Chase Fitness is truly an inclusive and welcoming gym — the first one I’ve ever felt completely comfortable in. The coaches and instructors are excellent: knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely care about everyone’s progress. In just a few months, I’ve noticed big differences both physically and mentally. The equipment is great, and the atmosphere feels more like a supportive community than just a gym. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where you feel seen, encouraged, and motivated!

This team is beyond amazing! The environment is fun, welcoming and has a chill vibe . They make sure that they cater the workout to your abilities but also challenge you. If you have an injury, they accommodate and work with you. They listen, communicate and build not only a relationship but a friendship too. I have grown to love this place and after every workout session, I can’t wait to come back for more. I have only been there a couple of months but I do see a difference not only in my physical appearance but also in my self confidence. They help me stay focused on my goals without being overwhelmed. If you’re looking for a fun group and great personal trainers, look no further because this is the place to be!

I never thought I'd ever join any structured fitness routine, but my weight loss journey stalled and I knew I had to do something. There's no judgement, only positive encouragement in a friendly atmosphere. The class sizes are small - not at all intimidating like other gyms. The workouts are varied and they make sure you're doing the exercises correctly to avoid any injury. I highly recommend Melissa, Kelly and Jason at Chase Fitness!

I just love this workout experience… and I use the term “experience”! My fellow workout buddies are awesome (and inspiring), the trainers are each unique and each work hard to inspire and support you, and… the space is GROWING because they are just that awesome. The monthly dinners are super cool… just a great way to connect outside of the gym. Believe it or not… I can’t wait to work out!

Melissa, Kelly, and Jason are awesome trainers. I was doing personal training at another facility and I would get used to a trainer and they would leave. Not at Chase Fitness. They own the business so they're going to be there for a while. Since opening in October, they've already outgrew the space they are in now and moving to a larger space. They work you hard so you can succeed at your goals. I absolutely love going there

I’ve only been going to Chase Fitness for a couple of months, but I really enjoy working out with these ladies. Small class sizes allow for more individualized workouts. And if you have physical/health issues they work that into/around your program, pushing you hard without pushing you past the point of pain you can stand. And all without the use of machines.

I absolutely love going to Chase Fitness! Melissa and Kelly are amazing personal trainers and trust me they mean business! While keeping it fun at the same time!

If you haven’t called or stopped in to Chase Fitness then I strongly suggest you do so! You will not regret it! I have already seen a change in only 5 classes that I have taken now.

They consistently ask about how you’re feeling and making sure you are comfortable yet challenged in your workouts.

I was just telling Kelly the other day that I actually look forward to coming to workout. When I belonged to a regular public gym I dreaded going and it was because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Yeah I followed an app that gave me instructions but no one there to tell me if I was doing it right or to push me!

Could not be HAPPIER with Melissa and Kelly. They are amazing!!! I started training with a severe knee injury. My program is tailored to my limits and over the last 3 weeks, my knee has built back the strength I needed. The gym is very clean and the workouts will push you to the very end. You will not be disappointed.
