Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn Bootcamp in Exton is by far the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. There are so many reasons to love Burn Bootcamp Exton. First, the tailored workouts are 45 minutes which is perfect. There’s plenty of class times available that can accommodate anyone’s schedule. Getting my workout at Burn is one of the best parts of my day. I calculate how to arrange my schedule to try and fit in a class every day no matter what arises. Free childwatch makes it a no-brainer! My kiddos have so much fun playing and doing crafts, they actually ask to go and have built some friendships too! They also offer on demand classes for those who like to workout at home or alone. Aside from the convenience, the instructors are excellent! All of them genuinely want to make sure you have a great workout, feel welcome and comfortable. They demonstrate how to properly do each exercise and then make sure we are performing them safely. The lead trainer, Sally, is incredibly motivating! Sally has decades of fitness, health and nutrition knowledge. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets personal one-on-one time in a group setting. She always ensures that there is a modification for those who may need it. Sally’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious! She loves to see everyone excel and set personal records. Her classes are so fun, and she has the best playlists! She knows when to push you and add more weight but also is very aware of when your body needs to slow down and take it easy. Sally is a one-of-a kind, incredible person who is passionate about helping others.

I’ve tried a lot of workouts and gyms (orange theory, cross fit, YMCA classes, etc.) and nothing compares to Burn Boot Camp! I absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging in the best way and the trainers are all so personable, fun, and encouraging. I love that the workouts focus on strength training, even on cardio days. I’m a new member who has been consistently working out, but needed a change. I would consider myself to be fairly fit already, and I max out at every workout. I can tell it’s a healthy community where everyone is supported, there are lots of options to modify when needed or to level up so everyone can get what they need out of every workout, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey! The group workout format is a great way to hold you accountable , the community it fosters is unparalleled, and you can get a great full body workout in only 45 minutes a day. I joined Burn a few weeks ago after sitting on my couch since the Covid shutdown. I was in great shape before Covid, but with the shutdown, I gained 20 lbs and became sedentary. A few weeks ago, I saw the special they were running and decided to try it out. I feel the need to go somewhere and be around people to keep me accountable. Sally was very warm and welcoming and I have enjoyed all of the programming. I am able to modify as necessary and still get a great workout. Loved it so much that I brought my husband, who likes to do his own thing re working out. He really enjoyed it too and bought an 10 pack drop in so we can workout together from time to time. I ended up buying a year membership and look forward to going several times a week. Also love that you can opt for reciprocity. My daughters both live in the Pittsburgh area (my oldest actually belongs to Burn in Wexford) and I am so grateful that I won’t have to miss time in the gym while being out there. I highly recommend trying it out!

When I First signed up for the 4 week trial, I thought I was just signing up for something fun and different. Then I signed up for the 6 month membership. I am almost to 100 camps and have never felt better. The instructors, the people, the community as a whole is amazing. Burn is like no other gym. One on one training in a group setting. The trainers are there to help members mod up or down as needed, depending on your exercise experience and truly it helps on a day to day basis. I love seeing the protocol(workouts) for the week to help me mentally prepare for the week ahead. The members are always encouraging one another, and there is truly a variety of fitness abilities that attend camps. I am an early morning girl(5 AM) during the week and absolutely love the early crew, who help to hold me accountable each day. I have attended both the West Chester and Exton locations for over 3 years now. The camps never get easy and never get boring. I wish that I had found Burn 20 years ago. This community has turned the hated chore of “working out “ into my favorite thing that I do myself each day. Sally has truly created a community of people who genuinely want every participant to succeed. My attitude about health and fitness has completely changed. I can't say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp in Exton. I started going in 2019 on free Saturdays and joined in 2020. I was nervous at first, because I am not an athlete and honestly didn't love working out. But Burn makes it so fun and truly meets you where you are! All the trainers (Sally, Rachel and Brandice) care so much about their members and are always available to offer modifications and guidance.

Now, I actually wake up for 5am camp because the people and trainers are so fun. No two workouts are ever the same, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Give it a try, you will love it!!

I LOVE this gym! Don't want to sound corny but it really does feel like a family atmosphere. The regulars in your class become your friends and they make you want to go every day because you don't want to disappoint them by bailing. The workouts are CHALLENGING but NOT IMPOSSIBLE! So, I just started about two weeks ago I am already addicted and I’ve already met other awesome mom friends! The instructors make you wanna be there and are motivational without being annoying.

The child watch is a godsend! The attendants are sweet as can be, always remember my son’s name and he has an absolute blast! Btw Sally always remembers his name too and he loves it! It means a lot that they all take the time to get to know you!

I started after a Facebook ad popped up for a trial rate for four weeks. It didn’t take me the four weeks to realize Burn was exactly what I needed. It is a great place to be at with good trainers. For that I would give them 10 stars.
But when it comes to cancel or even freeze your account for sometime, they give you hard time. Due to some health issue I requested the Merchant (Burn Bootcamp Exton) to freeze my membership. I personally went to the gym and spoke to the main person incase ther to freeze my account and swill do it after I drop anemail.Right after 10 minutes I dropped her an email still she did not honor my request and continued to charge me for the of month February.
And they do this purposely, when you call them to refund your money, then they say that “no worries we will not charge for the first month when you resume”. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Burn Boot Camp Exton. On my first day at Burn, I was greeted with high fives, a positive trainer who took time to learn my name, and support/encouragement from everyone on the floor. I managed to stumble during my first workout, and thought “gosh this is so embarrassing, how will I ever show my face here again!” But it was easy- the amazing community of women/men on the floor helped me get back up (in both a literal and metaphoric sense) and keep going.

Since then, I find myself disappointed if I can’t make it to a class! Burn has helped me grow tremendously and in a short time I’m already feeling stronger, lifting heavier, moving quicker, have more energy, etc. Every trainer I’ve had (Sally, Brandice, Rachel) have pushed me to keep going and dig deeper. I’ve learned about proper form, and love that the floor is springy to lower the impact on my joints. They structure the week to properly target and not overwork each muscle group, which is super important, and takes out the guess work for you. And the music always gets my adrenaline pumping!

The energy in this place is unmatched. They often have a 7 day free trial, so if you’re thinking about it, give it a try and see what Burn is all about!

Love this gym! Great community of people supporting each other to reach their goals. The trainers are amazing, making the workouts fun even when challenging. They give modifications for all fitness levels while still encouraging you to work hard. I joined when Burn Exton opened in 2018, loved the free child watch and combination of strength and cardio workouts. Still a member because of the community, the trainers and the workouts still vary and continue to challenge all fitness levels.

I also love the universal membership and ability to go to any Burn in the country. I've gone to at least 10 other locations in 5 different states. Every time I visit a different burn location, the other trainers all know of Burn Exton Trainer, Sally. She has positively impacted so many! We are lucky to have one of the best trainers in our home gym.

I started Burn thinking I’d just try it with low expectations. After the first class
I liked it enough to get a 10-class pass, and after two more workouts I signed up for 18 months!!! I’ve never stuck with and enjoyed a
Group class as much as Burn Exton. Sally and the team of trainers are so great at motivating you to do your best. You never feel too big, too small, too old, too young- there is zero judgement. Burn Boot Camp is so much more than a gym, it’s a community of men and women who pick each other up and support one another both in the gym and outside of it. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, everyone treats each other like equals and is really there for one another. I’ll admit I started at this gym almost 4 years ago because my mental health wasn’t in the right place, if it wasn’t for this gym, this community, the amazing trainers, I don’t know where I would be today. Burn Boot Camp Exton is nothing short of amazing! I started 4 years ago on my birthday with the mindset that I’d give it a try and had nothing to lose if I didn’t stick with it. It’s been 4 years and I don’t know that I would have stuck with it without the sense of community and support received while there. It was probably the included childcare that got me there but Burn Exton is really more than that! Have tried every type of group exercise class and gym, and this has been the absolute best! Every workout is different, and they focus on being strong, not skinny. The trainers and members of Burn Exton are the most caring and supportive people I have ever met. I became a full member in October 2020 and haven’t looked back! The in-person workouts are conducted with safety in mind, and there are several virtual options if you would rather workout at home. I personally have taken advantage of the virtual workouts while caring for a loved one out of state, and I have not missed a beat! On top of that, I suffered an injury outside of Burn and each trainer was made aware and helped me to modify every single exercise so that I could still workout and not aggravate the issue. You truly get one-on-one training in a group setting, and you will encounter the most uplifting and motivating group of people. 5/5, I am a member for life!

I joined Burn Exton when it opened. Best decision I have EVER made! I'm finally getting the energy and strength I was always lacking. I've lost some weight, which is a nice bonus. However by far the best part of this gym is the amazing supportive environment. O met met the greatest group of women/friends here and we have gone through journey this together. The trainers will help you mod anything up or down (even on the fly) and I have had to mod for hip and wrist issues and also been given extra challenges. I've even watched women come in with boots and taped fingers and get an awesome safe workout! Quarantine can't keep Burn down, they've got awesome safe spaces for indoor workouts, outdoor spots too, and if you prefer to be at home they will adapt the workout for you there too. Focus meetings help set and attain goals. Childwatch is the greatest. 44 minutes of self focus and self love can't be beat! At Burn they make you feel special and valued. Definitely do the free trial, you won't regret it!

Really enjoyed the program. At the particular time I has a spouse whom I had to care for and he feared I would get hurt. He was correct. I had broken ribs. Senior citizens be aware . My doctor who is less then half my age hurt her knee at the program. Now I go to another program much, much cheaper and have one on one personal training. 10.00 a month.

My wife had been attending since they opened last year. I didn't really understand her devout commitment to go all the time. I have seen a great transformation in her posture, strength and confidence level.
I have it a try about 8 months after she started. I now go 6 days a week as well.
The two main trainers, Sally and Ally, are always full of energy, encourage each and every person who walks through their doors .

Absolutely love Burn Boot Camp in Exton. Great workouts, but even better trainers that help to motivate you and push yourself. I started with the two week trial period, and didn't look back. The membership includes focus meetings so they can better understand your goals and help you track your progress. They really have a positive community atmosphere.
