Each day that goes by, we sometimes forget the opportunities we’re given — but training at CMPT is one I’ll never take for granted. I’m truly grateful for the environment Carlee has built and for the opportunity to be part of such a unique and supportive community.
It’s amazing to wake up excited to help people on their fitness journey and to grow alongside them. The clients at CMPT are dynamic and inspiring, and the experience has made me a better coach and person every single day.

I can’t say enough about Carlee and the entire team here! They truly meet you where you are, no matter what stage of life or fitness you’re in. I’ve had quite the journey — starting fresh out of PT from a major knee surgery (ACL + meniscus repairs), when I could barely stand through one exercise. Carlee patiently guided me every step of the way and gave me the confidence to move again.
Then I got pregnant, and she seamlessly modified everything so I could stay active and safe all the way through. After my second baby, I wasn’t able to work out during this pregnancy, so when I returned a year postpartum, I felt like a stranger in my own body. I can’t think of anyone more capable than Carlee and this team to help me feel like myself again.
The workouts are effective, the trainers are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always friendly and fun. This place has “put me back together” more than once, and I’m so grateful to have found a gym that’s supportive, challenging, and full of people who genuinely care.

One of the best decisions I ever made! As I approached 50, I wanted to ensure that I was staying healthy, mobile, and not being a liability to my family by breaking down. I have attention and motivation challenges, so just "going to a gym" did not work for me. I needed partnership, training, engagement & good people. I found them all at CMPT! Going there makes me feel good!

I LOVE this spot. It’s so nice joining into a gym with so many inspiring women and trainers. Ashlyn and Stephanie are super attentive and affirming throughout my sessions. With their encouragement and support I’ve been able to feel strong and supported as I learn the importance behind consistency and hard work! Once you start you never want to stop…. Also, I love walking in and management and trainers around know you by name immediately. Recognition like that makes it easier to show up for myself week after week. Cassie is amazing and Carlee - thank you for creating such a great team!!! You guys are making a real difference

UPDATE:
Well, it has been 4 years and I still can't thank Carlee and CMPT enough. As a competitive equestrian with a garden variety of horse-related injuries, I am so grateful that Carlee and her exceptionally qualified team allow me to literally "get back on the horse". After being told by multiple doctors that I would never ride again after a serious spinal injury, Carlee and her team have helped me defy those odds and enjoy the sport that I am so passionate about. I have worked with every single one of Carlee's trainers and they are all incredibly invested in your physical fitness to achieve your personal goals. They listen to your priorities and use their extensive knowledge to tailor your exercises to meet those needs. Thanks to Carlee, Stephanie, Angela, Ashlyn, Yondel, Lotte, Cassie, Kristy, and the whole CMPT crew for everything you have done for me and continue to do for me every day! :)
Just started here last week and had the pleasure of meeting Carlee, Kristy, Angela, and Russ! What a fun, laid back, down to earth group of trainers and clients. No frills or fluff but a nice clean gym with trainers who really meet you where you're at and genuinely want you to be your best self, whatever that means for you! Carlee tailors each workout plan to the individual client to let each person achieve his/her personal goals! Also, everyone is very conscientious of COVID 19 safety protocols. Limited numbers in the gym with plenty more than 6 ft, all items/surfaces are sanitized after use. Very excited to have joined and can't wait to see where this takes me!

When I first decided to join CMPT my personal goals were to become stronger and to increase the confidence that I had in myself. That decision has been one of the most positive experiences that I have added into my routine. The staff is fabulous as they are knowledgeable, very encouraging and work with you every step of the way. Since joining CMPT I have not only attempted, but also succeeded, in accomplishing things that I never thought I would have the courage or ability to do. This has resulted in having a confidence in myself that I have never had in my 55 years. It has truly been a life changing experience.

Highly recommend CMPT if you are looking to build strength through weight lifting and customizable plans. The trainers and staff are all so friendly and create a welcoming environment for all. Carlee's positive attitude and sense of humor create for a fun and motivating workout every time i'm at the gym. I always look forward to my sessions and love starting my day at CMPT.

Joined back in 2021 in order to help strengthen my core as I had lower back pain frequently. I told myself I would join this gym for a few months until my back felt better; however, it’s 2023 and I’m still here! The trainers listen to what you want to work on and improve. They keep things fun and interesting during training sessions as well as group classes. It is such a fun environment and supporting community at this gym. Wouldn’t want it any other way. The few times a year when I’m away on vacation, I look forward to coming back to the gym, not just for the training part but more for the community that is at CMPT.

The best part of my week. This gym is exactly what I was looking for. The trainers are invested in every one of their clients and their personal fitness goals. They tailor a program based on what I am looking to achieve, and modify on a recurring basis. Form and safety are a priority, the gym is clean and has all the equipment you could want. I have never been athletic but knew I wanted to be fit and healthy as I age so I can stay active doing the things I love. I also knew I needed a plan geared for me as well as some accountability. I am so grateful I found CMPT. Since joining CMPT I am physically and mentally stronger.
From personal strength training to yoga and boxing classes, Carlee and everyone at CMPT (special shout out to Cassie and Yondel) really helped me through some challenges over the past three years. They listened to what was going on in my life, what I needed and adapted my workouts to meet my varied and changing needs.
CMPT is much more than a gym. It's a community where the trainers truly care about you as an individual and the members encourage each other and have fun together. And I have made friends that have my back in the gym as well as in life.

One of the best things I did for myself was signing up with Carlee Myers Personal Training! Carlee has an incredible team that keeps you on track. It doesn’t matter who you work with when you have a session. Having the 100 day challenge July 1st to year end is also another way to keep you motivated. I have been a client of Carlee Myers Personal Training since September 2021. Love going here. All the trainers are so friendly and really work with you to make the exercises fit your abilities. They're very sanitary and constantly cleaning in between appointments. They are so very conscious of Covid, requiring a mask to be worn in the facility. It's a great environment to motivate you to enjoy fitness.

Carlee is a fun, but seriously motivated trainer. She helped me get back to an active lifestyle and changed my workout habits to transform my body. I lost over 25 pounds since joining her boot camps 2 years ago, and I am now in the best shape I've been in since I was in college 15 years ago.
