We will meet with you at your work site, or in the comfort of your home.

Matt doesn’t just train bodies. He sculpts souls. Every rep feels like a motivational TED Talk delivered by Zeus himself. When I said I was tired, he said, “So is your future self waiting for you to show up.” I blacked out. Woke up benching my own self-doubt. The dude’s got the patience of a monk and the traps of a silverback gorilla. I’ve never felt so simultaneously annihilated and inspired. If you’re not training with Matt, what are you even doing? Folding laundry? Thinking about maybe going for a walk? Don’t. Go see Matt. Then go flex in the mirror and whisper, “He did this.”

If you’re reading this, it means you are on the fence of whether or not Matt Smith will put the proper effort into helping you get in shape. I am hear to tell you he will! Matt showed up to my house every session, on time, with great energy, interested in helping me with my form, and pushed me to get one more rep. I have dealt with an injury over the past year and he catered all of my workouts towards helping me strengthen the muscles around my injury. Additionally, Matt took time to build a workout plan for me on the days that I did not have a session with him. His workout are custom to you and your fitness journey. Highly recommend!

Matt has been amazing guide helping to get me and my teenage son on a proper strength and health regimen. As a man in my mid 40’s and having never really worked out I came to Chester county personal trainers with a goal of losing some weight and building strength, Matt helped me with an eating plan that led to nearly 15lbs dropped while not ever feeling starved. I have been training with Adam for 7 years. He is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chester County Training! I have been working out with Mark, and I have seen results! During our sessions, Mark incorporates pair exercises, boxing, and a variety of other exercises that keep me motivated throughout the entire session. And when writing my plan for the week, he incorporates a variety of workouts that I can do at home - from spin to yoga - so I never get bored. I thought the best part about having an in-home trainer would be the convenience, but I think it's Mark's ability to customize my workout and nutrition plan that has been most effective in reaching my goals.
