Update: Now two and a half years along our path, my daughter has joined us! My experience here is that it's not just a school, but a family. I don't think I can say I've ever felt more a part of something than I do at Mumei Dojo. Domoarigatōgozaimashita Hanshi!!

Fantastic dojo, Hanshi Molinaro runs an excellent school. My son started last year and his confidence has gone through the roof. I started myself in January and I'm so glad I did, I feel better, my balance, coordination, and stamina have drastically improved, and my stress levels in life have dropped.

It doesn't matter how young or old you are, Hanshi is patient and incredibly helpful. The dedication of this dojo to it's students, the art, and the legacy is unparalleled.

I don't give out 5 stars easily, most of my favorite places only have 4, but this place deserves 10.

I definitely recommend this Karate school! It is absolutely fantastic. Carla is phenomenal with the students. She ensures that everyone understands the importance of teamwork and assisting others in need. My son started karate last year, had to take a break due to an injury (that did not occur at karate) and is now back at it. Back when he started, and now upon his return, Carla and the other members of the school have gone above and beyond at ensuring that my son felt like he belonged and was encouraged to do his best, with guided instruction along the way. They explain the theory related to karate as well as the importance regarding the techniques and moves. Definitely earns 5/5 stars in my opinion!
