phone or responded to the online application. My husband and I called several times over several days and left requests. And no one got in touch. And secondly, it would be great if employees of organizations working with children were polite or at least not rude to their potential clients. Thank you
