Worst gymnastics my daughter has been to. They have bad communication skills. The receptionist is rude to a lot of people. She doesnt want to hear anything and always says it isnt her problem to talk to the owner, that shes just the receptionist. Well sorry honey but that's your job to deal with people when there are problems. Maybe she needs to look up the definition of receptionist. She hardly does her job because she is too busy watching her own kids and husband that stay. They have 15 year olds couching so thats children teaching children. How great is that when all gymnastic personnel should be certified by USA gymnastics to coach the class and I'm sure the 15 year olds aren't USA gymnastic certified to couch classes. They take forever to give any type of refund, you will have to keep asking about it until your practically dead. Also they cancel classes randomly and most of the time you dont get notified so you show up thinking there is class but no one is there. They dont have enough couches and too many kids are being watched by only one couch, when I'm sure there should be a couch to kid ratio that they are obviously not going by. So if I were you I'd rather be safe then sorry before you decide on this gumnastic facility, I'd take a second look at everywhere else.

I'm a gymnast here and I'm there 5 hours I week and unlove it the coaches are wonderful and it feels like one big family when you get to know the girls!
